• Patricia (8/5): Regular - La ubicación La tina estaba y el lavatorio estaban trizadas , no hay hervidor , las amenities hay que pedirlas y no hay donde poner los accesorios de baño.

• Wilfred (5/5): Staff helpful. Rooms facilities could certainly be improved - We were given a very hot room as sun was shining directly in the room. The Air-condition system is set only by the management and there is no way to change temperature according to climate conditions. Eventually managed to get another room which was passable. Not the most comfortable mattress as well! Poor Air conditioning system.

• William (6/5): The hotel was below our expectations but not so much that we thought it was OK for a one night stay. - It was in a pretty good location in between the Santiago de Compostela train station and the Santiago de Compostela cathedral at the end of the El Camino walk, Our room was small but the bathroom was a decent size and overall it was decently clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good We were disappointed that there was no refrigerator or electric kettle in our room, so no scope for making a cup of tea or coffee, or storing medication in the frig. The lift is very small, almost too small for two people and two suitcases.

• Adelia (7/5): Poderíamos estar em um quarto mais cuidado. - A localização, próximo de lojas e comércio em geral. O quarto que ficamos não estava muito bom. O hotel precisa de reforma e troca de enxoval. A localização é excelente, mas não vale o custo benefício.

• María Cristina (8/5): Un buen sitio xa descansar al llegar del camino - La ubicación y que la habitación era amplia. No se escuchaba un solo ruido y la cama era cómoda. Había dos mosquitos en la habitación que nos hicieron el principio de la noche imposible 😅

• Ana (4/5): Não recomendo - Localização muito boa, bem no centro da cidade e próximo da capital O quarto não era confortável A casa de banho tinha uma fuga (ou algo semelhante) que fazia muito barulho durante a noite. Mesmo após pedirmos ajuda ao colaborador, este negou a existência de barulho (que era claramente percetível) Acabamos por não conseguir passar a noite por causa do barulho e da extrema luminosidade no quarto

• PatriciaA.C. (7/5): - El hotel esta muy bien situado, cerca de la plaza del Obradoiro. Con todo tipo de comercio alrededor. Puerta de entrada a la habitacion súper pesada. El colchón era muy incómodo y poco estable, si mi pareja se movía en un lado, yo también lo hacía. La tarima del suelo estaba desgastada y el espejo del baño picado. Aunque se indica que hay artículos de baño de cortesía, unicamemte habia gel de dispensador en la ducha.
