Acto seguido no nos ofrecieron cambiar la habitación sino que tuvimos que solicitarlo y la opción que nos daban era cambiar la habitación de cama king size con el problema de la coladera a una habitación de dos camas, dijimos que entonces no pero inmediatamente el chico de la recepción dijo que al final si se le había desocupado otra habitación con cama king size y entonces nos mudaron para esa.

JOSE (8/5): buen gusto de hotel y excelente atencion - Muy buen hotel en el sentido apariencia y desempeño e hospedaje por un día. me quedé un poco insatisfecho porque se oye por las noches, mucho ruido de motores, maquinaria y pasillo es un tema muy crítico porque buscaba descansar por otro lado el restaurant se esmera en el servicio pero muy temprano solo hay una persona, lo que impacta en los tiempos. mucho ruido por la noche para descansar por maquinaria y pasillo

Perla (10/5): - La limpieza, ubicación. En la mañana, el sonido del piano rebota en el cubo del lobby y en las habitaciones.
Alonso (8/5): - Todos los días nos despertaban con música de piano y a cualquier hora estaba el coche a nuestra disposición, la habitación muy amplia y con todo lo necesario. Hubo una noche que se escuchó mucho ruido hasta la madrugada, hubo una celebración de 15 años.

Excelente la decoración navideña y la música de piano. Solo un leve detalle que una de las sábanas se veia ya un poco desgastada. Quiero suponer que es porque elegí la habitación más económica.

Alvaro (8/5): Es un muy buen hotel. Sin duda lo recomiendo. - El lugar es muy comodo en general, limpio y con buen servicio. La opcion de reserva indicaba que la tarifa incluía desayuno. Pero no fue así. Tuve que pagar extra por cada persona alojada. Eso es una molestía importante con la aplicacion porque te sientes defraudado, literal y legalmente.
