De airco/verwarming werkte niet, waardoor we een constante temperatuur van 27 graden hadden, ook ‘s nachts .. pffff! Bovendien werden de bedden niet goed opgemaakt, waardoor ik op een raar opgekruld onderhoeslaken moest liggen. Nee, slapen in Martin’s was geen pretje!

Mooi ontbijtbuffet. lekker eten 's avonds in het restaurant. Leuke elementen van de Kerk ook in het restaurant. Problemen met het internet. We geraakten niet op de Wi-Fi. toen we vertrokken was er wel iemand aanwezig om dit op te lossen. De matrassen zouden van betere kwaliteit mogen zijn.

- Lesly (9/5): Un hôtel incroyable et calme à deux pas du centre piétonnier. - La chambre était très grande et spacieuse et la salle de bain magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux et varié : des œufs brouillés ou sur le plat, du granola, des kellog's, des pancakes,... Il y en avait vraiment pour tous les goûts. Le personnel était très agréable et souriant. Tout était vraiment impeccable. Une seule chose est sûre : nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner !

- Ester (8/5): Estancia en Mons ideal para el carnaval de Binchen - El restaurante, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena nos gusto mucho. La habitacion era muy amplia, con techos altos, aunque la decoracion era un poco peculiar. Estaba limpia y era acogedora. 1. La reserva fue cancelada por un problema con Booking y menos mal que aun tenian la habitacion disponible. Hubiera agradecido un mensaje o algo por parte del hotel antes de recibir la cancelacion. 2. El fin de semana de nuestra visita hubo un problema con la calefaccion en todo Mons y cuando llegamos realmente la habitacion estaba helada. Por fortuna, a medianoche consiguieron solucionarlo, porque la unica solucion que nos ofrecieron en recepcion fue cambiarnos a otra habitacion peor, mucho mas ruidosa y pequeña, habiendo pagado la habitacion premium, sin ninguna compensacion economica. 3. El aire acondicionado estaba encendido y hacia bastante ruido cada 15min. No se podia apagar xq la pila del comando estaba gastado, sin embargo, cuando fui a recepcion a pedir una pila o un destornillador, de nuevo lo unico que me ofrecieron fue un cambio a una habitacion peor. Al final logre cambiar las pilas del aire acondicionado por la del mando de TV y lograr asi apagar el ruido del aire acondicionado, pero tuve que hacerlo todo yo misma. Entiendo que el problema 2. es ajeno al hotel, pero el problema 1. y 3. creo que el personal podia haber sido un poco mas atento.

The bed was fairly large but too hard. The smell in the entire hotel was musty, just like the towels which were also rough. The bathrobes were covered in stains. The curtains could not be properly closed and did not black out (guess because of the high ceiling). The view from the room van underwhelming.

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und gut. Toller Kaffee! Gerne haben wir den Parkplatz auf dem Hof genutzt, das war für die drei Nächte deutlich unkomplizierter und sicherer, als am Straßenrand zu parken. Eine fest schließende Tür zum Badezimmer wäre schön gewesen, aber wenigstens zur Toilette war sie vorhanden.

- Antoine (4/5): Mauvais rapport qualité prix - L’emplacement Chambre 207 avec un vis à vis sur la terrasse de l’immeuble voisin, pas de rideaux… Solutions fermer les velux mais alors. Nous sommes dans le noir. Le spa n’est accessible que sur réservation. Les chambres de l’annex n’ont rien de charmantes

- H.M.L. (9/5): Zeer goed hotel! - De kamer is zeer netjes en verzorgd. Ook de parkeerplaats bij het hotel is prima, maar best prijzig. Het ontbijt is goed gevarieerd en ruim voldoende. Ook de medewerkers van het hotel (receptie & ontbijtzaal) zijn allemaal zéér vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dus voor ons zeker een aanrader!

Même en le faisant remarquer excuses inadaptées

- Sylwia (7/5): - Emplacement, calme Lumière trop blanche dans la chambre au plafond, comme dans un dortoir, pas du tout cosy ; impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres ; insonorisation moyenne ; la télé ne marchait pas ; la lumière près du lit non plus ; le lit était un peu cheap...pour le prix j'aurais attendu meilleur soin de ces détails.

- Claudine (4/5): Enttäuschender Kurztrip; sowohl Hotel als auch Mons selber - Lage in Mons war gut. Lounge/Essbereich: passt nicht ins Konzept, kalte Atmosphäre. Überhaupt hat die Einrichtung (Innenarchitektur) nicht überzeugt. Frühstück: kleine Auswahl Parkplatz: sehr teuer 27€ die Nacht!! Hatte mich leider im Voraus nicht informiert.
