• alexcF2329LE (10/5): 3rd time here and going back again - Booked here again for a break in Oct. Was not as busy as the summerlast year, which was nice. The evenings were cooler as well which I preferred. Elena and her team welcome our son (Charlie) with open arms when we arrived. Was lovely to see they remembered him and gave him such a warm welcoming. We have already booked to come back in July 2026. The kids club is simply outstanding and the reason we return here again and again. Lovely place.

• 363nadid (10/5): 5 Days in heaven- Le jarden hotel - The hotel is wonderful for a family vacation. Everything is at a high level - the food, the cleanliness, both in the rooms and in the common areas. Excellently maintained and lots of green areas. There are plenty of sunbeds at the pool and the beach. There is always a place. Special congratulations to the animators and congratulations especially to the Zumba instructor Lisa, as well as to the two animators - Jusi and Biska! oeto obichate! Guys, thank you very much for the warm welcome, the friendly attitude and the fun throughout our stay. Keep creating, be more and more creative and never stop doing what you love! We enjoyed a unique fire show and a wonderful acrobatic performance! In your face we found not just entertainment, but true friends! We love you, be healthy and see you again!

Kemeri bilenler için deniz kısmı ufak taşlı ancak cam gibi suyu vardır bunları detaylı anlatmaya gerek yok. Animasyon ekibi, mini club ekibi çok iyi. Tam bir aile oteli. Başta Lena hanım olmak üzere cezayirli kardeşlere ve diğer ismini bilmediğimiz tüm animasyon ekibine teşekkür ederiz. Otel yapı olaral çok yeni değil ancak temiz. Çalışanlar güzel motive edilmiş ve gerçekten müşteri memnuniyeti odaklı çalışıyorlar. Çocukların gerçekten eğlendiği bir otel. Yemekleri gayet güzel ve lezzetli. Eksikleri: yemekhanede tabaklar lekeli kalıyor. O kısma bakılmalı. Ayrıca otel full olduğu için şezlong havuz kısmında bir tık yetersiz. Bu durumlar kısmında herşey güzeldi.

• 201salenaw (10/5): Lovely, beach front hotel - We had a fantastic stay at Queen’s Park Hotel in Kemer. The rooms were a great size, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the entertainment team, especially Youci, who was always upbeat, friendly, and full of energy. The activities during the day were fun and engaging, helping to make the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. The hotel’s location, right on the beachfront is perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to the sea. Everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday!
• _I5779PM (10/5): Our great vacation in Queens Park Le Jardin - For the second year in a row, my friend and I came to Le Jardin with our daughters for vacation. The hotel is great, and the price matches the quality. We like that most of the guests are from Europe. The beach and sea are beautiful. There are big tents that give good shade, and a pier where kids can jump into the water. The rooms are not big, but they are cozy and comfortable. If you want quiet, ask for a room in the buildings further from the pool. We stayed in the second building with a balcony facing the courtyard — it was lovely, but you can hear the music from the pool in the evening. There is a big choice of food. Not all dishes are tasty, but you will always find something good to eat. There is always meat, fish, a special dish of the day, lots of vegetables and fruit. This year, at the beach restaurant, lunch is from a menu — mostly fast food and salads with sauces already added. Last year, there was a buffet with hot dishes, vegetables and fruits. I liked that more — please bring it back. We were surprised to see mosquitoes this year. Maybe it’s because of the weather or the hotel didn’t do prevention. Sometimes we got bitten, which didn’t happen last year. About the gozleme near the beach — last year, they were made by a very kind woman, and they were always tasty. This year, a different woman makes them. She is not friendly, and her gozleme are overcooked and not tasty. It felt like you came to her house and asked for food. But when a man prepared them (only a few times), there was always a line — everyone knew it would be delicious. The coffee corner is probably my favorite place in the hotel. Good coffee is not easy to find in Turkish hotels, but here it is! From 9 to 11 PM, with cozy tables and chairs. Thanks to the barista guy who works in the afternoon — your coffee and kindness are the best. In general, the hotel staff is very good — thanks to the girls at reception and the bartenders at the pool bar. Special thanks to the animation team! Best of the best! It’s nice to see people who work here not for the first year. Kids’ animators Olena, Maddie, and Dee — greetings from our girls! Liza and Youci — I don’t know where you find so much energy for the whole day, but even just watching you makes us smile! Thank you for the good mood and fun dancing at the disco :) In the evenings, there are shows that are really interesting. There are cats everywhere in the hotel — and we love it! If you don’t like cats, maybe this place is not for you. But we enjoy it a lot. I wish Queens Park Le Jardin more success and truly hope to come back again!

