Guest Reviews
- virendra (6/5): - Cockroches in the room, in breakfast hall, AC colling is not proper ( very old type system) ..
- Vikramaditya (4/5): - This place needs a serious revamp. It was dirty, old, and filled with roaches. I must have smashed atleast 5-6 cockroaches in my bedroom. Would never recommend anyone to stay here. The bedroom was right on the main road and all night long I could hear traffic and honking cars and trucks.
- Nomad07887881260 (2/5): Pathetic Hotel, Extremely Disappointing, Worse Staff Ever, Inconsiderate and Arrogant - most pathetic hotel experience ever, staff is extremely rude and ignorant especially the lady at the reception, they are very inconsiderate and the conversations are extremely arrogant, people should boycott such hotels. I was given a delayed check in and made to wait 5 hours, worst experience ever
- Akhil (6/5): - The window was not closing, resulting in loss of energy from the air condition. The WIFI was consistently poor and I had to make multiple requests to restart the router and get it fixed.Often the staff gave cheeky stories, I was told wifi is slow because there was law and order issue in another part of Nagpur, however the 4g was working fine at the same. There were cockroaches in the bathroom.
- Stay18352320936 (10/5): Excellent Service - Great value for money stay good location residency road . Room is very neat and clean specially thanks to housekeeping department for care and support thank you so much Mr.Rashid and ms.Ashwini from housekeeping department clean and comfy hotel in nagpur city
- Jet63935471293 (10/5): Excellent service - Very thnx to Housekepong department is very Good excellent .Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful specially Mr. Rashid and Mrs Sharda and staf. lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
- NorthStar50718722399 (8/5): Review - House keeping department of this hotel Sharda and Rashid have given excellent room service and I am staying in this hotel for 30 days and every rooms are near and clean and also good and fast service Specially Rashid from housekeeping department is very supportive
- Escape55199118006 (2/5): One to avoided - Issues in order encounter.
1. Wifi was just a joke, terrible cover, no password.one system in foyer, different one in room, neither of which really worked.
2. Their card machine could not accept MasterCard. Requiring several trips down the street to the ATM.
3. Rooms were not clean.
4. No hot water for two days, so had to have cold showers, hot water restored two hours before check out.
5. Staff were superficial friendly only, but were unprofessional, inefficient and unintended.
- dkqcfi (6/5): Poor Housekeeping - 1. Very poor housekeeping staff. Its seems that they have not been trained. When Checked in found no toiletries, no phone number for contact to HKP or for any services. In Tea tray, starrer/tea spoon was missing. One used plate with half cut papaya was kept out of the side of the door at 6 PM and was still kept on today morning till 11 am.
2. When I came to room found that no milk pouch kept. There is no number hence asked to reception. Then call the HKP lady and ask for milk pouch. After half an hour, ask the same to reception for no response and ultimately I have to go to outside to take tea after almost one hour waiting. Complain to reception again by telling that I am going to take tea out side due to your HKP poor service. She complained to her Senior.
Thanks that gentleman took action and once I came to the room found that milk pouch was kept. Then attended brought the display plate having the essential numbers of the services, also the toiletries items and kept in the washroom.
We request the management to train their staff, have a proper checklist and do counter checking to make them alert.
- Quest45476038934 (2/5): Pathetic service - The room is Shabby and dirty.
The beds isn't comfortable and the hotel staff aren't helpful for the same.
They're ignorant of the problems and not paying attention despite being called again and again.
They're disrespectful to my father. There is no subscription for the Television and when asked about the same, they're like "get your own subscription and watch". Is this the way to respond to the guests despite the fact that my father is himself the owner of a 4 star hotel in Chhattisgarh.
Kindly save the money and book some other hotel in Nagpur for better hospitality.
- SANYOG (2/5): - Worst ever hotel. The refrigerator gave an electric shock.
Most appliances not working. Hotel.com should not inclue such hotels in the list
- mnmishra (8/5): A Boutique Hotel in Nagpur - Hotel Tuli is located close to city centre and many medical practitioners are located in vicinity as are some good hospitals. It is a boutique hotel. The swimming pool and gym are attractions for health conscious. Accommodation was good including the toilet. The toiletries were of good quality. Breakfast was nice .
