Blízko Pradelna, market, dobré jídla atd. Na pokoji nebylo okno, kterým by se dal pustit vzduch, Alw byla tam výkonná klimatizace!

Perri (10/5): Lovely Old Quarter hotel - highly recommend - Great central location in the Old Quarter. Although I was travelling solo I was lucky to be given an upgrade no reason. The room on the top floor (has lift and stair access) was very big (2 beds) with plenty of space for luggage etc and a big bathroom. Overlooked the water tower and park. Thomas on the reception desk was very kind and friendly. Would recommend.

De ramen keken uit op een muur, er kwam geen licht binnen en de ramen konden niet open. De kamer was daardoor vochtig, rook wat naar natte hond.

Philippa (8/5): Lovely simple city stay - Beautifully designed rooms - simple, colourful and neat, and we were fortunate to be upgraded to a room with a balcony. Staff are friendly and very helpful— made our first day in Vietnam feel welcoming :) Recommended to use less water as sometimes rooms lack hot water for showers. Remember TV and fridge need to be plugged in if you’re going to use them, and WiFi in the rooms can be weak signal depending on time of day.

sidhu (7/5): Comfortable, convenient! - I liked the location and Tom was a really lovely and genuine person. Nothing was too much for him. He upgraded our room for free and made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. The location is actually perfect for Hanoi. Shower is lovely and bathroom is big. On our last night, the AC was not working very well and Tom did try to fix this however, it was very late and we had just arrived back from Ninh Binh. By the time Tom got someone to come out, it would’ve been very late and we had a 5am wake up call to catch a flight. In the end, we did just use the fan but it was one of the worst sleeps I’ve had. This was no fault of anyone’s and if me and my husband insisted on it being fixed straight away, I know Tom would. AC is essential in Vietnam or you could get heat exhaustion.

Smith (7/5): Tiny room. We were the only ones with suitcases. Very much backpacker Hostel. - Very clean, good bathroom, great shower. Staff were good. Near to Market. On main road - our room was at the front on 5th floor. Owner very proud of view, I think, could not hear him properly over the traffic noise and constant tooting of horns. It really was a ridiculous level of noise, and it was dangerous crossing roads if there were no traffic lights. Room was clean but extra tiny. Had to live out of suitcases left on the floor - had to walk sideways to get passed end of the bed. Tried to change rooms but could not. No breakfast. Many restaurants and cafes but not many serve breakfast. Good as a hostel not a Hotel.

Julia (9/5): Sehr gutes Hotel für einen Stadtausflug - Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wird sauber gehalten. Das Personal steht für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen, man ist innerhalb von 15min an den hotspots der Innenstadt. Man muss wissen, dass das Zimmer klein ist, aber uns hat es nicht gestört

Muffiger Geruch ließ sich mit Klimaanlage aber beseitigen. Laut (Altstadt), aber ordentliche Fenster. Keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit

The quality of the mattress is amazing, comparable to the one in 5 stars hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the city. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. They greeted guests with a smile every time they walked past the lobby. And they even remembered the guests names! They really made a difference in the overall experience, this hotel stay feels like home. Big thank you to Thomas for his hospitality. His service mindset and attention to details are exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure the guests enjoy the stay. Highly recommended!!!

C'est le meilleur hôte que j'ai rencontré lors de mon séjour au Vietnam. Vraiment sur sympa et prêt à aider si besoin.

lauren (3/5): - Room was clean Someone was able to get into my room with their key. Luckily I was dressed but it was scary. They apologized, they were just at the wrong room. When I spoke to the manager they said they lost the others persons key and had to give them the master. This is obviously not safe. Also, the shower water didn’t drain so my bathroom floor was always completely wet and had to wear shoes to use the restroom.
