- NEO96 (3/5): Disappointed - Prime Location Staffs are not friendly. Towel not provided for dorm staying customers. Dorm beds are not stable about to break. Not worth to stay at dorm in this place. Be aware regarding this. First they are accepted the request for late check out. Once we checked in, next day they broke their promise and informed me to check out early. Unacceptable behavior. Very disappointed with front desk staffs

It was poor arrangement .Hotel charge me 7500 Sri Lanka Rupee which was so high and had arranged small car for my family which actual cost was 3100 (Pick me apps service only) Rupee no personal or hotel transport. Had very bad experience about transport

There were three metal bunkbeds with no curtains, very close to each other. No privacy very basic. I booked into a very good hotel/hostel just around the corner for about half the price.

- Iuliana (6/5): Centrally located but very basic for the price paid - The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the location is very good - right inside the fort district. The bathroom (even though shared) was modern and very clean. They charge 25$ for airport transfer, which is a fair price compared to what you can book online. The room was rather basic than something to match the price paid. Walls are dirty and very thin (you cannot sleep if your neighbors talk because you hear everything). The wood pavement was very old and crappy, more like a very basic room in a village. In my opinion, not worth the money paid, half price would have been more appropriate, but probably they charge for central location double price.

Плесенью и сыростью пахнет уже на входе в здание. В номерах же запах просто невыносим. А поскольку в номере, где мы жили нет окон и кондиционер периодически самопроизвольно выключался, то вечером запах стал усиливаться настолько, что уже начинаешь кашлять. Мы не смогли спать и вынуждены были уехать. Причём я сначала хотел просто сменить номер, но на ресепе мне сказали, что свободных номеров нет, а деньги вернуть они не могут в полном объёме, поскольку я в номере уже какое-то время прибывал. Причём они прекрасно понимали о чем я говорю и рекомендовали мне воспользоваться освежителем воздуха. Пришлось уехать поздно вечером и искать новую гостиницу, но это все равно было лучше, поскольку я нашёл номер даже дешевле и с завтраком. Дальше. Слышимость в номерах такая, что я слышал о чем говорят люди этажём выше. Нет разделения на женские и мужские санузлы. Номера очень старые и потрепаные. С кондиционеров течёт. Персонал явно не в себе. Парковки рядом нет. Насекомые. Кухня местная это просто позор. Очень шумно.

- Marat (2/5): Мотель для местных с плесенью - Отель находится около жд станции Коломбо Форт В номере стоял очень резкий запах плесени, персонал не смог предложить другой номер, поэтому пришлось отменить бронь и искать другой отель. Спасибо персоналу, что вернули деньги. Но настоятельно рекомендую сначала проверить номер, а потом платить деньги, высок шанс, что не понравится

- Sandra (7/5): Betaalbaar hotel in Colombo Fort - CityRest Fort is een prima hotel voor 1 nacht. Voor mij was het de laatste nacht in Sri Lanka. De locatie is super, in Colombo Fort in de buurt van attracties in Colombo en met veel restaurants op loopafstand. De kamer zelf is opzich prima, met comfortabel bed, airco en badkamer. Alleen er is geen raam. Dus niet een plek om lang te verblijven, maar prima als je een betaalbare plek zoekt om te slapen. Het inchecken ging niet helemaal soepel, eerst konden ze m'n reservering niet vinden en toen klopte de prijs niet. Uiteindelijk is alles goed gekomen gelukkig.

- Paulina (7/5): - Bardzo miła obsługa, po przyjeździe zostaliśmy zaprowadzone do pokoju z łóżkiem piętrowym, na naszym piętrze nie działała łazienka i wydobywał się nie za przyjemny zapach. Po kilku minutach pan z obsługi po nas wrócił i zaproponował zmianę pokoju!! W nowym pokoju były już 2 bardzo wygodne łóżka pojedyńcze. Wspólne łazienki w bardzo dobrym stanie i czyste. Pod klimatyzacją były jakieś zacieki (możliwy grzyb)

- eshtar (1/5): Beyond horrible. - Nothing The staff are absolutely horrible, especially Yohan, he never gave me back my change, and when I complained that the AC wasn't working in my room he told me that they r fully booked, when his shift finished, his colleague right away moved me to another room that was suddenly magically available, he simply didn't want to bother. There were cockroaches in both rooms, the whole place smells of rot and mold. It is very over priced. The toilets are not that clean. The location is very noisy. There is nothing positive to say about the place. Common area said to have coffee and tea, had like two tea bags of tea, no coffee, no sugar. Only come here if your other option is sleeping on the street.

Goede airco en groot dakterras. Hotel heeft last van vocht. Dus sommige kamers kunnen onprettig ruiken. Wij mochten gelukkig van kamer wisselen.

- Thushara (2/5): Totally not recommend - I booked double room I arrival on 2,30 am I only found out there were bunk beds after I got there. But even though I went there, that room wasn't set up. Then I asked him to give me a room with a double bed. Then he told me to pay more money. I had no choice but to pay more and buy that room because I couldn't find another room at 2:30 in the morning. Even the room I paid more for didn't have hot water. I left that hotel at seven thirty in the morning. Because it's hard to even sleep in that hotel, so there's no point in staying. No parking I had to park in the street
