Habitaciones amplias. Buen desayuno y atención . Las instalaciones, aunque están limpias, se ven un poco viejas . La ducha y el baño son incómodos. El aire acondicionado se veía viejo. Las fotos son mejores que el hotel en estado real.

• Marco (5/5): Great location and good price, with caveats - Great location in an attractive area with lots of stuff to do, a nice pool (even though we didn't use it), nice architecture and a comfy balcony. No hand soap in the bathroom. I'm 90% sure that body wash and shampoo were one and the same stuff, the toilet paper holder was too small for the toilet paper roll which made it fall down with the slightest touch, there was no curtain in front of the shower which caused the bathroom to be flooded easily (and the toilet paper roll to be instantly flooded as well, because it fell down a lot), and the water piping was quite loose and didn't feel like it was properly maintained. All in all nothing that really ruins your trip, but I wouldn't expect this from a three star hotel.

• Cameron (7/5): Good - The location is awesome and the staff were all wonderful. The breakfast was yummy! They also have parking which was a plus! If you are looking for a place to sleep it is totally fine. The bathrooms are a little small and hard to maneuver but nothing that was too bad at all.

Breakfast was basic but good. If I needed anything they were on to it straightaway. Food stall downstairs outside was so handy.

• Kerry (6/5): Comfortable but noisy - The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is great, the family room is set up perfect and wonderfully clean, the beds were confortable and the pool is beautiful. The noise. We could hear every movement of the people upstairs, every toilet flush. We struck lucky on our first night and the place was quiet but on our second night there were some very noisy guests upstairs. I know it’s not the fault of the hotel, but it is not well sound proofed.

An extra nice touch was the espresso coffee maker, available in the dining area for guests. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This simple boutique hotel offers great value for the cost. This was our second time to stay and will likely return again.

• Nantawan (9/5): I will definitely come back here! - location, the facility and property, cleanliness, staffs the wall is too thin that I can hear most of the thing from other rooms in the same floor, but fortunately most of them sleep pretty quietly.

We loved the location with many great restaurants just a short walk anway and easy access to several relaxing Thai massage opportunities. Our rooms were comfortable, just what we were needing. Coffee and water fill stations were freely available. The children especially enjoyed the pool.

They did laundry for us and returned it the next day; inexpensive. The room had essentially no natural light; one small window with a dark tint. We tended to be there for down time during the afternoon heat and it would have been nice to have more light.

The room is clean but the condition of the furniture, for example washing basin, was not good. The water heater did not function properly. (The water was not at all warm.) Staying on the ground floor was a bad decision. Guests were running along the hallway at late night and kept mistaking our room for theirs.- trying to use their cards to access our room.

You can arrange an all in price with breakfast. Coffee and mineral water (unlimited) are free to all guests. The pool is small but usable and great for the very hot days.

• haphuong96 (10/5): Great location - I had 1 night here before moving to the Old Town. Rooms here are quite good soundproof, modern and convenient. Very close to cafes, pubs and 24-hour laundry. There is a staff member who speaks super good English, perhaps he is one of the best English speakers I have ever met in Chiangmai.

• Süm (10/5): I would recommand this place with all my heart! - The staff was so friendly and so helpful. Everytime we asked for new toilet paper or anything else they organised it in less than a minute which is awesome. One day we wanted to make some donations for an orphanage and they organised a bus for us and even the nearby supermarket helped us with carrying all the supplies to the hotel. Value for money is superb. You even have free water/tea/coffe and even small snacks. There was a microwave that we could use every time of the day which helped a lot because we usually came back very late. The receptionists were always friendly and very helpful even late at night. Other than that the hotel is located at an amazing place with lots of cute coffee shops nearby and even the Maya shopping center was only a 15min walk away. The room was a little bit small for 3 people and the sink was not in the bathroom but in the room which made it a little bit annoying when you had to brush your teeth in the room where your frinds were already sleeping but not every room is like that.

Their breakfast put a lot of hotels in their category to shame. Great spread each morning with so many options of cuisine available. Right smack in Nimman area and walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants makes this hotel centrally located. Met the owner who resides next door to the hotel, Khun Sam and he was super friendly, just like all his staff.

My son was able to study for an exam without any disturbance late into the night. The 24 hour coffee amenity was a life saver for us. The young staff is unforgettable as they were very attentive and friendly. Wishing The Nimman all the very best. will definitely return to stay!

