• Aliza (4/5): Unwelcome feeling - Hotel itself is good but the staffs were not very friendly. We had many instances where they were not very welcoming. One of the lady staff in reception said something rude and inappropriate in korean. We understand korean so it was really bad experience and ruined our stay. Also, they start cleaning rooms early in the morning and are very loud like banging stuffs. It ruins the calm looking vibe very quickly.

• Rémy (8/5): Expérience typique hanok - Endroit typique et charmant, vous dormez dans un hanok typique. Au coeur d’un petit jardin à l’ambiance apaisante. Le personnel parle très bien anglais et est accueillant. Possibilité de louer des hanbok gratuitement s’il ne pleut pas. Le confort reste rudimentaire, c’est une expérience de dormir dans un futon, matelas très fin, couverture et petit coussin de riz. Une nuit c’est ok, au bout de deux nuits on ressent le mauvais sommeil et la fatigue. L’insonorisation peut être un peu léger, on entends l’air conditionné des voisins. Je recommande d’y aller en basse saison. Pour le reste le bruit de la rue ou du quartier ne s’est pas entendu.
• EDEN (10/5): Un séjour mémorable et charmant - Notre séjour à Gyeongju était incroyable ! L’hôtel est sublime et très bien situé près des monuments à visiter et des restaurants. Nous avons été correctement installé dans notre petite hanok, une expérience à faire et refaire ! Vraiment, ils ont été adorable et très serviable, je reviendrai !
• Mark (10/5): - Great Hanok accommodation which included dressing in hambok for 1 hour to get photos in the Hanok. Staff were super helpful and friendly, salt bread cafe right next door and centrally located for shopping, dining and most major sites! We really enjoyed our experience in the Hanok and wearing the hanbok too made us really experience Korea!

En revanche il faut s'habituer à dormir quasiment au sol. Dur dur. Pas de petit-déjeuner et nuit un peu chère pour la Corée mais Gyeongju est touristique.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel to stay to visit Gyeongju - Vey well located hanok hotel in Gyeongju to visit the different landmarks. The room was comfortable and clean. We received new bath towels and water bottle in the morning (2 night stay).
• Stefano (10/5): We enjoyed it! - Very nice hotel in a very good area, a little bit far from the station but with the Korean public transportation being very efficient is not going to be a problem to reach the location. The whole establishment is amazing and the STAFF is friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate we book again if back in Gyeongju for the great experience!

We did choose the bed option but the space was wonderful as we had two spaces plus a bathroom. We had everything we needed and fresh towels were provided daily. They also offer free Hanbok rentals but we didnt get time to use this.

• Nagyeong (8/5): 한옥체험하기 좋은곳 - 외관이 너무 예뻐서 예약하게된 숙소인데 이불 안빨았는지 다른사람 속눈썹같은게 붙어있어서 밑에 깔개 안깔고 걍 바닥에서 잤는데 불편했어요. 난방은 정말 따뜻했지만 화장실 물이 너무 느리게 빠져서 샤워할때 불편했습니다. 주차장은 넓어서 이용하기 좋았습니다.
• Cary (6/5): Traditional but Uncomforatable - It might be unfair to criticize a hotel for offering traditional levels of Korean comfort--it provides what it says it will--but what I've learned from this stay is that the traditional way of sleeping in Korea is uncomfortable. Sleeping on a thin futon on a rock hard (though heated) floor is not something I want to do again. The tiny rooms are uninteresting and feel like prison cells (anachronistically there is a small TV in the room). Bathroom is extremely basic. The buildings are pretty from the outside, but only from the outside. For the price, one could stay with much greater comfort almost anywhere else in Korea. Staff are nice.

