• Voyage31932390237 (4/5): Has been - The room maid made an effort, but little to commend beyond that. Renovated ten or a dozen years ago, this joint was once popular with independent travellers. Once a busy area, most of the surrounding businesses and markets have closed down in recent years. Now there is little reason to go there. Horrible synthetic sheets on the bed, poorly maintained facilities, damaged shower head fell apart completely.

Old style doors to the bathroom. Blockout curtains covered the entire massive windows. Bathroom felt like it was falling apart (leaky and squished) although the shower was decently powerful. The door to the room did not feel particularly secure. Street noise came straight in.

I had two nights booked but left early was happy to lose out on the money and get something for better value elsewhere

• Theopi (9/5): Superb - The hotel is very very close to the old town of Phuket but away from the noise. The hotel is kind of old but it has elevator as many of them in Phuket don't have. That is very convenient. It has 24hour reception but they dont reply to the emails. If you have motorbike there is parking in front of the hotel.

• ZÜLEYHA (4/5): Göründüğü gibi değil - 4 günlük phuket seyahatimizde bu otelde kaldık. Otel fotoğraflarda iyi görünüyordu ancak çok eski ve vasat. Duş almak çok zor çünkü duş başlığını astığınız yer sabit ve oynamıyor su karşı duvara vuruyordu. Banyo da ki lavabolar basmalı ve elinizi yıkamak istediğinizde sürekli basmanız gerekiyor elinizi çeker çekmez su kapanıyor bu yüzden iki el ile yüz yıkamak bile imkansız. Saç kurutma makinesi yok. Yüz havlusu yok. Saç havlusu yok. Sadece old towna yürüterek 5 dakika da ulaşabiliyorsunuz hepsi bu.

• tharateps (6/5): Affordable Hotel Room in Phuket - The hotel room is clean and its price is affordable. The hotel receptionists are friendly. Also, it is located in town so it is convenient to travel around Phuket Old Town and other tourist attractions there. However, I faced inconvenience during my stay while taking a shower in the morning. The water was dirty, resulting from a shortage of tap water. Overall, this hotel is advisable for tourists who have limited budget.

I thought that breakfast was available to purchase from 7-10:00. I was told that there was no breakfast. Not a big problem for me, but would have been convenient. I would stay here again

• Surinder (9/5): PERFECT LOCATION , IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXPERIENCE A OLD PHUKET TOWN. - Staff was really good and help full. They let us check in earlier. Lady with a small kid is working hard, good bless her. Location was good has a parking at front and at rear. They don't accept card payment and have only one hair dryer at reception which is hard to get if use by someone else, otherwise everything was OK so far.

• Mourad (6/5): Pleasant - The staff is helpful , the room is clean , the position of the hotel gives access to all areas. The quarter is calm . No safety box , i asked the staff they confirmed that there is no safety box for valuable items.

• Marie (5/5): modern, but unfortunately dirty. - good location, nice decoration and modern room with European standard unfortunately it wasn’t that clean. in the fridge there were food and drinks from the previous visitor- the smell was disgusting. the sheets from the blanket were dirty and with marks ( probably someone had they period) In the bathroom the water-tap was leaking.

• kamilamorenoscerba (8/5): 2 nights stay - The hotel is nicely located, a lot of restaurants (specially during the night), grocery stores and more. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms are a bit old in decor, but overall clean and comfy. The breakfast was good as well.

But i request to kindly arrange for Dealing with Mosquitoes in the morning duriung breakfast in the Ground Floor, Many Mosquitoes . Kindly protect the guests from Mosquitoes . SERVICE AT THE HOTEL RECEPTION IN THE MORNING AND AFTERNOON WAS GREAT AND ARRANGEMENT OF TOURS TO PHI PHI ISLANDS AND HALF DAY PHUKET TPUR TOUR WAS BEST.
• C1324AGalexf (8/5): Comfortable and Helpful - The hotel has clean amenities and spacious rooms, and helped us locate our lost luggage by finding the driver we used earlier that day. We have been very weary of Thai tourism, but they seem very honest.
• Alex (2/5): Worse place we stayed in thailand - The staff there were extremely rude and tried to hustle us into paying for 2 days when we only wanted to stay for one.. we ended up leaving only after 12 hours after they wouldn't answer when we were supposed to check out by.. when we asked they just laughed and looked at each other making us feel very uncomfortable.. at one point the whole staff came out to basically mock us.. extremely unhappy with our stay there, would not recommend it to anyone.. if anything we would say beware of this place.. they will try and basically rob you
• マッキー (6/5): リーズナブル。ピピ島への移動前日に泊まるのにおすすめ。 - 夜プーケット着、翌日ピピ島へ移動するために利用しました。 21：00過ぎ着だったので、ホテルを通して空港からホテルまでのシャトルバスを予約しました。 以下はホテルとは直接関係なさそう（外部委託してそうな）話ですが、参考までに。 結果的には空港からホテルまで無事送迎してもらい問題なかったのですが、送迎予約後にメールで「空港到着口でスタッフが名前のプレートを持ち待機している」と通知があったのに、実際は飛行機がプーケット空港到着直後にドライバーから携帯に直接電話があり「ｊ出口を出たら電話してくれ」とのこと。 話が違うなぁと思いながらも電話でやり取りしてドライバーと合流、ホテルまでたどり着きました。その日の24時頃、電話があり、タイ語だったので意味が分からず、フロントスタッフに代わってもらったところ、空港で待機していたスタッフから「今どこにいるのか？」という確認の電話だったそうです。 電話をかけてきたスタッフも「ちゃんとホテルについているなら問題ない（マイペンライ）」だそうですが、真面目な私はなんだか自分が悪いことをしたような気になってしまいました。 タイ国内の旅行ではこういうことがよくあるので、もしこれからご利用される方が同じようなことに遭遇しても気になさらなくていいと思います。