- Mt356ui (10/5): Superb service - We enjoyed each and every second I the resort and staff was very humble very helpful facilities are awesome Dewki was very helpful Manoranjan was also helpful and good well behaved superb place to visit
- Leader5 (2/5): Stay at tuli international on 2nd june - The room alloted had issues with the Tv connection cables not layed and not working
Wash room was shanby with mosqutoes
They changed the room and the second room was even worse
All walls worh paint coming out and electrical connections worn out and all the possible things that a customer would be dissatisfied
Manager refise to come.and meet
Bath tub was with paint marks and very shabby
Even the houaekeeping department could not reply for the second room
Surprised How can they operate like this
Soory to say the hotel is in sad sate of affairs even after charging hedty charges
I would.never stay again on tuli international
- sandip733 (4/5): Not the worth - No Charing point in the room . At last found one . Comode shower is difficult to use , must know acrobatics to use it . Rooms immediately need a paint and electrical wiring . Property is old and need immediate funding . Plumbing sets need to be changed . Difficult to take bath.
- truly_your (4/5): Former best losing it's charm today - I stayed here for 3 nights recently. I was here last 10 years ago. This time the hotel lacked it's class. Besides wear and tear in the interior, the staff was unprofessional and noisy on the room floor, in the breakfast area reflecting poor etiquette. There was no wi-fi signal in my room and required multiple follow-ups from my side to resolve, signalling lack of proactive approach to solve customer problems. The loud construction noise in the room above was disturbing - had to call reception to stop the construction. The housekeeping/hotel staff loudly spoke on my floor for significant amount of day time - again creating disturbance. The staff in breakfast area were coughing, with masks not fully covering the face as well as chit-chatting loudly was not a good sight. Most of these issues could be proactively solved by the hotel management through right processes (e.g. checking the wifi signal strength before guest check in), staff training and culture amongst the hotel employees. The hotel definitely needs some serious renovation. I hope the hotel gets back it's past glory in the times to come.
- Manu_Pasha (6/5): Decent Stay - Stayed at Tuli International for 6 days during my last visit to Nagpur. It's a decent stay option. The reception area, restaurant are promising but the overall stay was decent.
The rooms are decent. The rooms have noisy air conditioner and the A.C control knobs were hardly effective. The swimming pool is also decently maintained.
The best part of the stay was the morning breakfast spread with live counters as well.
Overall its decent stay experience.
- 881anandd (2/5): Overrated hotel missing basic facilities and rooms are worst than Dharamshala - 1. Rooms are in very bad shape
2. Paint is peeling out
3. One can see wirings coming out of walls
4. Switches don't work
5. Inadequate lighting
6. Bridge is going barely 10 mtrs away from room... One can hear vehicle sound throughout the night
7. Food quality very ordinary
8. Staff quite arrogant
9. Priced at par with best in City hotels...
10. One should prefer Railway retiring room than this hotel
- vivek0210 (6/5): Value for money hotel in nagpur - Good location. Good breakfast and good service.
The entrance is narrow and the steps are a steep climb. Not convenient for physically challenged.
The reception is strange w a large table with check in done while being seated.
- mrinalme2 (8/5): Short stay - This hotel is situated in middle of market hence it's quite accissible from all modes of transportation.. Metro construction is going on in full flow across the city of Nagpur hence you might encounter dust due to that but then it's not the fault of hotel as they are constantly cleaning it... They have one of the best North Indian restaurant of Nagpur with some really mouth watering dishes... Morning breakfast also has nice options... Do checkout their bar area which is beautifully done... Overall good place to stay, though the room and the interiors needs renovation specially the bathrooms...
- TheDekster (8/5): Few Days in the Orange City.. - Location is good.
You can find the market around too..
But the Room and the hospitality was great..
Wifi issue was there as there was no range in the room..
Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.
Due to construction work of the metro on the road there was a lot of dust outside the hotel.
- DjGokarn (10/5): Old is Gold - This is a very old hotel and I’ve been to it several times in the last 20 years. The service is still good. Nice pool. Good rooms. Excellent locations and amazing North Indian food. I have not complaints about this place
- Pattrixfortunate (10/5): Awesome - The hotel is just awesome. They provide pick and drop facility from the airport, they offer you a welcome drink just as you arrive at the reception. They provide you fruits in the evening. The desserts prepared in the hotel restaurant are just mouth watering.
