- James (8/5): - He tenido la oportunidad de hospedarme en este hotel en dos ocasiones: diciembre de 2023 y junio de 2025. Destaco su diseño agradable, excelente desayuno y ubicación estratégica. Sin embargo, considero importante mejorar la atención al cliente en recepción. El equipo no transmite una cálida bienvenida; sería ideal que saludaran con una sonrisa, preguntaran cómo estuvo el viaje o de dónde nos visitan. Este tipo de detalles hacen la diferencia en la experiencia de los huéspedes. En ciertas ocasiones al pedir recomendaciones sobre sitios turísticos o cómo llegar a un lugar, no supieron responder ni se ofrecieron a buscar alternativas. Algo tan sencillo como "Déjeme revisarlo" hubiera sido muy útil. Además, al regresar anoche después de un largo día de trabajo, saludé con un "buenas noches", pero no recibí respuesta, . Estos pequeños gestos afectan la percepción del servicio. Espero que estos comentarios sean tomados de forma constructiva, ya que el hotel tiene un gran potencial y me encantaría volver si se mejoran estos aspectos básicos de atención al cliente.

- Deisy (8/5): - Nice quiet hotel in a good residential area close to the comercial zone, everything you need is at hand (except places to buy leather shoes). We stayed 9 days but they only put you ONE complimentary coffee for the whole stay! Compared to the Dann Carlton where it was replenished every day. Breakfast was good but felt too simple in comparison with the other (same price category). Also, the cleaning staff is an external contract, so after certain hour they are no longer available if you didn´t leave on time. The gym room was small and not well equiped for those who like doing exercises, but in Bucaramanga you will walk a lot. But the staff was nice and we had a pleasant stay, although the other (same category) hotel had for us complimentary sauna, turkish bath, pool and a big gym.

La relación calidad-precio es excelente, lo que lo convierte en una opción muy recomendable para quienes buscan comodidad sin exceder su presupuesto. La ubicación es estratégica, lo que facilita el acceso a diferentes puntos clave de Bucaramanga. La habitación en la que me hospedé era amplia, cómoda y perfectamente adecuada para alojar a una familia de 3 o 4 personas. Todo estaba limpio, bien mantenido y pensado para una estadía confortable. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme allí en una próxima visita a la ciudad.

The hotel is situated in a terrific neighborhood, just a block or so from a couple of shopping malls. The breakfast was good. One day I arrived at breakfast near the closing time and could tell that it bothered the kitchen. They cleaned all of the food and drinks up before I could finish, otherwise everything was great.

- Jorge Mariano (6/5): Estuve una semana,solo,fin Octubre 2024 - La habitación era amplia, daba a la calle, entraba mucha luz y sol y se podía paliar con el aire acondicionado de la habitación. Con el frigorífico se minimizaba bien los deseos de beber. Le faltaba secador de cabellos. En el baño todo lo demás perfecto. En el looby y pasillos no había aire acondicionado y la permanencia en esos sitios era desagradable. El personal era muy correcto. Durante los 7 días que estuve, solo dos veces en el desayuno me encontré con salchichas y pequeños muslos de pollo. En general el desayuno puede mejorarse y mucho. La ubicación del hotel es buena, con varios centros comerciales y buen ambiente. Por la noche preferí no salir hasta mas allá de las 20:00

- Bruce (6/5): Don’t pay all up front - Beware the advertising. It shows a nice gourmet meal but in reality they don’t have a restaurant or room service. I explained at the front desk that these amenities were important for my stay and since I was misled I would need to find an alternate place to stay, this was on the first night. The hotel personnel said that according to the contract I couldn’t check out the next day and would be charged for a total of 3 days. I felt 2 days was fair but reluctantly agreed to 3, my full stay would have been 9. When I went to checkout a new person was at the desk. It took at hour explaining the situation again only to hear they had no means to credit my card right away and that it would take 15 days. I had them print me all receipts including the proposed credit now a month and a half later I still have not received my credit.

TERRIBLE ATTENTION. THIS WAS THE LAST TIME I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL.

We did our reservation, everything ok for our family trip, when we arrived to make the check in, we were informed that the hotel had a problem and they sent to us to a different and half price hotel near by, with no more explanation. They never contacted us beforehand to let us know that something was wrong, so we can decide what to do. They registered us in a cheaper hotel, far feom our expectations and quality desired. We had a room almost no window, smaller and very noisy. We didnt get back any refund or compensation for what happened. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!! They ruined our only night in Bucaramanga.
