Guest Reviews

- David (10/5): A very comfortable and beautiful property. Location and breakfast were excellent! - Charming colonial fixtures, fittings, and decorations. A beautiful courtyard. It was located in a small pedestrian only Street in the heart of Centro Historico. The staff were incredibly helpful to us when my wife had a medical emergency. Nothing, I loved it. Beware, however, if you can’t walk up steps because that’s the only way to get to the property.

- Melanie (10/5): Amazing location, will stay here again next time - The staff were very helpful and friendly. We needed help weighing a bag before the Inca Trail and they had a scale we could use.
The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options including eggs to order.
The location is ideal, close to everything but away from a Main street so still very quiet. The bathroom overhead window made it quite cold overnight so we kept the bathroom door shut to keep the heat in the room.

- Marie (10/5): Peaceful heaven inside Cusco - The room was very comfortable. Located right next to the garden. It’s a very peaceful place, well located close to main sites to visit in Cusco. Just a bit challenging to lift our big suitcases up the stairs to reach the property street.
- Kristina (10/5): -
- Melina (10/5): - Extremely helpful and nice staff
Very good location
Tea and infusion available 24/7
- Monique (9/5): -
- Eric (10/5): - Excellent property in an excellent location. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was perfect. Room was excellent
- Elise (9/5): Perfect location En great atmosphere - Quietness in the city. And that I saw the colibri in the garden. :-)
- Nichole (8/5): - Comfy bed, great location
Good brekky which they allowed me to swap to my arrival day instead of the next when my tour included breakfast. Also offer to go if leaving early Noisy at night (kitchen & external noise)
Bathroom would have been amazing except it had mould
Discount on food stated on booking.com was t available- restaurant said it was a separate business though menus were in rooms
If you want a massage, book early early as evenings were booked out when I got there
- Nichole (9/5): - Comfy beds, hot shower with great pressure, good breakfast on shared tables encouraging interaction with other guests, lovely courtyard views from rooms In a pedestrian area - great for being quiet, but you do have to luggage your luggage up some stairs to get there.

- silva (10/5): -
- Catarina Alexandra (8/5): Recomendo! - Simpatia dos funcionários e o excelente pequeno-almoço. Apenas o acesso ao local.
- Adlington (10/5): - Everything was great here - I needed to rest my feet due to an injury and the garden was the perfect place for this. Sat there pretty much all day. The wifi does cut in and out, but there always seemed to be one that worked. It was also the best shower I had in Peru, and breakfast was great - eggs to order. Wifi needs sorting.
- Leticia (9/5): -

- Athina (9/5): Very nice - Very good location and nice room. Nothing bad to say just that the staff do not speak English and it is hard to communicate with extra things you might need. But generally good experience

