James (8/5): Walking distance to Mall & Restaurants - Secure Hotel within easy walking distance of Waterfall Mall & Restaurants. Easy checkin, super friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. Good Wifi. No lift. Stairs only.

Staff at breakfast unfriendly and not very helpful. Ice machine broken Showers horrible- sign asked to only shower for 2 minutes but you wait 5 min for water to warm. Only 2 towels No face towel No shower carpet

Riaan (2/5): Blood stain room - At first the room looked clean and neat, but under the corner of the bed it seemed like there was n huge blood stain, still wett. My baby and I stepped in it. I moved the bed over it to prevent stepping in it again. I spoke to one of the staff about it, who said she will ask for the cleaner to clean it. Kgoramele Joseph Oupa (2/5): The Standard Must Improve Immediately - Overall the place was clean and well prepared. The reception was efficient in assisting to check-in. However the room’s Air-conditioner was not working. So it was unimaginable to sleep in a Lodge in which the Air is not functional on this kind of weather and you paid. Other rooms next doors were occupied by young adults who made noise throughout the night busy drinking. Other noise maker were at sitting in front of the Lodge busy drinking and smoking. So I do not think I will ever sleep at this place again. Because I would to believe that there’s security in the area and they must also control noise level for the benefit of other customers. It felt like sleeping at a R500 per night B&B. There was no lotions and shower cap. Also the room had one power plug which implied that if one uses it to Iron clothes, you can’t charge phones or laptops.
Sampie (8/5): Road Lodge Rustenburg - I had a comfortable stay. Reception friendly and helpful. The room was tidy. However, the aircon old fasion and somewhat noisy and the showerdoor not sealing properly causing a wet floor. But, I will make use of Rustenburg Road Lodge again.

Emma (4/5): - The Lodge was not up to the standard I was expecting. Very noisy. You can hear people taking in the rooms next door and in the hallway. There was an ant infestation so if you left any perishable items on the counters you would find them full of ants. No bar fridge. Only beds with torn sheets to sleep in and old towels in the bathrooms. Oh and coffee and tea are on offer. I would not recommend the place.

How can guests bring down dirty towels. There was no phone in the room to talk to the reception. Staff was very arrogant. Only 2 sugar , 1 coffee and 2 teabags available. We will never come back in this Hotel again.

What I did not like is the inadequate stuff in the room like there was a time when I had finished the toilet paper and all the reception people could say was 'it will be delivered', by house keeping and I had to wait until I could not anymore and went out and bought myself the toilet paper.

Fredah Magrey (2/5): Bad experience at Travel Lodge Rusterburg - I had book a disability room and was told that they will confirm the availability and they didn't do so.. Then I had to drive there and only found the room booked and was disappointed. Also it looks like if you have booked through booking sites they can't help you with other preferences. I really didn't enjoy my stay at all.

Our room was close to reception and the dining room and there was a crowd of people Saturday evening who were quite loud, so we had trouble getting to sleep.

On the afternoon of check-in I asked the guy doing the check-in whether breakfast was included, he said that it was and then provided the times at which breakfast would be available. The next morning at check-out we were told that we had to pay for breakfast as it was not included. This is no on!!!

Ophney Vusumuzi (10/5): Excellent - I enjoyed my stay there except for the swimming pool that was not cleaned at all and I was disappointed.The breakfast was so good including the fresh fruit salad to die for.The staff were clued up and friendly.I went out for a day and when I came back my access control card was not working so I went back to the reception and it was sorted immediately so I was not sure if it was part of security precaution or not, but if it was, then I am so impressed with security measures.