• HYUNJU (8/5): 한옥체험에 좋은 분위기 . - 한옥호텔에서 온돌스타일룸은 좋은 체험이라 생각합니다. 분위기 좋고 예쁘게 잘 가꾸어진 정원등 좋았습니다. 다만 아쉬운점은 객실에 비치된 컵이 손잡이 없는 유리컵이라서 비치된 녹차의 뜨거운물로 우려 마시기 어려웠고. 이불세트에 까는 이불이 얇은편이라 자고 나니허리가 아픕니다.아마도 외국인들은 더 불편함을 느낄거 같으니.조금 더 두꺼운요로 교체 한다면 좋을거 같습니다.
• SUNG MYOUNG (6/5): 하룻밤은 자볼만함 - 한옥 외관이 훌륭하고 야간 경치가 좋다. 위치도 대릉원,첨성대,동궁과월지에서 멀지않아 접근성이 좋고 주위에 식당 카페가 많아 좋은 입지를 가지고 있다. 객실 내부 시설은 보통. 익숙치 않은 냄새도 있을수 있음. 전체적으로 한옥 스테이를 경험해보겠다면 하루 정도 묵을수 있겠으나 가성비가 좋진 않다.

• Diana (10/5): Muy bonito - El hotel está muy bonito y bien cuidado. Si tienes ganas de quedarte en un hotel tradicional, es una buena opción, porque respetan la arquitectura pero a la vez el interior los elementos básicos para que tengas una buena estancia. Además que es un hotel céntrico.

• John (8/5): - This is the place to be if you want to stay at a traditional hanok. Beautiful grounds to take perfect photos. In the center of nghtlife and restaurants. But be aware that it's not that clean. They need to do a better job of cleaning the rooms and bathrooms as well as cleaning the sheet covers. Really enjoyed the stay but will only come back if they pay more attention to cleaning the interior.

To get a 10/10 I would advice the following: have some stuff to be able to seat while waiting/resting in room, have a look into what machine is there outside that goes on and off al night long, and remove the dust well from the slicing doors.

• Linda (4/5): - The laziest staff we have ever seen - we needed more towels (there were only 2 for 4 people in the room), and they first said there are no towels until the 3rd day. After insisting we received more towels, but it was really uncomfortable. The floor of our room was sticky when we came in, so they gave us (!!!) a cloth to clean it. The next day, we found cat poo in the yard and told them. It took them 2 hours to clean it, so everybody could have stepped in it. Also, the lights are on all night and as there are no curtains, it is bright as day in the room, making it difficult to sleep. If you are not used to sleeping on a hard floor, do not choose the rooms with futons.
• Miranda (10/5): Beautiful hotel, bring an air mattress - First of all, the overall experience was wonderful. Gorgeous facility and grounds. I gave a 3 for comfort because of the cot / futons. We thought we were going to be on beds. The cots were not very thick so we were basically on the floor. Would still recommend and would still go back. Just being an air mattress!!
• Andrea (8/5): Beautiful hanok, great traditional experience - The buildings are beautiful and the overall environment of the hanok is wonderful. It was fun to stay in a traditional hanok hotel, but don't expect to have a good sleep! The mats are thin and you can tell you're sleeping on a hard floor. But we came for an experience and that's what we had. The hotel is in a great location, we were able to walk to the palace to see the lights at night and felt very safe. Bathroom a little more rustic but the shower was good and strong.

• jiyoung (6/5): 하룻밤 한옥을 경험하기에는 좋아요. - 외관은 너무 너무 만족이지만 건물의 틀어짐이라고 해야하는지... 천장 부분 틀어짐도 있고 화장실도 그렇고... 화장실은 곳곳에 검은 곰팡이가 많아요. 청소 관리의 문제인거 같아요. 옆방의 문닫고 여는 소리가 밤에는 더 크게 들려서 계속 깨고 화장실에서는 다른 방 소음이 더 잘 들리구요. 하룻밤 한옥을 경험하기에는 좋아요.

We asked for restaurant recommendations and we were told to look it up on the web. Also, all restaurants close at 8PM so if you're late eater, you can end up with cup ramen in your room, like we did - would have been nice to have been warned about this at check in. The hotel location is very convenient in the center of all the sites and very quiet. Also has plenty of parking. Overall good stay.

