• Nadia (8/5): - Great location and service, but choose your room wisely Kitro Beach Hotel is ideally located right by the sea — the view is wonderful, and you can enjoy the beach just steps away. The breakfast is delicious and very generous, with plenty of variety. The staff are kind, welcoming, and very professional. However, the “economy” room is quite small for two adults. It’s manageable for a short stay, but for more comfort, I would recommend booking a superior room instead. Overall, a lovely hotel with great service and location.

• Adrian (4/5): Not value for money - We booked 2 double rooms with sea views costing the same price for each. One was ok but the other was half the size, very compact, with hardly any room around the bed and only a small built in wardrobe. Small dressing table but unusable due to having a fridge beneath. Air conditioning unit had some nasty stain on it and only gave a faint blast of cool air with all doors and windows shut otherwise it shut off completely. Sea view from small balcony was amainly of derelict buildings. The other room we booked was the opposite blasting out very cold air all the time so could only be used sparingly. Shower room was very small, shower tray and head dirty and toilet seat disgustig with blood / poo stains. Informed reception but told someone would see to it later which wasn,t good as we had just arrived and there was no other toilet in the building. This hotel appears to be understaffed the ones we saw were very pleasant though, all 3 of them. Best bit is breakfast area overlooking the beach and food and drinks all fine.

• Anna Erika (10/5): Idyll! - Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på Kitro Beach hotell! Vi hadde balkong med utsikt over den idylliske stranden like nedenfor, sengene var behagelige, personalet var svært hjelpsomme og vennlige, og vi følte oss virkelig godt ivaretatt!

• John (10/5): - Well located right on the harbor. Nice breakfast one can take at the outdoor tables. It is not possible to drive to the front of the hotel, so a certain amount of carrying luggage is necessary. Nearby parking is always an issue. We parked behind the hotel by the commercial harbor.
• Christine (10/5): Journey around Crete - Crisp modern hotel with generous room and bathroom. Our balcony was a good size with sea views...my booking choice. Quiet street...hard to find but good parking area within 50 yds. Walk through lobby to restaurant and beachfront. Receptionist very helpful.

• Natalie (10/5): Would definitely go back! - Stayed in a beachview room during 7 nights and had an amazing stay. It started with problems regarding my booking was lost in the system, but the staff was very helpful and everything was sorted out by day 2. The room is a bit dated but has everything you need and the balcony 100% makes up for it. The breakfast was very good, especially the location besides the sea (and don’t miss the Greek yoghurt!). The location is also perfect; close to town but still quiet.
• Hans (8/5): Goed - Mensen super vriendelijk. Ligging fantastisch midden in stadje, aan een strandje. Alles netjes. Badkamer wat aan de kleine kant verouderd. Vooral ligging en vriendelijkheid en netheid super.
• Marilena (8/5): - Il Kitro hotel è centrale e comodissimo per avere tutto a portata senza auto. Il personale è gentilissimo. La colazione si fa in una terrazza davanti al mare. Aumenterei i dolci nella colazione con cornetti o ciambelle ma anche cosi come è non ci si puo lamentare.

• Martin (10/5): - Freundlicher Empfang. Das Hotel liegt an dem Strand (Kitro-Beach) und nur wenige Minuten von der malerischen Innenstadt. Toller Blick vom Zimmer über den Strand auf das Meer. Das Frühstück konnte man direkt am Meer einnehmen. Im Zimmer haben wir lediglich einen Wasserkocher vermisst.

• Eve-Lynn (10/5): Loved our stay! - Fabulous stay at the Kitro Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast with so much to offer and the opportunity to eat beside the water. Beautiful view from our balcony. So very convenient to walk around the cute town of Agios Nikolaus.

