- Ricardo (8/5): The hotel is good and I really liked it. - This hotel is well located near the city center and close to restaurants and malls, shops and pharmacies. Upon my arrival, I was embarrassed because, despite having made the reservation and paid 24 hours in advance, my reservation and payment were not in the bank system. I had been asked to pay to guarantee the stay. However, the next morning it was already in the system and I was refunded the amount paid the day before, and the manager apologized for the inconvenience.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great staff at the Road Lodge! - The reception staff were always helpful and friendly adding to a very pleasant stay. The room was always clean and tidy when we returned after our days out. The TV did not work, but it was not a big problem - we did not mention it to the staff while we were there. I would have liked nicer/more coffee in the room, the coffee machine in the dining area did not always dispense coffee that was strong enough. The staff tried to resolve the issue, but I think the problem is the machine in humid conditions.

- Inge (8/5): - Just stayed overnight on our way to Moz. Perfect location, close to shopping malls and restaurants. Rooms need a little upgrade. More light or curtains that would let light through during the day would be nice. The room is a bit dark and you cannot leave the curtains open as people passing by.

- Alan (6/5): Road Lodge Nelspruit overnight stay. - For today's prices in South Africa it was acceptable, rooms small but adequate for a night stayover. Friendly and efficient enough checkin and out. Breakfast was average for the price but is better in a lot of franchised restaurants for the same price. My wakeup call request did not materialize so I am grateful my cell phone did the job for me.

We had to ask security to help us. There was a ground floor then 1st floor then 2nd floor. The poor guy at the reception looks overwhelmed.

- Martin (10/5): The best place to stay and affordable. - We love to stay at Nelspruit Road Lodge when we are in Nelspruit, it is comfortable and a lovely base to visit all the surrounding towns from there. The staff is always very helpful and very friendly.
