We also enjoyed a private dining room, which made the experience even more special for our group of six. It was the perfect way to end our Japan trip: a peaceful place with onsen to rest and recover after days of activities, carrying luggage, and figuring everything out. The indoor onsen bath is a little bit outdated

The Buffet dinner was also fantastic with a vast array of Japanese food. Overall excellent. Renovated rooms were huge for Japanese standards . The views out to Lake Toya in a clear day is just stunning.

Ho apprezzato che, nonostante i miei vistosi tatuaggi, abbia potuto usufruire della onsen della struttura, in orari di minor affluenza per ovvi motivi. Nonostante molto tipica e accogliente, la struttura è un po’ datata. Esempio: ho avuto un po’ di difficoltà a ricaricare telefono & co perché le prese di corrente sono poche e non c’è direttamente l’attacco usb, dunque ho dovuto acquistare un adattatore. Ma stiamo proprio cercando il pelo nell’uovo.

Geserveerd door het personeel op je kamer, inclusief uitleg. Engels sprekend personeel. Onsen is gratis en bijna de gehele dag beschikbaar. Alle hotels in Noboribetsu onsen zien er wat gedateerd uit. Dit hotel is prima in orde.

• Hili (1/5): לא מומלץ! ישן מלוכלך ומוזנח! - המיקום היה נוח, האונסן היה נעים ונחמד. הארוחה הייתה גדולה עם הרבה אפשרויות. לא מומלץ!!!! מקום ישן ומלוכלך!!!!! נכנסנו לחדר והיו המון ג'וקים בכל החדר, על הקירות, על הוילונות, על התקרה, על הריצפה, על החלונות! פשוט בכל מקום! כשהתלוננתי העובד פשוט בא לאסוף עם סלוטייפ אחד אחד, והם הופיעו עוד. ביקשנו לעבור חדר ולקח להם כמעט שעה למצוא חדר אחר. החדר הריח מוזר, וגם שם היו חרקים וג'וקים. החדר היה מלוכלך ישן ומוזנח! היה לכלוך על הקירות, שטיח לא נקי, הצבע מתקלף, וזה הרגיש שלא מנקים. העובדים לא מבינים אנגלית ואין עם מי לדבר. האינטרנט היה ממש ממש גרוע! כמעט ולא הייתה קליטה. יש חדר עישון בכניסה ליד האונסון שגורם לכל הקומה להסריח בריח סיגריות. הם רוצים שתשאיר אצליהם את המפתח לאוטו שלך וצריך לתת להם את המפתח של החדר כשיוצאים (בזמן השהות). זה היה מאוד לא נוח ולא נעים שצריך כל פעם לבקש מהם. התמונות ממש לא משקפות את המיקום עצמו. מאוד לא מומלץ!
• andrea (1/5): serious health hazard - Lage We had an extremely upsetting experience at the hotel. The entire hotel is completely dated, not renovated for decades and very moldy everywhere. The room we were given is a health hazard - full of black mold, even in the bed. The matress was soaking wet despite a dehumidifier. I could not breathe at night nor sleep. There is a bug infestation, about 30 bugs were in our room, one fell into our dinner from the ceiling. The shower was full of black mold, the onsen dirty. It is outright dangerous to have people stay there, but the price of 250€ a night is beyond comprehension. The worst about the experience was that the staff did neither apologize nor care. They simply agreed "yes there is mold, yes there is bugs" without acknowledging any problem. Furthermore, our experience was gaslighted by saying we should have requested a second dehumidifier as it was dripping from the ceiling. This was an outrageous experience that no customers should go through.

La chambre à coucher : - le bruit du radiateur dans la chambre qui est gênant pour bien dormir. - nous n'avons pas réussi à fermer le store la nuit. - manque de prises dans la chambre (aucune à proximité du lit)
• Cathy (5/5): 失望的入住體驗 - 整體老舊，滿屋內臭蟲爬，和送餐的服務員反映，竟然說這是非常普通的事情，床上的枕頭全部發黃，超級噁心，溫泉裡面全部發霉，陳舊不堪，餐飲方面：早餐要求的是日餐，結果竟然有肉腸/培根/雞蛋的火鍋？問為啥是西式的，說是怕客人厭惡日餐，換點不一樣的，我簡直無語。 不會推薦給任何來登別的朋友。

• Hendrik (1/5): DON'T Book! - Personal war nett Lage Die Anlage ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Sanierung. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Wir wollten 3 Nächte bleiben und haben nach einer Nacht bereits wieder ausgecheckt, weil wir komplett unzufrieden und angewiedert waren. Zugeteiltes Zimmer war feucht ( und fanden überall Schimmel. Sogar der Schrank in dem Yukatas lagwn war komplett verschimmelt und feucht) dazu roch es nach altem Rauch (war früher wahrscheinlich mal ein Raucherzimmer). An den Fenstern gibt es keine Insektengitter, obwohl wir das Fenster nie geöffnet haben, waren bereits viele Wanzen und Marienkäfer im Zimmer. Die Fensterrahmen waren mit Gewebeband und Schaumstoff "abgedichtet". In der Früh war Innen alles komplett Nass aufgrund des Kondenswassers. Wir haben gleich nach dem Einchecken gefragt ob es möglich wäre das Zimmer zu wechseln, Unterkunft war aber ausgebucht...Leider war auch sonst in Noboribetsu nichts Frei, sonst wären wir schon vor der ersten Nacht gegangen. Wir haben weder die Onsen noch das mitgebuchte Frühstück genutzt, da uns die Laune vergangen war, daher kann ich keine Bewertung dazu abgeben. Wir haben nach nicht mal 12 h wieder ausgecheckt und uns eine andere Unterkunft gesucht. Wirklich Schade um das Geld. Zusammengefasst: Am besten gar nicht erst Buchen um den wirklich hohen Preis von rund 200 €/Nacht gibt es weitaus schönere Unterkünfte. Personal war aber wirklich freundlich.

• Lisa (8/5): 1 night stay in spa resort town - Traditional inn in a spa town. The outdoor onsen listening to the river was very cool. Staff were all very helpful. Felt like stepping back in time. Easy walk to town and trails. Japanese style room was good, beds comfy. Tea facilities and cold water in room were a nice touch. Bit dated. Would have liked a bar service unless we just missed it.

• Ben (8/5): Great ryokan with incredible food and service - What makes this place is the meals. Meals are carefully prepared and served in your room. Incredible presentation and delicious food. The onsen was not the nicest looking. The outdoor onsen was cute, but had no view, just a fenced in area. The interior of the ryokan was clean, but could use some renovation. There were stains on the walls and the carpeting felt old. Otherwise everything was fantastic. Staff were super friendly and helpful and the prices reasonable.