- SachinK1803 (8/5): Old hotel. Service is class - The hotel is good situated centrally.
The food options are good. The bar has limited menu for both drinks & snacks.
The hygiene is maintained.
The rooms are old & the bathrooms are older.
Overall good experience...the staff is exceptionally good & well mannered.
- RohanA348 (2/5): Pathetic Experience - The Hotel is full of Dust and you cannot walk without slippers. Most of our team members fell ill in the hotel. The Hotel staff was not very cooperative. Need loads of improvement. Due to over crowding, the hotel felt less staffed. The overall ambience is very dull, not satisfactory and hotel location is in front of metro construction hence lot of dust and pollution. Very old interiors too.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Ok but needed prompting for some services. Wi fi very poor
- Mark (6/5): - The lobby, breakfast room and bar were all fine and as advertised. The room was OK but the hotel was let down by the bathrooms-we move rooms but in both cases the bathrooms were grubby and uncared for
- Rudra (2/5): -
It is no any were a four star hotel as listed by Expedia
Stale smell in the in rooms after changing Twice .
Stained sheets , curtains ,
Uncleaned window and glasses ,
nonFuntional showers .
Bathroom Infested with bugs and flies.
- PRASAD (6/5): AVERAGE HOTEL TO THE PRICE CHARGED - nEEDS TO LOT OF IMPROVEMENT IN SUFFICENT STAFF,
NOT ALL ITEMS REPLINISHED IN BREAKFAST , CLEANLINESS OUTSIDE THE ROOMS NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
FEEL LIKE IN GENERAL , HOTEL NEEDS IMPROVEMENT IN LOT OF ASPECTS, AS COMPARED TO PRICE CHARGED
- Abhijit (6/5): Tuli International review - overall experiences was Ok - Good food nothing outstanding - Big rooms - clean Toilets - prompt service - Theatre nearby - has a SPA which is highly overpriced and is not Value for Money -
Feel the hotel is good though a bit slightly over priced -
Nothing Bad though one can say - Good but not outstanding
- girish (4/5): Not international level, go only if no choice - It seemed that room was tidied at last moment. Dustbin still had rubbish, used soap and shampoo left in bathroom. Lot of cigarette smell in lobby, not willing to open door due to that. Food service for late night is slow. No lights outside to identify the hotel late night.
- Ashok (4/5): Centrally located - Hotel lobby was nice, the front office staff was pleasant, but that is about this hotel. The room amenities was okay, about what you would expect from a 2 Star hotel. But the bathroom was horrible, dirty, hair in bath tub, fixtures broken, shower curtain filthy, just about everything about the bathroom was horrible. I think we paid about $120 or so for one night, a hotel with this condition should not have cost more than $60, if that much. Luckily we were there only for one night, and saw the condition the morning of departure, otherwise we would have moved to another hotel.
I expect Expedia to provide better information to its web site users. I am very disappointed.
- NEERAJ (6/5): - Property is about 25 years old & rooms need renovation. The location is very central & food of Frontier post is awesome.
- Kennybhoy (2/5): The Worst Hotel Ever - I wasn't expecting a Western standard hotel with this one, but my stay here was a comedy of errors. Where do I start? Firstly, the hotel is dated with termites chipping away in several areas. To get around this, they call it "rustic". The hotel was sold to me as a 4 Star / 5 Star hotel, but it would be lucky to come anywhere near a YMCA by western standards. My room was dirty, the toilets were dirty and the little bottles of shampoo were half used. There was even a used bar of soap sitting around. I asked reception to move me, so they decided to give me an upgrade on the top floor. On the way up there, the bellboy tells me I have the best room in the house. I was excited, but the alas, this room was only a tad better - it had used toiletries, tired looking furniture and wreaked of cigarette smoke. Never mind I thought - I'll put up with it for three days. The bellboy then turns on the telly and shows me the IPL game. Starts watching the game as if he was a mate I invited around. I told him I wasn't interested in cricket and that he should leave. Decided to go to bed but the bed sheets seemed used (you know that fresh feel that you have with clean sheets wasn;t there at all). Same story with the pillows. Seems they just make the bed with the same linen instead of fresh ones when a guest leaves. Decided to go to sleep but couldn;t lock the door. They don;t even have access cards - its the old fashioned key on a chunky ket-ring. Never staying here again - ever!!!