• jaanej2025 (10/5): A holiday to remember ❤️! - We had an amazing time at Queens Park Le Jardin in Turkey. There were so many activities to do, so you never got bored. Whether you wanted to relax or join in on something fun, there was always something for everyone. The staff and the animation team were very friendly and nice. They made sure everyone felt welcome and involved. They were always happy and full of energy, which made the whole place feel warm and fun. We especially enjoyed playing darts with Youci, Bisca, Dara, and Liza. It was fun and exciting every time, and we always laughed a lot. The best part of the day was the daily Zumba classes with Liza. She is very enthusiastic and loves what she does. She made everyone feel happy and wanted to dance. Her energy was really great and made the classes very enjoyable. Even now, after we are back home, we miss the Zumba lessons. Sometimes we still listen to the songs from the classes because they remind us of the fun times we had.

Odalar yenilenmiş ama genel kullanım alanları halen eski izler taşıyor. Temizlik iyi, yemekler güzeldi severek yediğimiz şeyler çok oldu. Denizi çok güzel ortam yeşil ve maviydi.

Özellikle animasyon ekibinden lena, di ve maddy mini clubda olsun akşam animasyonda olsun çocuklarla çok güzel ilgilendiler, kızım onları çok sevdi. Otel bahçesiyle ve olanaklarıyla benim beklentilerimi aştı. Yemekleri birazcık daha iyi opabilirdi, birde gece 11.30a kadar havuz başı eğlencesi erken yatmak ve dinlenmek isteyenler için o bölgedeki odalarda rahatsız edici olabilir.

Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas, and the staff’s hospitality was truly exceptional – always kind, attentive, and welcoming. The pool was huge and beautifully maintained, perfect for relaxing or joining the fun activities organized by the incredible animation team, who kept the energy high and the vibes fun all day and night. Variety of food and restaurants was amazing – from international buffets to specialty cuisines, every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. And the beachfront location? Simply stunning.

The location is perfect, and the food was absolutely delicious and varied — something new and tasty every day. The entertainment was a highlight! Every evening there was a great show at the amphitheater followed by music (including awesome 80s hits). The entertainment team was incredible — energetic, talented, and always engaging. Lisa, the zumba instructor, was so professional and danced beautifully. Youci was amazing — a truly passionate dancer. Dara and Stella were also fantastic — always full of energy and fun, and great dancers too! There are plenty of activities throughout the day like aqua gym, shooting, darts, volleyball, bingo, and even belly dancing. You’ll never get bored! We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

We keep coming back—not only because the views are stunning and the food is delicious—but most importantly, because it’s impossible to get bored there. The abundance of meals and restaurants within the hotel is truly impressive. An amazing group of animators does everything to fill your time with fun and conversation, making you feel like part of a family—which, by the way, is the hotel’s motto. Every evening is filled with different kinds of shows, and after the show, you can sit by the pool bar and continue enjoying the night. • paulapT4494MV (10/5): Amazing stay - I'm delighted with the time I spent at this hotel. A beautiful place located in a garden with a view of the mountains. The food was very good, I was never bored, the variety of dishes during our stay really surprised me. Delicious coffee in the cafe near the pool - highly recommended! Great animations! Live concerts and lots of dancing. It was impossible to get bored! Animation team - AWESOME! All activities were so well run that you wanted to participate in all. Shooting with an air gun, darts, and especially Zumba with Liza! To be honest, I'm not a Zumba fan, but thanks to Liza's energy and amazing approach, I attended class every day and couldn't get enough of it! If I had to point out something to improve it would be better wifi access (you have to pay extra for a better one!) and more comfortable beds. Despite the small negatives, I recommend this hotel!