- Andrus (9/5): Hubane, vaikne ja mugav hotell - Hubane, vaikne ja mugav hotell

- Ruksapol (9/5): We really enjoyed our 3 nights at Hosteria de Anita dnd would definitely stay again! - Beautiful property with views of the city and nice courtyard and indoor seating areas. The style very much reflected that we were in historic Cusco. Nice pillows and bedding. Very tidy and clean, especially the public areas. Appreciated the breakfast that was included with our stay, which made it an especially great value! Welcoming, helpful, attentive staff on site 24 hours. Property felt very secure. They let us store our bags for the day while we explored the city before our late flight, and one other bag during our two day trip to Machu Picchu (we had overnights at Hosteria de Anita on both ends). Thank you for the hospitality! Be ready for stairs…to carry your luggage up to the pedestrian street from the taxi drop off. You will also be walking down and up to get to the Plaza de Armas and other sites. Upon arrival, this can be tough if you’re adjusting to altitude! WiFi was minimal during our stay.
- Hogenes (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was perfect. Good location, central and quiet. The room was super comfortable, and the hot shower and daily fresh towels were very pleasant!
- Alexandra (10/5): -
- Hongyan (8/5): Clean, quiet, friendly staff, and good service - Clean and good location
- Roy (9/5): Lovely place to stay - would be perfect in warm weather. - Good breakfast with lots of choice. Spotlessly clean and spacious rooms. Coca tea available 24 hours. All the staff were great, and Valentina on the front desk was particularly helpful as we had various questions about activities during our stay. Beautiful garden. The rooms were rather cold and the heating only came on a couple of times a day. The communal and breakfast rooms were also cold.
- Jennifer (10/5): Perfect! - The location, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff Nothing!
- ZahraBialam (10/5): -
- Sara Elizabeth (10/5): -
- Andrea (8/5): -
- Guillermo (10/5): -
- Jacob (7/5): Good value hostel - Breakfast was great. Wifi was fast. Sheets were stained when we got there. However they did change them when asked.
- MAILYS (8/5): Good breakfirst, nice little back garden, will recommend this place - Nice place, close to the center of Cuzco Just have in mind that the taxi will drop at the bottom of the street, than you will have some step. Not so easy with a suit case but manageable.
- ELZBIETA (10/5): Do powtórzenia - Czysto, komfortowo,super lokalizacja,spokojnie, przyjazny personel .
- James (10/5): Great value for a nice room in Cusco - This hotel is in the historic central area of Cusco. Super easy to walk to all the main areas. It is set back from the road. Up some stairs and down a small alley which made it very quiet from street noise. The breakfast buffet had a lot to offer along with eggs made fresh (fried or scrambled eggs). The staff arranged easy airport transfers. The WiFi signal in the room (2nd floor) was not very strong.
- Sara (9/5): - Soggiorno perfetto
- Sara (9/5): - Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posizione buona e silenziosa, staff fantastico, sempre disponibili, ci hanno aiutato molto. Buona colazione, stanze spaziose.
- Francesca (8/5): Great warm, quiet stay in Cuzco. - Rooms were warm (centralized heating in the evening and early morning) and it was very quiet and peaceful, as the hotel is on a secondary street accesssible only to pedestrians (note: you do need to walk uphill or stairs to access).
- Lochin (9/5): - Great location at the edge of San Blas and Centro historico, close to the Plaza de Armas, and dozens of restaurants. Familial feeling, like you’re living in a big hacienda and eating in the dining room with the family. Nice decor and garden. Comfortable beds. I think it’s more of a Cuzco-specific issue but hot water not always in supply, and odour coming from the drains in the bathroom.
- Varinia (9/5): -
- Varinia (9/5): A gem and tranquility oasis in Cuzco - The location is quiet and close to the main interest points, the staff is very kind and helpful, the rooms are large, clean and comfortable, they offer many breakfast options and offer coca or muña tea to help with altitude sickness through a drinking station. We were also able to store our large luggage with them while we traveled to Machu Pichu. In one of the rooms I stayed in, I could hear my neighbors chat and use the bathroom, it was fine once the bathroom door was closed
- Anja (7/5): -
- Loris (8/5): - Nice room and pleasant property. Problems with WiFi
- Giete (10/5): -
Gar nichts
- José Miguel (10/5): - Muy buena ubicación, y atención al cliente. Todo muy bien.
- Laura (10/5): -
- Ashley (10/5): Lovely hotel with an exceptional breakfast! - This was a really charming and comfortable hotel. The WiFi was great, rooms were charming and lovely, and the breakfast was exceptional! N/A - no complaints and it was really quiet at night!
- Joshua (10/5): -
- Jonny (10/5): - Veldig fint inne i bygningen, rent og ryddig. Og en positivitet og servicevilje. Frokosten var sunn og god.
- Ingvar (2/5): Maybe the worst experience from a hotel. - Quiet and close to the center of the city. Room we got the bathroom had a terrible smell coming from it (which I suspect may have been mold). We complained 2 days straight nothing was done. After 4th day they moved us into another room that was much smaller than the room we paid for. We mentioned this and nothing was done to accommodate us.
- Daniela (10/5): - The place is beautiful calm and quiet at night, staff was so friendly and helpful, they even packed breakfast for us as we had an early trip and could not have breakfast there. A plus is it's only three blocks from the Plaza Mayor. It was a real pleasant experience.
- Gabriela (9/5): -
- Jake (9/5): Great value for a one night stay in Cusco - Comfortable hotel for a short stay in Cusco, near lots of restaurants and shops. We stayed here a night after visiting Machu Picchu and before heading back to Lima, and it fit our needs perfectly. N/A
- Scott (9/5): -
- Giacomo (9/5): -
- Yaneyra (9/5): The staff was amazing! I!! - It was very clean, and it had everything I needed for that trip! The breakfast was great too!! Walking distance to almost everything! Tons of restaurants nearby! We had to walk upstairs to get to it, so do not bring big bags!
You might hear other guests rolling their bags in the middle of the night! People take tours very early in the morning!
- Pilar (10/5): -
- Reetta (10/5): - Mukava henkilökunta, siistit huoneet, kiva miljöö, hyvä aamiainen. He säilyttivät tavaroitamme useaan otteeseen kun kävimme erilaisilla monen päivän retkillä.
- Julia (10/5): Great location, friendly staff. -
- Dirceu (8/5): -
Preis-Leistung unschlagbar
