- Geurt (6/5): - This is a good budget hotel for a quick one night overnight stay. It is safe and provides secure parking. The rooms are very small and the bathrooms were questionable - the shower did not want to drain. The staff were wonderful though.

The manager or supervisor needs to control noise from other people staying here from 8pm to 00:00 it was like they are having a party you could hear them making noise on the passege and from their rooms as well. They should monitor what is brought in alcohol should not be allowed.

- Gregory (8/5): Great reliable hotel - The road load is a basic hotel which is great for business travellers. Guests are often loud after hours (10 pm)
- Linda (8/5): Pit Stop - Our short stay was good, our accommodation provides all the necessary requirements. There were some children running around in the corridors and being quite loud, but fortunately this dissapated by after a while

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Check in quick and easy, pleasant and helpful staff. When receptionist saw the amount of baggage we had (we were travelling for a month) she arranged to change our allocated rooms to the ground floor. Rooms are sizeable and clean and well serviced. Breakfasts offered a variety of options suitable for most tastes. On checkout the same receptionist phoned ahead to Port Elizabeth Road Lodge and booked our rooms. Excellent service and all round good value. Thanks.

The only problem was when handing me my room key, she told me room number very loudly even for people on the sofa could hear clearly the room number I was allocated. The room had an unbearable strong smell when we entered. We had to keep the window opened for a few hours although it was a bit cold. The beds were so univiting with very tired old not so good smelling blankets and thin duvets with overused covers. It was not easy to get into those low flat beds. The muffins in the morning was a great consolation.

- Nwabisa (6/5): More bitter than sweet - We were on the second floor. I was travelling with my elderly mother. There is no lift. When we went out, room service threw away our food. There was no kettle or complimentary tea and coffee. We had only one towel on the second day. On the third day there were drunk men making a noise and drinking alcohol at the parking lot and at the hotel corridors. The only positive is that it was central and convenient

- Nozie (4/5): - 1.We stayed in 2nd floor and there's no lift. 2.No tea/coffee services, we have to go down & buy coffee from the machine and it was soo cold that weekend.We also had flu,we had to go down to fetch water. 3.The bed was so hard. 4.The most important and stressing thing was the fact that I booked for 2 nights in May & realised I couldn't make it that Friday,so I called the hotel 3 days before the 14/07/17 to cancel the 14th.When I arrived at the hotel on the 15/07/17 I was told that I have to call hotel.com to enquire about my refund .Please assist me with that .
