- Sato (10/5): - 一組にも関わらず、駅到着後、車でお迎えいただきました。 駅から本旅館までは坂を登る必要があり、荷物が多い中ではより厳しい移動となるため、非常に助かりました。 到着後、チェックイン手続きまでの待機時間は多少ありました。個人的には気にならない程度です。 手続き後、宿泊する部屋まで、担当の方にご案内いただきつつ、設備等も説明いただきました。非常に丁寧で、とても心地が良かったです。 温泉は素晴らしく、しかも混雑していないタイミングだったこともあり、非常に楽しめました。 夕食なしのプランでしたが、朝食は非常に満足度が高く、夕食アリにすればよかったなと後悔するほどでした。 帰りも車で駅までお送りいただき、助かりました。 総じて、すごく丁寧な接客をいただき、とても素敵な有馬温泉旅行にしていただきました。ぜひまた訪れたい旅館です。

- Hayley (10/5): - My partner and I, from Canada, stayed for one night in November. We loved our large room, with a nice stone bathtub, and a beautiful view of the mountains & the leaves starting to change. We got the 1/2 board with kobe beef, and thought the food and service were excellent. The private bath was lovely, and so was the outdoor onsen. The onsen is open all night, which is good because I feel like this ryokan is a family-focused hotel (when we were at breakfast we were the only table without a baby). Another guest told me that when they visited the onsen there were LOTS of kids playing, which is cute and we love children… but perhaps not the most relaxing experience lol. So we were very happy to learn that the onsen is open all night long. This is an older hotel, some of the features looked a little dated, but we didn’t mind at all. Overall, we loved the experience and would return. Keep in mind that this is definitely a family focussed hotel, and it is located up a steep hill. The hotel offers free shuttles to and from the train station.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great hotel for family with children - We stayed at the hotel as a family of 5 adults plus 1 infant. The hotel was as described on the website with baby-friendly amenities and quiet environment. The staffs were friendly and nice to kids. The food was amazingly good but it has a little portion of many different dishes so all of us weren't able to finish (sadly). The onsen was perfect for all of us to relax after a long day travel.

- SAYAKA (10/5): 子連れにオススメのお宿 - ４歳と１歳の子連れで行きました。 直前に予約したため一番狭く恐らく改装されていないお部屋しか空いておらず少々不安でしたが、結論から言うと全く問題ありませんでした。 お宿はかなり古い建物ですが、きっちり清掃が行き届いており不快な感じは受けませんでした。お部屋食を筆頭に全てが小さい子供仕様で、子供がとても喜んでいました。お食事も美味しくスタッフさんの接客も良く、夫とかなりコスパ良かったねと満足しています。 こじんまりしたお宿なので土日で伺いましたが、露天風呂や大浴場にたまたま他のお客様がいらっしゃらず、ぬるめの金泉を子供と楽しむことができて良かったです。 今度はお部屋にお風呂のついたお部屋に泊まりたいです。子供を連れて再訪したいお宿です。
- Verified traveler (8/5): 旅館は素晴らしいがフロント対応がイマイチすぎる - 宿全体がチャイルドフレンドリーで赤ちゃん連れでも滞在しやすい宿でした。知らずに子連れで宿泊しましたがほぼ全宿泊者子連れだった気がします。プールやプレイルームがありプレイルームの絵本も充実していてとても楽しめました。 残念だったのは宿泊前とフロントの対応。 電話での事前確認が感じ悪く予約やめようかと一瞬考えました。駅までお迎えに来てくれるというのですでにバスの時間が決まっているので時間を伝えようとしたところ ‘必ず着いてから連絡してください’とのこと。つまり到着してお客を待たせるって言うことなのだと感じました。迎えに来たドライバーもいらっしゃいませでもなく、挨拶もなく無愛想で残念でした。せっかくの送迎サービスはありがたいですが大した距離でもないので歩いた方が不快な気持ちにならずに済んだと思いました。 チェックイン時に年齢と職業を必ず書いてくださいといわれましたがそれって宿泊者に必ず聞かなくてはいけない情報でしょうか？コロナ対策のため、など説明があればよかったですがそれも不快でした。 チェックアウト時も、クレジットカードで支払いたかったのですが’領収印押してしまったので現金でお願いします’と言われましたがそれは旅館の都合なのでお客に強制するものでは無いのでは無いかと思いました。 それ以外のスタッフのみなさんはフレンドリーで滞在自体は快適でしたので、最初と最後が残念でした。フロントはホテルや旅館の顔なのでもう少し対応を改善した方が良いかと思いました。

- Harim (10/5): 교통, 식사에 관해서. - 고베에서 버스타고 가시는 분은 절대 아리마온천에서 내리지 말고 한 정거장 전인 아리마니시구치역에서 내리세요. 온천에서 내리면 료칸까지 오르막길 걸어 올라가야 하는데 쪼금 힘듭니다. 료칸 답게 서비스 좋고 유카타 예쁘고 시설 편리하고 노천탕 좋았습니다. 근데 료칸저녁식사는 따로 예약해야 하는데 11000엔인가 하더라구요. 호텔스닷컴으로 예약 하더라도 당일 현장에서 체크인할 때 저녁식사 가격을 따로 지불해야 료칸저녁식사를 할 수 있습니다. 조식도 마찬가지구요. 이거 참고하세용. 굳이 료칸저녁식사 안 하더라도 아리마온천 쪽으로 내려가면 식당들이 꽤 있긴 합니다. 저는 철판요리 전문점에 가서 맛있게 먹고 오긴 했는데 그래도 료칸 식사를 하고 싶었어요.
- nakagawa (8/5): 隠れ温泉宿 - 初めて利用させていただきましたが、温泉街から少し離れている閑静な場所にありますがシャトルバスが運行されていますし、温泉街へ歩いても5分ほどでアクセスはいいかと思いました。部屋は2人にしては充分に広く、内風呂も付いていましたし部屋からの眺めは絶景で本当に良かったです。また、館内にある露天風呂は格別で時間も忘れるくらいリラックスすることができました。従業員の方も丁寧な対応でひとりひとりの気配りや接客態度がしっかりしてとり素晴らしかったです。今回は部屋食は頼まなかったのですが、次回は部屋食を楽しみにもう一度訪れたいと思います。