Хороший просторный номер, с балконом и частичным видом на залив. Плотный завтрак на веранде берега моря, хороший wi-fi, доброжелательный персонал. С утра можно искупаться на пляже, который у самого порога. Отель в пешей доступности от старой части города с его достопримечательностями. Рекомендуем.
• Sven (10/5): Hotel direkt am Strand - Hotel war in netter Lage, 3 min zum Zentrum und direkt am Strand gelegen. Nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer, funktionierender Zimmersafe. Man konnte nur am relativ engen Bad erkennen, dass das Hotel schon ne Weile existiert. Wuerde wieder kommen.
• Andrew (6/5): - The hotel is well located on a small beach, convenient to everything. Staff were friendly. Maid service was only once every 2 days. The room I had was at the back of the hotel with no view ( I expect the rooms at the front with balconies overlooking the beach would be much better. The room furnishings were very basic as was the breakfast. It could be much better given its location and a deck overlooking the beach.
• Pablo (10/5): Pablo Quintero and Wilfredo - Very nice and located hotel. Right next to a beach and lots of dinning options. Also, it was very clean, and it has a very good breakfast. But the most important thing was its great service. Litsa and Eleni were both so nice, helpful and supportive. They really made the difference for our stay, and it was a real pleasure to meet them both. Thank you both for everything you girls did for us (and it was a lot of things!!!!!). From the very bottom of my heart; thank you Litsa and Eleni!!!! You are just great!!! Thank you very much.

• franck (6/5): Hôtel correct grâce à sa situation sans plus. - Hôtel minimaliste avec douche et balcon de dimension particulièrement réduite très difficile de se laver et une table et 2 chaises sur le balcon ou l'on peut à peine accéder et en prime odeur de cuisine venant des restaurants situés devant. Dans la chambre il n'y a aucune chaîne satellite que des chaînes grecques et un coffre fort accessible en montant sur une chaise et pour le calme oublier le, car porte communiquante avec la chambre voisine non insonorisée. Pour le petit déjeuner c'est une catastrophe que de l'industriel, pas de jus de fruits frais et des fruits insipides. Je déconseille cet hôtel.

• Oliver (10/5): - Sehr schönes ziemlich neues Hotel. Kleine Zimmer. Teilweise zwar ein Balkon aber mit keinem Ausblick. Einer war das Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft um 16:00 Uhr noch nicht fertig. Dementsprechend wo das auch wohl eher flüchtig gesäubert. Sehr schöne Lage am kleinen Strand. Ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Ja, wenn der Preis beim nächsten Mal direkt den würde ich jetzt sofort noch einmal buchen

• Jacqueline (10/5): Situation excellente - Hôtel très agréable extrêmement bien placé, devant une plage où la baignade est possible, juste allée piétonne à traverser. La terrasse du petit-déjeuner est au-dessus de la plage. Parking public très proche, 4 euros par jour.Le centre ville et le lac sont proches, 2ou 3 minutes de marche. Bonne literie, chambre agréable, malheureusement la nôtre n'avait pas de balcon, alors que celui-ci était mentionné. Ceux que nous avons aperçus possédaient une table et des sièges.

• Evan (10/5): - Très bon emplacement et très bon accueil, je conseille de prendre le petit déjeuner dans cet hôtel avec la vue sur la mer, c'est un buffet avec du choix et un bon niveau qualité prix.
• Sylvie (8/5): - Chambre ne possèdait pas de balcon contrairement à la réservation hotel.com et donnant sur le port à l'arrière de l'hôtel. La chambre avait une porte communicante nin isolée avec celle d'à côté, ce qui fait qu'on entendait tout ce qui s'y passait! Accueil souriant, chambre bien équipée et propre.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Flott beliggenhet, sentralt, flott utsikt - Koselig og god betjening på hotellet. Rene rom med god utsikt på mange av rommene. Stille og fredeligt og få skritt til stranden. Fantastisk sentral og god beliggenhet i forhold til strand og restauranter. Det var ikke balkong på rommet våres, men utsikten og beliggenheten i første etasje veide opp for dette. Vi fikk også deilig frokost hver dag, som kunne nytes ute. Dette uten betaling for å veie opp for den manglende balkong. Restaurant "Sailor" som ligger rett ved hotellet mot sjøen kan anbefales sterkt. Ikke så mange gjester, men god, hjemmelaget mat, koselige eiere og herlig utsikt til sjøen.
