• Steve (9/5): Excellent - The location was perfect for my needs, it was clean, the property very tidy and well maintained and despite the proximity to the main road was surprisingly quiet. The kitchenette was well supplied with everything needed. Bathroom/shower spacious and clean. Staff were super helpful and easy to deal with. I would absolutely stay again and recommend this motel to anyone. The only minor criticism is the mattress needs an upgrade or a decent comfort topper added.

There were a swarm of mosquitoes inside the rooms. There was no insect spray in the room. Need to buy a can of Mortein from the supermarket.

• Brian (10/5): Excellent place to stay for accessing the Waikato River Trail - We had a studio room at the rear away from the access road which was very roomy, well equipped and quiet overnight which is what we like. We had our bikes with us to cycle the Waikato River Trail and the lodge was well placed for getting on to the track. There were lots of eateries in walking distance. Ian our host was very friendly and we really enjoyed our 2 day stay there.

The hosts are pleasant andfriendly and go the extra mile even to the extent of keeping a parcel for us until we arrived. It’s an older, simpler style of motel in an appealing way. Our 2-bedroom apt was nicely screened from the parking lot by bushes. A bit lower price would have helped.

• Martha (9/5): We spent one night here, while transiting through Hamilton, and had a lovely stay. Thanks! - The Albert Court Motor Lodge is well maintained and easy to access. The beds are comfortable and it was quiet. But what stood out the most was the helpfulness and kindness of the reception manager. We visited the Hamilton Gardens, which are nearby, and were super impressed. There are also a number of restaurants within easy reach of the lodge. The rooms were well furnished, clean, and included coffee/tea and milk.
