I wish that we could have resolved our mix up about the number of nights we reserved but we couldn’t find a reception staff person to talk to at 10:30 am, though we had a very pleasant introduction to the inn when we arrived. It was unclear when they were around. We enjoyed our stay and would give it 5 stars except for this issue.

- EJ (10/5): Wonderful stay from start to finish - Warmly welcomed and given a tour of the lovely premises. The bedroom was luxurious and extremely comfortable. Before leaving, we were granted a chance to see other rooms and there truly is no bad place to stay in this hotel. Perfectly located in the heart of Old Bromont, it's the next best thing to renting a chalet.

We enjoyed the accessibility to many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We skied two days at Bromont and really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub to relax. We will definitely be back.

We were able to make ourselves at home with freedom to come and go as we pleased. Excellent breakfast ad also enjoyed late night hot tub on outdoor terrace. Also excellent staff - all in all, we had absolutely no complaints (although drain in tub was slow).

I was unsure if this was the actual cost as there was a language barrier between us and the hotel concierge There was no coffee maker or microwave in room. Location was very scenic and overall people were very friendly.

A couple of comfortable chairs, a small table & chairs, and in room coffee maker would have made our 3 day stay much more comfortable. I would happily stay again for longer but would try to book a room in newer part of building.

She took the time to ask if the breakfasts were okay for our preschooler which was appreciated. They were tasty. Scrambled eggs, croissant, brie and salad one day and a fruit French toast for the second day. Each day also started with a nice fruit salad.
- Chris (6/5): Nice place -- watch the extra person charge - This is a very nice little bed and breakfast in the heart of Bromont. We were booking at the last minute, and were a bit rushed. Expedia showed a very good price per night, so we jumped on it with out reading carefully. My wife and I were traveling with two kids, and when we checked out, the final price was over twice what we were expecting. The difference was that the price of 2 extra kids was almost the same as the cost of the room. When we went back to the confirmation e-mail, the information was clearly there. It was our mistake. The price was completely fair for the quality of the lodgings, but we were trying to stay on a budget, and had the pricing been a bit clearer when we booked, we probably would have looked for a different property. The only complaint I had is the fact that Expedia made it easy to miss the extra person charge when booking.
- Richmond (10/5): Delightful in every way! - This beautiful home is run by 2 sisters who take turns a week at a time. It is impeccably kept up and our room was comfortable. Pauline gave us a tip on where to go for dinner (walkable) and showed us the hot tub. The next morning she served us a delightful, delicious breakfast.

But on arrival with my son, hostess insisted on upping the price for our room as there where 2 persons, even though on booking there were 2. I felt nickled and dimed and when tried to explain, she insisted. I did not want to argue with my child near and we arrived hungry and tired. that along would not have me stay again

The service was lacking; our room was not cleaned during our stay; the tiny garbage was overflowing and we had to seek out fresh wine glasses, etc. Given the elegance of the hotel and the price I expected more, or at least standard, service and it could have been friendlier.

The bed was comfortable and clean. The living area was nice with a couch, television, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There was a table for two next if you wanted to eat in the room. The bathroom was large and clean with hot water and good pressure. The tub was on oval garden tub but I didn't take the time to try it out. I felt very at home when I was there. I don't speak much French so watching TV was a bit of a challenge. There were a few channels that spoke English but not a lot of choices. The WiFi was sketchy and cut in and out. There were several signals to chose from so I would recommend asking at check in and make sure you have the correct password. I arrived about 7 and nobody was there to let me in. I sat in my car for about 10 minutes and the owner showed up. She did try to call me but I didn't see the message until later. My advice would be if you are going to be getting in late call and let them know.
- Marina (10/5): Little paradise - The place is a little paradise with a view over golf course and the mountains on the other side. Our room was on the top floor, gorgeous suite in honeymoon style. This is bed and breakfast type of stay and in the morning they treat you with the most delicious fresh hot breakfast. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
- David (6/5): The Stairs - For my wife and I, for whom stairs are a challenge, the two long sets of steep stairs are the reason for an overall mark of 3. I don't remember seeing anything about stairs in the description of the hotel. I started to dread going back there

- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice B&B - This is a nice B&B right in the middle of Bromont. The higher suites are well above of the value they cost. Would strongly recommend you up grade. The regular rooms have a separate room with very small TV and there is no TV in bedroom. The are smaller and feel more like a B&B. The hot tub and sauna work very well.
