• Fred (8/5): Overall satified. - The room was small but very clean and comfortable. However, we were on the 1st floor near the front desk, and it was very noisy. Getting the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was very difficult. Once we did get a driver, he was very good.

• Johan (6/5): - For a start, there is no shuttle from Johannesburg Intl airport to the hotel, a service which all other hotels supply. Then they do not tell you that the taxi they order is for your own pocket. The shower in the hotel room was leaking water onto the floor. Paint chipped off from the walls. No breakfast included, thats another R120 pp. Will not go back there again.

• Bertie (8/5): - Not a bad stay but beds are terribly hard,like sleeping on a plank. Air-conditioning did not work and security gate through ealrly hours of the morning when opened and closings made a hughe screeching noise. Other than that a easy basic stay for an overnight.
• Louis (10/5): - The reception staff, Kitty and Gloria, welcoming and friendly. I was able to check in early which was great after a long flight. Kitty organised transport to and from the airport. Breakfast was good too

• Wirimayi (8/5): - I will not lie and say this is an excellent hotel. You are looking at this hotel because your finances are probably tight. This hotel gives you value for money no doubt. For the price you probably won't get better. Staff was friendly and helpful. Security over the top - but better safe than sorry. My gripe is with their breakfast. It was bland for me. Hope this helps you and the hotel.

• Gawie (8/5): Shouting people in halfways - The noise late in the night of people talking loudly in the halfways right in front og our room. We asked the guests to speak softer showed their arrogance to us and shouted and shouted even louder especially woman screaming. We are not racists, all we ask is respect. We are leaders of our tour group and went home here to see if wee could spend the night with our tour group here.

• Ronald (6/5): - I had no problem with the hotel at all other then the TV which was not working properly. My main complaint was the payment for the shuttle bus. I was only told that their was a payment for the bus on the morning of my departure from the hotel, not before I boarded the bus or even when I checked into the hotel. I did not see a payment notification on the website. If there is one then please accept my apologies for the error.

• OAKHURST (10/5): Can't get closer to...... - i WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE THAT HAS TO CATCH THE EARLY MORNING FLIGHTS This is such a pleasure as you are close by the airport and traffic is limited The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me and a colleague and make our stay an experience away from home

• Verified traveler (2/5): Disgusting! - This was a HUGE let down! The hotel had no water from before we checked in and we were not told about it at check in. We could not flush the toilet or shower at all from check in to check out 18 hours later. We asked the staff for water to flush the toilet they said there was nothing! There were coffee marks on the bedside tables, the room had not been cleaned and the pillows had a terrible body odour smell. Do not waste your money, this was possibly the worst place we've ever stayed in.

• Tebello (4/5): Okay if you are desperate for a sleep - This is not a place I would recommend to anyone, especially if you are travelling alone. It's not so clean and it is noisy from outside. I also couldn't keep the light out from shining into the room at night and from under the door.

• Graham (2/5): Worst Hotel Experience Ever - After calling the reception twice to tell them we would need the courtesy shuttle , we arrived to find it had already left and the next one was in 45 minutes time . When we arrived at reception , the unfriendly night staff told us to fill out the paperwork , with all the details incorrect , apart from our names . When I tried to access the Internet in the room , there was no wifi and the only access was in the car park . When returning from the car park , the unfriendly guy told me we hadn't paid for the shuttle , when I questioned the fact that it was a courtesy shuttle , he explained that it was actually R74 per person .... Aftet a poor night sleep, I was woken by the alarm going off in the kitchen at 6am . We proceeded to the reception at 8am for breakfast , only to be informed that it would be R75 a person , and after seeing what was on offer , we chose the free cup of coffee and stale muffin . Would never , ever stay there again , one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever encountered , and we travel all over the World . I guess you get what you pay for ......