From the group of animators the best was Liza. I loved Zumba dance with her, she is so nice, friendly and professional. I will definitely back here soon.
• Ryan (6/5): - An ok stay. Definitely not 5 star, to call it that is a bit of a joke. The food is alright through the day, then the evening food is something I’d expect to be served in a Russian gulag. Some of the staff are extremely rude especially at the front desk. Which is a shame because other staff around the hotel are very nice and work so hard. A la Carte restaurants are decent. Cleaning staff are great, very hard working and friendly. The surrounding areas also not great so a taxi or bus into Kemer is required.
• VICTORIA (10/5): - Wonderful Family Experience - Five Stars! We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at this hotel in Turkey with the whole family! There were so many activities for the kids – they baked pizza, went on pirate adventures around the hotel, and even planted flowers. The hotel really knows how to make children’s experiences magical! For adults, there was just as much fun to be had – discos, parties, and a variety of shows kept us entertained every evening. And of course, the food! Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, with a huge variety of dishes to choose from. Every meal was a treat, and we never ran out of new things to try. Overall, this was one of the best family vacations we’ve ever had, and we can’t wait to come back!
• rafaltomkowiak (10/5): Nearly perfect - Our stay at Le Jardin was pleasant, and I am seriously considering returning next year. However, there were some minor drawbacks. Accomodation: Upon our arrival, we were offered a free upgrade to a “family room,” which was amazing. Now let me quickly run through the aspects of our stay. Food: The quality of the food was exceptional, with a diverse array of choices. Unlike many resorts, we never grew tired of the daily options. However, the à la carte dinner at the Chinese restaurant fell short of anything even close to Chinese cuisine. The hotel should reconsider serving sushi or hire someone with expertise in this area as the "sushi" they serve is awful, pardon my honesty. By the way, nobody needs sushi in Turkey as much as nobody needs curry in Italy or pierogi in Greece. 😄 Drinks: The bars offered an abundant selection of options, including imported liquors like J&B, Passport Scotch, and Captain Morgan. I enjoyed the local beer, Efes. Unfortunately, the wine they serve (called “Akdeniz Incisi”) is totally unacceptable. I don’t know what “incisi” means in Turkish, but I feel like it has something to do with an "incision" in my head after trying it. Even with ice, it’s still poison. A five-star hotel should never offer such rust remover to its guests. Why?! Kids Club: Absolutely delightful! The three animators — Lena, Madina, and Mar — deserve every accolade under the sun. They are warm, dedicated, and creative. My super-shy 3-year-old daughter enjoyed every single moment with them. In the mornings, the kids participated in artistic activities, and in the evenings, they had a special “minidisco” party. This experience alone is the main reason why I would return to Le Jardin next year. Surroundings: While the hotel is slightly worn in some areas (nothing serious), the open spaces are well maintained, and the gardens are beautiful. The two pools, including the one with an aquapark, left nothing to complain about—unless you’re a Karen! 😉 Overall: Le Jardin offers very good value for the money. If the hotel replaced the undrinkable "wine" and ditched the faulty “Asian food”, the experience would be near perfect. Once again, the animators in the kids club are world-class superstars! 😊
• dane107 (6/5): 3-4* at most ! Old and outdated ! - Rooms are not 5*. Hallways/stairs/elevators are not 5* !!! - 3* at most... We stay in rooms 4402 and 4403, a 5 minutes walk from reception to the furthest building, Both rooms have old ..everything in them.l, old entrance door (problems entering every day), old and very noisy air conditiong system, old amenaties, old furniture, old rusted fridge... Restaurant 4*, Pool 4*, Outdoor Restaurants and facilities 4*, staff 4*, beach and pontoon 3*
• S5751RSamyb (6/5): If you’re English think carefully about staying… - The hotel pool area is good, the hotel itself is dated. We were the only English family staying and staff, including the management team, were unwelcoming and hostile. At first we were not sure if this was a language barrier- very few staff spoke English- but we soon realised it wasn’t. Other nationalities were served before us at the bars, even when we’d been patiently waiting our turn. We were mostly ignored except for 2 members of staff who told us they loved the English accent! The animation team keep guests entertained throughout the day and there’s a good range of activities- air gun, pool games, tournaments etc… Again however, none of these are in English. We had paid for two rooms- a double and a room for our 3 teenagers. The room for 3 was in fact a double room- it only had 2 towels, 2 patio chairs, 2 glasses and a camp bed wedged at the bottom of the twin beds. The portable bed was uncomfortable and in fact the 3 kids ended up sleeping across the twin beds, with the youngest in the crack of these beds. Far from ideal, especially considering the price we had paid for this holiday. We had asked for the rooms to be close by to each other, however when we arrived they were some distance apart down a corridor. We asked for this to be rectified and were met with a hostile response again. We ended up wasting every day of our holiday dealing with the room issue- both directly with the hotel manager and Love Holidays who we had booked through (LH ate currently investigating our complaint). I will say the staff underneath the management team work very hard- the hotel is clean and they are always washing floors etc… Our daughter came down with violent sickness and Diahorrea on our last night and required hospital treatment when we arrived home. I can’t be sure this was to do with the hotel but in all honesty it was the final straw. Special mention must go to Gulcin Heptemiz who tried her very best to help us rectify the issues we were experiencing- even when the manager told her he had other work to do when she was trying to get him to sort our problems out! She even bought our daughter bananas to take on the journey home. I am sure if we were an other nationality we would have been prioritised and treated vastly differently, which is very sad. We would not return to this hotel.