Drinking water was never a problem since guests are free to get water from their cafe anytime. They provide a wide variety of food for their breakfast buffet. The pool was great. The location was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. The hotel and its rooms were very modern. We definitely enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this place!
• Clubfairy (8/5): Nice and Modern Nimman - I stayed one night at The Nimman Hotel for my connecting flight. No need to talk to location if you decided to stay in Nimman Area as all connected. The hotel seem very new and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. Thai style breakfast is very nice even we have no time to eat it. Love modern style of hotel. Room is nice, clean and clear white with full amenity setup. What we love is complimentary self-refill coffee and drinking water.
• DiscardA (6/5): NOISY... Noisy... noisy - Room #215 Room #215 > An OK but Disappointing stay. I believe it is a little Over Priced for what it is. It is an Old Hotel remodeled, but underneath is still an Old Hotel. There has been NO additional Sound Proofing made. Guests SLAM and BANG the Room doors All Night Long when the stream back in to the hotel during the Early hours. ( No thoughts to any other guests! ) The room was on the small side but everything worked OK. Note > the Rain Shower only delivers COLD WATER! Not desirable in the Winter months! Staff were efficient without being friendly. We thought that the Buffet Breakfast was very good. Lots of Meat choices, with Roast Chicken, Pork Kebabs, Fried Rice and a Curry Dish every morning. There was Fresh Fruit, Yogurt and delicious Brownies in he Fridge. We would likely book else where if we visit Chiang Mai again.

On the positive side, n excellent location in the Nimman neighborhood allowing to easily reach everything around by foot, an efficient front desk, a parking and a small swimminn pool almost on the street (albeit with only 4 recliners ...). On the bad one a ultra sm’l Room, without night table, a single micro chair, a sink in the room (the bathroom is too small!), no cabinet, no hot water in the sink (yes!!!), a single towel per person etc... Good quLity breakfast. Free water and coffee at will. Ok for the price but not appropriate for more than one or 2 days.

• imYosita (10/5): First time in Chiang mai - We stayed only 1 night. We came earlier and leaved a luggage at the reception and back to the resort in the afternoon. The location was very convenient and near interested place. The accommodation was good. Just only a dust on the closet, nice amenities in the small KhanToke, the room and bathroom were enough for us. The breakfast was great and tasty. We will definitely book here again!

• wongx721 (8/5): Good - Give the price I have paid, everything is rather ressonable. Room is just nice for two person. There are alot of mosquitoes around the hotel during my stay. Probably because its the rainy season in ChiangMai. Didnt try the"breakfast". They do not provide coffee, tea and disposable toothbrush in the room. Got to bring yourself.

• andrea3000 (2/5): Very dissapointing-not like its Internetpage at all - I booked this hotel, because I believed what is written in the webpage. We wanted to have a really nice hotel for two nights as we are travelling for two months. And sometimes I crave for some luxury. On the homepage and via booking this hotel was described as "boutique" and "a bit luxurious". So we were very okay with paying 50 Euro. I will start with the positive things: The coffee is excellent. The staff are very friendly and try to help where they can. Negative: The rooms are not in a good condition. The first room we were given was very dark and depressing. So we asked for an other room. This was given to us emmidiatley, which was nice. The rooms we saw (two) need renovation. The towels were half toren, some of the lighting/lamps didn´t work. The AirConRemote wasplaced in an open hole in the wall. There were no DVDs available (as said on the page) and the TV was mostly Thai. The breakfast was good for Asians. But if you are looking for something Western, you will be dissapointed. Yes, there is a (Whirl)Pool-ish thing. I had read that it is only &x3.5 so I was not dissapointed to see it was tiny, bacuase they had described it as it is on their page I am not a fussy person, but I really am very dissapointed with the Nimman Boutique Resort and I cannot recommend it. We habe stayed in 2 Star Hotels which are ways better than this. Actually this hote is an exception (negative wise) as all the hostels and hotels, wheter basic, middle or luxurious, were great and kept up to what they said they were. By the way-this is my first negative comment about a hotel I have ever made on Tripadvisor. And this really is to prevent other travelers not to book the same mistake.
• ktnt2014 (8/5): Nice suprise - Nimman Boutique Resort was a nice surprise. The hotel is very affordable, the staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean. The bathroom is small and Thai style without a shower curtain but a part wall is installed to help control the spray. There is no elevator if that is concerning to some. There was no safe or coffee maker/kettle in the room. The hotel is in a great location surrounded by many trendy shops, cafes, and restaurants making it a nice walk to explore. A 15-20 minute walk or a 20 baht baht bus ride gets you inside the walls of the old city. Tuk-tuks and baht buses frequently pass in front of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Chiang Mai.

• monicajnarula (10/5): Great Value for the Money - We had a great stay here at Nimman Boutique Resort. Our room was clean, a great price and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful - and we did bug them a lot. The hotel is also close to some great stores, coffee shops and bars.

• Verified traveler (6/5): 위치가 좋은 곳 - 방음이 정말 안돼요. 옆방에서 떠드는 소리와 멀리 있는 방에서 떠드는 소리까지 다 들립니다. 침대는 싱글 2개로 예약했는데 싱글이 정말 작고 물침대처럼 출렁거려요. 하루에 한 번씩 정리정돈을 해주시는데 아침 9-10시에 노크도 없이 문을 따고 들어오시더라고요..? 그래서 매번 불안해하면서 잤습니다. 침대에는 개미가 많아서 아침에 눈을 뜨면 개미와 눈이 마주칠 수 있는 경험을 하실 거예요^^ 숙소 근처 편의점도 있고 위치는 좋아요.