• MATSUZAWA (8/5): 割安でのんびりできる - フロントにスタッフが2～３人いるので話がしやすい、フライトのボーディングパスも１０バーツでプリント出来た。 朝食は、トースト、お粥、タイ食から選ぶ。近くにロビンソンがあるので、4階のフードコートが使える。また、近くのアップタウンというタイレストランが、安く最高。

• Miranda (4/5): No, nope, and never - We wanted to visit phi phi island so we flew from Bangkok to Phuket for one day. For one night you'll survive but this is definitely not a place to stay for a few days. The lobby is best looking area of the hotel other than that the hotel is dated and ran down. The hallway where the rooms are reminds me of a haunted psych ward. Our flatscreen tv did not work and there were stains on the sheets and bed skirt. Someone was smoking in another room near us and it smelled as if they were smoking right in our room. The only pros about this hotel is that it was close to a McDonald's and few other eating places and souvenir shops. When I checked out the lady at the front desk was nice but the other men that worked there wasn't welcoming at all. I believe they were actually talking about is in their language. Yes it may be cheap but I would suggest skipping this hotel
• Verified traveler (2/5): Do not stay here - Terrible staff. There was hair everywhere. In the hallways, the bathroom, and in the room. There looked to be bugs on the mattress. I could not stay here. After we checked out, we asked hen to call us a cab. They called one of their friends to take us to our next hotel. When we refused their friends car, the friend followed us to the hotel up the street and watched us while we asked that hotel to call us a legitimate cab. It was very strange.
• Katie (8/5): Basic hotel with everything you need - Everything that you need is there and is fine for a night or two. Within walking distance to some good restaurants and short taxi ride to Rassada Pier. Water temperature kept going hot and cold but it was fine

Die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, der Strassenlärm unüberhörbar und die Waschtücher dreckig. Es scheint ein altes Hotel zu sein, welches für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber genügt. Der Essbereich neben der Lobby sieht dagegen sehr gepflegt und schön aus.
• davionsamuels (8/5): Surprisingly very clean and comfortable - The room I stay in was 501 it looks a lot better than the picture describe the beds were very comfortable with premium quality bedding this hotel only provide two large bath towels so please be sure to pack wash cloth and hand towels the breakfast cost 120 baht per person but don't recommend the location is very easy if you book tours around the island

The hotel was clean and very safe. They served good breakfast. Overall, a positive experience with this cheap, no frills hotel.

• ongkianteong (10/5): Crystal Inn, Phuket, is our choice - My wife and I thought of staying a night and find another hotel the next morning as we arrived late in the afternoon. However, to our surprise, this hotel is excellent: the room is clean; the air conditioning is working well and is cold enough; the bathroom is clean; the tv and fridge are in good condition; the bed is clean and big enough for the two of us; and the wifi signal in the room is strong. We get connected without any interruptions. Owing to these goodies, we extended our stay to three nights. For its moderate price, we're happy to stay in such a hotel Aside from the above, another benefit of staying in Crystal Inn is, it is right in the town center. Robinson Department store and Ocean shopping Mall, morning market, many eateries are within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even allowed me to park my car at their only garage at the back of the hotel. This has reduced our worries and hence enable us to sleep soundly throughout the night. I would recommend my friends and relatives to stay in this hotel. Of course, I would stay here again on my next visit.
• E5319UMnancyb (6/5): Change of pace - Crystal Inn is a clean conveniently located accommodation in Old Phuket Town. Budget priced therefore has the basics. Breakfast simple but satisfying. If you are still hungry go left out the front and down a couple of shops to the chicken lady. She does chicken 3 ways it's hilarious with added side dishes. So cheap. So Crystal Inn is a good place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the west side of Phuket. Explore The Sino- Portugese style of buildings and discover what Phuket was before all the brashness and commercialism .

Nous sommes restés que 2 nuits mais le personnel est super sympa et accueillant, la chambre est propre, plutôt grande, douche classique avec WC. Lit confortable. Quartier sympa en plein pukhet town, proche du ferry, de tous les magasins et du marché. Super. Je recommande.

Dem der arbejder der kunne næsten ikke et ord engelsk, så det var næsten umuligt at bestille morgenmad. Receptionen havde bestilt en taxi til os til lufthavnen, med den var over 30 minutter forsinket. Beliggenheden var ikke den bedste.
