• Nadine (8/5): - Gute Lage und kurzer Weg in die Innenstadt. Alles war soweit sauber und das Zimmer hatte alles was man an Ausstattung brauchte und war wirklich groß. Frühstück war nur okay. Theoretisch war es ausreichend, aber leider alles nur fertige, verpackte Sachen.
• Michael (8/5): A bit impersonal. - Location, comfortable bed, shower, parking. We were cold in bed and only found the extra blankets in the morning. There was no wardrobe so they were under the bedside table. It all felt a bit processed, especially the breakfast which was all processed food.

• Terence (7/5): Very good bed and breakfast for a short stay in Banff. - The room was very large with two queen beds, which were very comfortable. The shower was very large also. The location was great and you can easily walk to downtown, which is a real plus because parking in town is extremely hard to find. Our room was up stairs and part of the stairs did not have a railing. This made carrying luggage difficult. I thought the host would serve a hot breakfast. Instead, there was a tray in the frig with numerous items. You can heat one or two items in the microwave.

• Diletta (8/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this B&B in Banff. It was very clean, in a great location right in town, and everything was within walking distance. Parking was easy and convenient, and breakfast was kept in the room fridge every day with a good variety of items. They were very attentive to a breakfast request I made, and I really appreciated that. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area

• Jami (8/5): Great location in Banff - Great location. Free parking. Great in room breakfast. Clean, comfortable room. The hosts were responsive, but we plugged in the heater and the breaker kicked. The owners could post a notice to not run the heater and the TV at the same time.

Wir hatten oft Nichteinhaltung kleines Lunchpaket für unsere Touren und haben es sehr genossen dadurch entspannter in den Tag zu starten! Wir hatten einen Parkplatz für das Auto und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Im Bad fehlten ein paar haken für die Handtücher, aber sonst war alles gut!

• James (6/5): Not a bad stay but needs some tweaks - Lovely beds, good showers and wifi, breakfast was perfect for skiers. Parking was a bit of an issue, we had to wake up extremely early to move our car as there is not enough space. The room was also very cold at night.

• Caroline (8/5): - Huge room with balcony and amazing mountain views. Has everything you need and very clean. Close walk to the centre of Banff and on-site parking is provided. Breakfast was left in the fridge and coffee and tea facilities were plenty. No suggestions, we enjoyed our stay.

• KAWANO (7/5): 滞在中は良かったけど、事前のコミュニケーションがとれないのが難点 - バンフのメイン通りまで歩いていけるし、ゲレンデやツアーに行くためのバスの集合場所にも近くてとても良い立地だった。 部屋も清潔だったし、備品も充分で快適だった。 ケトルだけは汚かったけど許容範囲。 事前にカルガリーからバンフへ向かうシャトルバスの時間の関係で、どうしても到着時間が18時頃になると連絡をしておきました。 英語が苦手なので翻訳機を使って事前に連絡しておくねと言うのも伝えました。 しかし当日まで何通かメールを送りましたが帰って来ず、オーナーが予約を確認しているのかさえわからず不安なまま宿に向かいました。 到着1時間くらい前になって急に電話がなり、今日くるのか？何時なんだ？と強めの映画でまくしたてられ、カタコトの英語でなんとか答えましたが、その後も5分おきくらいにまだか、まだかと何度もしつこく電話してきて、とても不愉快でした。 こちらからのメールを見ましたか？全て事前にメールで伝えましまよ。あなたから返事がないから何通も送りました。と言っても、そこだけは返事をしませんでした。 到着してからも態度は最悪でした。 設備は良かったけど、従業員には会いたくないと思いながら過ごしました。

• Natália (9/5): Comfortable room with a great location! - Our host was super friendly and welcoming! The room was very spacious, the beds were really comfortable, and everything — sheets and towels — was perfectly clean. The location is also great! I would definitely stay here again. Just a small suggestion: the breakfast could feel a bit more homemade. There was plenty of food, but most of it seemed quite processed (except for the fresh fruit). Still, that doesn’t take away from the overall great experience!

• Claire (8/5): Little Retreat - Our room was on the top floor and it was massive. The family that run were all lovely and mostly kept to themselves. We got to see a Mule Elk in the driveway up close and personal which was a bonus. We'd go for early hikes and come back for an afternoon rest before going out again. The owner tended to come up and want to do our room during the time we were having a nap.

• Ivan (10/5): A good night's rest and a full belly - Amazing complete breakfast, so much worth it ! The location was also ideal in Bannf, near everything and a parking spot is provided. The room is pretty basic but for the price, there's nothing to complain about really

• Jenna (6/5): - Bed was comfy, room was clean and large. The key didn’t work when I returned to my room and it took awhile to reach someone. No answer to doorbell or the phone at door for 3 tries. The green outdoor Christmas like lights (it was early October)are left on all night, hard to block this light and keep the room dark. The breakfast options were mostly high fat and/or high sugar, and/or pre-packaged and over processed. The baseboard heaters make clicking sounds all night, not great for light sleepers. Otherwise it was a safe, quiet neighborhood

Listed them self as a b&b but was a make shift room in basement or converted garage with view of drive way and 6 ft fence. Breakfast was service station food but lots of it. Air conditioner and heater are free standing so the table wasn't usable

• John (7/5): Location, location, location just amazing. - Location was absolutely fantastic, walking distance to pretty much everything. Amazing breakfast trays every day - so much food was actually too much but we loved it and some strange things there too. To have breakfast on your front balcony was fantastic and to see wild deers just walking thru made our trip Found the bathroom and room in general dated. Glass shelf right next to toilet was dangerous, right at eye level when you’d go to stand up. Ended up having to out a towel over it as hitting in the face wasn’t pleasant.
• Craig (6/5): - We were on the second floor -- the steps at the top are extremely unsafe due to no hand rail. The two chairs in the room are very old, with worn seats. Being a bed and 'breakfast' is inaccurate. Breakfast is kept in the refrigerator - its really not a typical breakfast as the name implies. For the price - one would expect an actual breakfast. On the bright side, the beds and pillows were comfortable.

The breakfast was a tray of snack food. The grounds had weeds, cleaning supplies and tires. We don't understand previous guest's high ratings when their comments reflected lower ratings. We were greatly overcharged for the room and the "breakfast"

• Daniela (8/5): Great location, free parking and decent breakfast/snacks - Location was excellent, tray of breakfast had good variety for breakfast and snacks for the day, free parking was also a bonus for the price and room was spacious which is nice when doing a road trip to organize our stuff. Quite outdated, there are small things (small furniture) that could be done to make it more attractive that don’t cost a lot of money and for the price people pay it should be done (for example the closet was falling apart, you can get a new one from Ikea for a good price…).

• Dennis (3/5): This place is daylight robbery - Location This was one of the most expensive properties we have stayed at throughout the world. The room was at the back up a wooden staircase that hadn’t been painted since we don’t know when. The room was big but was bare with limited amount of dated furniture. There were no handles on the walk in closet and the toilet seat was damaged. The breakfast was disgusting and we only took one bite out of the sausage and egg muffin. Staying at this place was daylight robbery and we feel that we don’t want to go to stay at our favourite town in Canada any more. We felt we had been totally ripped off.
