• Sergei (9/5): - Das nötigste ist vorhanden, tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt, man sieht den Fluss auf der einen Seite und das Meer auf der anderen. Parkplatz in der Parkgarage ist sehr teuer. Ein Wasserkocher wäre wünschenswert.

The staff were wonderful, friendly and welcoming. We loved our stay.! There could have been cleaning products as we stayes for 10 days but other than that it was fine.

• A (10/5): I would comeback to Honolulu and if I do then I would book this place, 100%. For the price it was very good. Will miss i - I loved how clean and comfortable it was and the staff was INCREDIBLE! Everyone was so nice and friendly we even joked around with them it made our stay much more enjoyable. You can sense how much they care about our wellbeing always told us to be safe and have nice time even complimented us almost as if we were with our parents lolll. Nothing I didn’t like! Loved everything from the room, the distance from the hotel and the beach or the stores, loved the view from our room, the staff was amazing, the pool was great and honestly after long days at the beach we loved going back to the hotel and felt so relaxed and cleaned there. Very safe too

• Jasslene (10/5): Great stay!! - I've read the reviews about the no mirror or sink in the bathroom and honestly it was not bad at all. This room was more than enough. If yall couldn't walk 5 - 6ft just to wash your hands or brush your teeth, then that's a you problem. And serioiusly? No mirrors? There were plenty of mirrors. This room was excellent and perfect for our stay. We loved it. And the view was amazing 🤩 the app was very easy to navigate and simple and had absolutely no problems with it. Most of the stores, beaches and restaurants were walking distance which was a plus. Probably the parking fee. It was a bit pricey but it was worth it for some days others not so much. However, you can have free parking in the meters after 10p but you had to get up early to pay again.
• Nelson (6/5): A well equipped studio with utensils and crockery for tourists with limited budget. - The studio at first impression was good but later on we discovered that the bed height was not compatible to what we had expected. Mattress was not good. Bed height was not helpful as getting out of the bed was problematic. There were some cracks on the tile floor which we had noiticed.Plenty of utensils and crockery, very much appreciated. Backache each time when we got out of bed. No chopping board but a chopper was provided. No vanity basin. The kitchen sink had to be used for washing hands after toilet use, no way of doing a soap lather and shave. I used a small face mirror left in the toilet.There is a bath tub but in this day and age, why provide a bath tub? It occupies much space and wastes a lot of water when the space could have been used to provide a vanity basin. Limited work table top. Toaster, cooking stovette was a challenge as we had to juggle things around to use other electrical equipment. Problem with the security lock. I contacted the owner as we made an error on the codes and it locked us out.The owner of the Unit finally helped us remotely as he was located in California. He was able to remotely communicate with me on the TEXT usage. The sliding doors from the bedroom to the balcony couldnt be opened easily.It is probably due to misalignment of the structure of the entire complex and one needs to use muscle strength to open the sliding door. Maybe it is a small problem but I know of similar problems I had noticed elsewhere. Problmes with alignment due to misalignment.

• Wanda (5/5): Great location and recreation facilities but room was dated and worn out. - Great location and the facilities in the building( pool , recreation and lobby) were lovely. Our room was old and quite worn out. The carpet was stained and had tacks poking through and cut my foot( they did come right away to fix it) the hall area around our elevator had a strong musty smell. As a B and B property, we only had access to staff/ security after 3:00 pm. The main reception had nothing to do with our room.

• Daiane (1/5): The owner who thinks the customer has to wait until the house is clean, booking a company that doesn't solve problem - I had an unexpected event in Hawaii and needed to find a place to stay at the last minute. I searched on booking.com for a place close to where I was staying. I made the payment and went to the place. Between the payment and my arrival, it took about 50 minutes. Well, when I arrived at the place, I didn't have the password to enter. I sent a message and waited at the door for 10 minutes. When I got the password and entered, the house simply wasn't clean. I called the owner and he told me to wait 30 minutes and someone would come back to clean it. I waited for 40 minutes and no one arrived. Since I didn't know what to do, I had to find another place to stay, since I was with my son who needed a shower and food. I called Booking, told them what had happened, and asked for my money back, since I had paid to enter a clean place. Booking replied that there was nothing they could do. The owner sent me a message at 9pm saying that the house was clean and that he would not refund my money. I asked for a refund every day since I had paid for something and did not receive what I paid for (a clean house). He told me that I was irresponsible for scheduling at the last minute and that he would not refund my money. His employee had a problem with her car and was therefore unable to finish cleaning. I understand that unforeseen events happen, just like what happened to me. However, I had to pay to have a place to stay and he does not understand that I do not have to wait for someone to clean something that was available for rent and should have been clean by 3pm check-in time. If it is not ready, do not accept the reservation. I cannot say anything about the place, because I did not stay there, I only paid. About the owner, a person who puts money above character, about booking. Oh, I actually made the reservation without cancellation, but who would think that they would make a reservation and pay for it and arrive and find the house dirty?

We didn’t want that on our first day arriving at the hotel. Except that we like to stay at the hotel. Other people are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you.

• Sara (10/5): Perfect stay in Honolulu - Very friendly staff, the apartment was super clean, and very comfortable. It had everything needed for a short, relaxing vacation. 10 min walk from downtown, and nice breakfast places. Parking was extra and expensive, but it was clearly indicated in the apt description, no surprises. I opted for street parking and was time consuming and stressful especially on the weekend.

Security guard was a little "offputting" in his manner upon my arrival. Only 1 wineglass provided in the small kitchen, and NO corkscrew. A few random pieces of cutlery were there, but barely 1 decent knife to chop anything.. The SAFE did not work ( as per the note on it), the pillows were plentiful but all hard. Had TV issues but didnt bother following up.. NO USB charging ports located anywhere that I could find..

• Mary7179 (10/5): Royal Garden Stay in Paradise - Excellent location with just a short walk to beach. Easy to take public transportation or ride share from location. Plenty of ABC stores in area for snacks or water. Room was large compared to friends that stayed at Holiday Inn Express. Their entire room with bath was half the size of mine. Air conditioner was loud but was not unique to this room. It is a common complaint. Guest in room below me was constantly going in and out of balcony which sounded like they were moving furniture all the time.

Wish they had free parking. There is free parking on the street if you’re lucky. We only had to pay for Valet parking one night. The rest of our stay, we were able to find parking on the street.

• Clark (7/5): Great location and the view is amazing just make sure the owner can be reached for any issues. - The location is great. It's in the middle of the strip great for shopping and about a 7 min walk to the beach. No rental car needed. When I arrived the owner did not send me the code for entry and was not available to answer his phone. I waited about an hour 1/2 to gain access to the apartment after a long day of travel when the owner finally decided to call back to give me the code for entry.
