Oliver (7/5): Schönes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage mit entäuschendem Frühstück - Die Lage direkt an der Altstadt und das Gebäude an sich sind toll. Selbst bei belebter Altstadt bis in die Nachtstunden ist es eher ruhig dort. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Bei der Buchung hatte ich ein Doppelbett angegeben. Vorgefunden hatten wir zwei Einzelbetten. Es ist zwar korrigiert worden aber das darf angesichts der Kategorie und dem damit verbundenem Preis nicht passieren. Das Frühstück ist mit 33 Euro pro Person völlig überteuert. Wir haben in anderen Hotels der gleichen Kategorie schon deutlich günstiger und besser gefrühstückt. Das Angebot entsprach in keinster Weise dem Preis.

Bart (8/5): Mooi hotel letterlijk midden in het centrum! Beter kan natuurlijk niet als je Dusseldorf bezoekt. - Eigen auto kon voor 35 euro in de garage van het hotel gezet worden. Sleutel afgeven bij de receptie en een hotelmedewerker zet je auto in de garage. Erg handig. Bij uitchecken word je eigen auto voorgereden, dus geen gesleep met bagage. Ideaal! feras_aladwan (4/5): Noisy and uncomfortable - I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. On a positive note, the reception staff were professional and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the rest of the stay did not meet expectations. The biggest issue was the complete lack of sound insulation. The room was extremely noisy, and you could literally hear everything happening on the street as if the windows were open. This made it difficult to relax at any time. At night, there was a persistent drilling-like noise coming through the ventilation system. It was loud enough to prevent us from sleeping. We reported the issue, but the staff were unable to identify or resolve the source of the noise. Additionally, the windows were poorly covered. The curtains only covered about 50% of the window, allowing a significant amount of light to enter the room early in the morning. This made it impossible to get proper rest. Overall, despite the good reception service, the noise issues and inadequate window coverage made the stay very uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Gregor und Familie (10/5): Kurzbesuch in Düsseldorf - Sehr gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal, 2 Flaschen Bier und 2 Flaschen Wasser als Begrüssung inclusive (auf dem Zimmer). Frühstückspreise fanden wir allerdings übertrieben. Ansonsten sehr gutes Hotel ! Frühstückspreis war mit 30 EUR pro Person sehr hoch !

Le dimanche matin c'était très difficile au petit déjeuner, ..... il n'y avait pas de petits pains blancs, quand ils sont enfin arrivés ils étaient à moitié cuits, les croissants ne sont jamais arrivés, on attendait une demi-heure. il manquait tout le temps qch soit le yaourt, soit la salade de fruits, soit le jambon .... très décevant pour un hôtel de cette classe