• haemi (8/5): 황남관은 거리다 - 황남관의 장점은 첫째도 위치, 둘째도 위치입니다. 차량 있으신 분들은 황리단길에 주차창을 얻을 수 있다는 장점이 있을테고, 뚜벅이분들은 관광지까지 걸어서 이동 가능하다는 장점이 있어요~ 터미널에서 도보 이동 가능합니다. 물론 내부 경관도 아주 멋지구요. 경주하면 떠올릴만한 관광지들은 거의 다 가까워서 알차게 구경하실 수 있어요. 방음은 사실 잘 안되긴 했는데, 저는 별 신경 안쓰고 잤습니다만, 소리에 예민하신분들은 많이 힘드실거예요. (떨어진 방인데도 야식파티하는 소리가 다 들렸거든요.) 전 오히려 냄새에 예민해서 힘들었는데, 화장실에서 물냄새가 납니다. 화장실 문이 열려 있어서 처음 들어갔을 때 냄새가 나긴 했어요. 화장실 문을 닫고 환풍기 풀로 돌렸더니 조금 나았습니다. (너무 개방된 객실이라 문 열고 환기 불가능합니다.) 나무가 많아서인지 오전에 방에서 각다귀가 보였어요. 방충망 잘 맞추시고 문 단속 잘 하시면 될 것 같습니다. 그 외에는 정말 좋았습니다. 숙소 사진 본 지인들이 다 예쁘다고 하네요.
• E (6/5): - Belle expérience, magnifique vue d'ensemble mais isolation phonique inexistante : entre les arrivées tard, les départs tôt et les câlins expressifs, le sommeil est difficile. Autre remarque: l'essentiel des canaux tv est occupé par de la VOD payante.
• 일규 (6/5): - 주차도 편하고, 안내도 잘 해주시고, 주변 황리단길 이용도 쉽고, 산책하기도 좋고, 건물 외부, 내부 깔끔하게 정리 정돈 되어있습니다. 다만 냉장고가 고장인지, 시원하지 않았어요.. (생수) 그리고 그날따라 비가 와서, 조금 꿈꿈함이 있긴했어요.
• miyoung (8/5): 대체로 만족, 야경이 예뻐요 - 대체로 만족했습니다. 청결도 괜찮고 서비스나 응대도 좋았습니다. 다만 객실 출입문 부분이 잘 안열리고 열고 닫을 때도 소리가 너무 크게 나네요. 열쇠로 잠금을 하는것도 좀^^;;; 문은 현대식으로 바꾸셔도 좋을거 같습니다. 또 하나 냉장고가 하나도 안 시원했어요

• Edit (10/5): Fantastic - Charming, squeaky-clean, a great place to try the traditional Korean way of sleeping on the floor. Hanbok rental on site to take lovely photo's in the garden. I was sad to leave and would totally stay here again next time.
• PEI HSUAN (10/5): 超推薦 - 住宿可以免費體驗韓服，但可能我們語言不通，沒有得知這個資訊，快退房才看到那一間韓服體驗館，大家可以多加利用。飯店老闆員工都非常NICE，還幫我們叫計程車，有什麼問題都可以問他們，人非常好

• DURI (10/5): 후기 - 한옥 숙소 너무 예쁘고 위치가 좋아요 황리단길에 있지만 주차도 되고! 나다니기 편하더라구요 다만 주차 자리가 많지는 않아요. 그리고 2박 했는데 차 1대만 주차할 수 있다고 해서 좀 별로더라구요ㅋ 1박도 아닌데 .. 그리고 방음이 1도 안됩니다 ㅠ 옆 방 아저씨 코고는 소리가 다 들려요 ㅋㅋ 장단점이 확실한 숙소!!

• YANG SUN (6/5): 불친절과 머리카락의 콜라보 - 화장실 변기, 세면대 그리고 이불에 머리카락이 나왔습니다. 숙소 청소를 소홀히 하시는 것에 실망했습니다. 밤에 로비에서 체크인 받으시는 남자직원분이 굉장히 불친절하셨습니다. 숙소에서 와이파이도 되지 않아서 문의했더니 남자직원분이 개선책을 주지 않으셔서 옆방 와이파이를 써야 했습니다. 청결하지 않고 불친절하지만, 숙소의 분위기는 맘에 들었습니다.