- Justin (8/5): Family-oriented onsen with wonderful service - My gf and I spent the night and had a great time. The staff was super friendly and helpful - the manager even came down to the train station (unasked) with something we'd forgotten! We were there in sakura season, which was beautiful - it's also apparently beautiful in maple season. Baths were nice and we also booked the private bath (not onsen) for an extra ¥2000 which was lovely. It's a little outside of the main town, but there's a shuttle that runs in the evening and they gave us a ride to the train when we left - probably would have picked us up if we'd called when we arrived. Overall, a lovely older onsen ryokan with lots of young families staying there. (They have a playroom, arcade, etc.)
- Anthony (8/5): - The hotel was located up on the top of the hill, and takes about 15 minutes to walk to town.They have golden hot spring which we liked but we did not get a chance to enjoy as it was only gender specific and nude only. You could rent the private room, but it's just a hot tub, it's not hot springs water. The staff were nice and they do speak English which was quite helpful. They served a breakfast buffet right before we checked out, food was decent. Our room had a good view, could have imagine how nice it would be if the cherry blossom had opened up. Bathroom was big and stone tub was good for a nice hot bath. I was looking for more for the price we paid for, but overall, we had a decent stay.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing place. - It was a very nice experience! We drove to the hotel and there was parking area. The staff are very friendly. You can add a small amount of money for private onsen if you like! Our room has a mountain view and got a chance to watch the sun setting as we had our dinner in our room.
- RYUJI (6/5): 有馬温泉の宿では普通ですかね。 - 家族3人で利用しました。宿泊と朝食のみのプランでしたが、まず部屋につきましては、あまり綺麗ではなく、清掃は行き届いてますが、建物が古く感じられました。露天風呂に関しては、大浴場とは別になり、旅館から少し階段通路(外)を歩いて行く必要があり、気候が良い季節ならいいと思いますが、冬場などは寒く、露天風呂の洗い場が完全に外なので、寒くて身体を洗うのも一苦労です。私の場合は露天風呂に浸かるだけ浸かってから、一度身体をふいて着替えて大浴場に移動してから身体を洗うことにしました。露天風呂で温まっていても、帰りの通路で冷えるのはマイナスポイントですね。あと、子供連れには嬉しいキッズコーナーがあり、絵本が読み放題なのと、遊具で遊べるのも子どもには優しいポイントです。朝食のバイキングですが、いろいろ食べられて品数も多いので朝からしっかりと食べたい方にはおすすめです。

Room are well equipped. Staff are super nice and helpful. And do a bit shopping here. Highly recommended.

- ranpapa (8/5): 子連れ向きの良質な宿 - 小学生の子供と夫婦で宿泊。宿そのものは古く最高級とはとても言えないが、手入れは行き届いており清潔、且つ十分に快適。未だ若い従業員の行き届いた対応を始め、サービスも素晴らしく驚くほど。本当に感心した。手作り感のある温水プールやキッズルームも子供に大好評だし、肝心の温泉や朝夕のお食事も言うことないレベル。総合的には大満足！後は食事代込みの料金がもう少し安ければ、5つ星なんだけどなぁ。因みに、駅からは登り坂がキツイので、送迎を頼むべし。車で行くことをお勧めします。
- tick (10/5): Outstanding service where everyone welcomes you - The service here was outstanding. Everyone was helpful and went beyond their duty to help you and make you feel welcome. However if you don't sign up for breakfast and dinner, no close places to eat. The staff did drive us to dinner and pickup us up though. A little inconvenient, but went to one of the best restaurant we've been to on this two week trip.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Had a great time - We only stayed one night but wish we had longer. Staff were super courteous even by Japanese standard. Room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the onsen as well. Even after we checked out they took the extra mile to drive us to drop off our luggage first at the tourist info center and then to the cable car.
- Jared (10/5): Lovely Onsen, Family Friendly, Great Staff - We loved it here!! The staff was incredible and the hotel was perfect. It was fun to wear the complimentary yukata robes and the onsen were lovely. The indoor one was quite hot, the kids didn't like it, but the outdoor one was a good temperature for them, plus they liked the pool. The breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from and for us Americans it was fun to have a traditional Japanese style breakfast. The hotel and onsen was very kid friendly. We had some delays in traveling, so we arrived late but the staff was so helpful and got us situated despite it being after the check-in time. They also drove us to town after we had a late checkout and showed us where to buy a bus ticket to the train station, where the information office was, and some good choices for lunch. They were super friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with the tatami style beds. We wished we could have stayed more than one night. The nearby town was small and full of lovely architecture and so many beautiful sakura (cherry blossoms). Highly recommend!!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice and warm hot spring resort - Motoyu Ryuusenkaku is not a very luxxrious resort in Arima Onsen area, but the hotel staff is really welcome to clients from worldwide. They introuduced every facility after checking in. I especially enjoyed the dinner they prepared.
