• Mary (9/5): Superb accommodation - Lovely, clean spacious room. Very safe access- important for a solo female. Friendly staff. This did not bother me in the least as I am a 'walker' and always explore cities on foot. Prati is however quite a walk to the main attractions of Rome. This might be important for other guests?

• Pamela (8/5): Fabulous stay in a safe, clean apartment and accessible area for transport for sightseeing - Spotlessly clean, fresh towels provided, shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer, fresh water each day along with coffee pods and biscuits. Very quiet residential area with access by bus and metro to all the sights. Plenty of restaurants around the area some of which were recommended by the host. Would stay again. Nothing

• Milica (10/5): Superb - The location is peaceful and pleasant, perfect for a quiet stay. The room was comfortable, though it would be even better with a wardrobe, as it currently only has drawers for clothes. Lovely hosts, Lorenzo and Chiara, they were both absolutely wonderful, incredibly helpful, friendly, and a true pleasure to talk to. Due to a public transportation strike in Rome on the day I was supposed to leave, I was unsure how to reach the airport, but Chiara went above and beyond to assist me with clear directions and practical advice. Thanks!

Location perfect, not too close not too far from center, just perfect to have a good rest in quiet area and reach center easy. Host is on your disposal all the time with patient and very good advices for any need you have.
• Sara (8/5): A very good stay. - The room was clean, comfortable and with all the needed facilities. The location was very good, especially if the purpose of visit is any concert in Stadio Olimpico. The staff was very nice and we could store our baggage after check-out, which was very convenient.

Tea and coffee was provided, supermarket across the road. Quiet residential area with shopping, cafe and restaurants locally. Major sights such as Castel Sant’Angelo a 20 mins walk away. Lepanto metro station is a short walk -6 mins. Couldn’t be better at this price range. Very relaxing, we will be back again! Couldn’t have been better for this price.

Clean and comfortable room, quiet. Adequate space for the two of us. A little hard to find. You really have to pay attention to the small sign on the external gate area.

• Riku (10/5): Exceptional - Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Chiara, Lorenzo, and to the cleaning lady. The room was super clean and quiet, and air conditioning worked well. Location is convenient, 500m to Lepanto metro station. There is a supermarket just across the street, and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Prati is a beautiful, quiet, and safe area to stay in. Water pressure in the shower was perhaps a bit too low (for Scandinavian standards). But we heard that in Rome in general the low water pressure is quite common.

Very kind and helpful staff. They make it feel like a five star resort! And I had no problem with the WiFi as others have said. This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in all of Italy! I hesitate to say more because I know after this posting I’ll never be able to get a booking. It will be full. But truly they deserve it. Grazie mille Riccardo.

He gave us information about everything we wanted to know about our trip to Rome. The room was cozy, comfy and very very clean !! The neighborhood was quiet and very beautiful. • Natalia (6/5): the location is excellent, the place is very basic - I loved the location, how approachable the staff was, that the room was cleaned daily. They were very accommodating, available around the clock and super friendly. The room is extremely small and quite dirty. It is very humid, full of mosquitos and flies. There is no space for suitcases, and the bed is right in door. The main problem is that there is only one room and when you open the door from the outside, you get hit the bed straight and the sleeping area. The main courtyard is common, so l the other guests and staff just mingled around there there — basically, if you come full of mud and dirt all you do it get it right in the bed. It opens straight out to the main courtyard where people go in and out, there is no privacy at all. Everything is rationalised, which is hilarious — you get 2 coffee capsules a day, one toilet roll… honestly… the duvet is in the closet, it is not covered with a sheet. It is not made for more nights in my opinion, it is not “luxury” as it is advertised and it gave me the ick straight away.
• Ammar (9/5): Perfect to feel at home away from home - The location of the place is simply amazing, easy access to any part of Rome, and a walking distance to many of the main attractions and locations, and just far enough so you don’t get overwhelmed crowdedness of downtown Rome. The hosts or managers were amazing, friendly supportive and super helpful. The services they offer is perfect for what’s needed, it’s not overbearing, giving me enough space to enjoy and relax.

We arrived earlier and they were very kind and helped us check in faster. +would come back to stay here when in Rome. - room is a bit small, there is not much space to move inside, but for a short trip it was nice -there’s no table in the room, you can’t eat/work