• Ali (8/5): - Zimmer, Bad und die Dusche sind sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. TOP Klimaanlage wenig schwach, da wir nachts nicht so warm hatten (Ende Oktober), war ausreichend gewesen. Wer aber im Hochsommer im Hotel ist der wird Probleme haben. Das Hotel Areal ist sehr groß und genau so voll. Personal sind sehr nett und hilfreich, jederzeit auch wenn die unter Stress stehen oder mit nervigen Gästen zu tun haben. Essen ist lecker und über Vielfalt kann man sich nicht meckern. Leider ist das Hotel für mich im allgemein laut, ist auch ein Riesen Hotel, somit Urlaub und Ruhe genießen ist nicht so einfach. Manche lieben es, manche nicht. Schlecht finde ich, dass man den Außen und Innenpool nur bis 18:30 benutzen kann, somit stehen die Liegestühle ab 18:30 nicht mehr zu Verfügung. Finde schade, da andere Hotels die ich kenne, möglich ist es bis 21 Uhr Innen-, Außenpool und auch Hamam zu benutzen. Innen und Außenpool sehr kühl, die sind nicht beheizt. Hamam, das runde Hamam Marmor Fläche könnte wenig heißer sein, ist auch ein Hamam, somit sollte es spürbar sein. Satelliten/ TV Empfang ist sehr schlecht bezüglich der Qualität. Es handelt sich um Sat TV aber nicht richtig eingestellt somit schlechte Qualität. Das Fernseher konnte es auch größer sein. Das Bett ist zu weich und es quietscht heftig. Gut habe ich nicht geschlafen. Free WLAN ist sehr schwach. Nur in der Lobby freies WLAN Kostenpflichtige WLAN ist wenig schneller, einzige Vorteil man hat überall Empfang.
• Valerie (10/5): Good value 5 Star. - Hotel is set in beautiful gardens which lead onto the beach. Two outdoor pools one with slides. There is also an indoor pool. Food in main restaurant was delicious. Drinks were ok. (Gin was not, tasted awful) Service was excellent. Staff very friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

• Esin (8/5): Konaklama - Otelin blok şeklinde olması hoşuma gitmedi. Çünkü annemin ayaklarında sıkıntı var çok fazla yürüyemiyor. Restaurant ile oda arasındaki mesafe nededeyse 1 km idi. Sabah öğle akşam yemekleri çok güzeldi. Personelleri güler yüzlüydü. Diğer sıkıntım çıkış günü saat 12.00 de odayı terketmem gerekiyordu. Saat.11.38 de odama valizlerimi almaya çıktığımda oda kartımı iptal etmişler. Odaya giriş yapamadım. Sanki görmemiş arsız yerine konulduğunu hissettim. Bu konu beni ziyadesiyle üzdü. Gerekli eleştirimi resepsiyona yaptım. Genel olarak ben çok beğendim. Büyüğünüzü götürecekseniz o konuda biraz düşünmelisiniz.

• Mehmet (10/5): - I stayed in this hotel for 8 days. This was my second trip here. I had an awesome vacation again! The hotel has a very nice beach and a pool. The food is good. At night the activities such as live music, karaoke, amphitheater shows and the disco kept us well entertained. By the way, special thanks to Asli Hanim at the reception who tries to do her best to help the guests! Hope to visit this hotel again in 2019 when the rooms are available in Expedia :)
