Very comfortable beds, lots of towels and fully stocked kitchen, bbq, comfortable furniture indoors and outside. Washing machine and dryer so handy. The pictures don’t do it justice, would definitely recommend. Condo was 3 flights of stairs so it wouldn’t be suitable for anyone not mobile. Hard to get luggage up the stairs but managed.

They have seen better days and aren't very comfortable. The outdoor furniture is mildewed and falling apart. Please use less (or none) smelly fabric softeners in the laundry.

- Shelley (10/5): Fabulous apartment, very spacious and comfortable - Lovely space for 4 of us, very comfy beds, beautifully decorated and furnished. Laundry facilities were welcome as was the Jacuzzi bath in the master en-suite 🥰 Car parking space in the lower ground of the building (think there might have been 2 spaces actually). We found it too hot to sit on the balcony/terrace during our July stay, but it’s a very nice space if it’s cooler, complete with a fire and bbq too. Matthew was helpful and attentive before and during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area. Thank you for having us stay xx Top floor apartment not usually a problem, but we had a lot of luggage this time, so the stairs seemed more of a challenge in the heat than usual! Would be difficult for guests with limited mobility.

The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. The balcony was spacious with a gas grill and fireplace. The complex seemed pretty empty, we only saw a few other people during our stay. We used the pool and basketball court, both were very nice. This property was nice, but it seemed a little unkept. There were beer cans in the bushes at the bottom of the stairs for our entire stay. There was a big hole in the screen on the patio door. There was no cover on the ceiling fan light in one of the bedrooms and several light bulbs were out.

The bathrooms had a random selectio of soap and shampoo--not enough for more than a one night stay for a couple. The master bath only had one bath towel. The showers need shelves or some place to put hygiene items, so they're not on the floor. The address link wasn't properly linked out--needs resolving between google and the US Post Office. Great response from the host and private rentals. Pool areas were great.

A few more things in the kitchen (like a griddle) would be helpful for preparing meals. Also, the key fob for the pool didn't seem to be working correctly, but someone was there to let us in so it was fine!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Incredibly beautiful and quiet - So beautiful and quiet. The master bed was so comfortable and the blackouts blocked all the light. The living area had the best couch and the fireplace was great on the chilly nights we had. The jetted tub needs cleaning and shot out little black things so we just used the showers which we loved. The microwave was a little glitchy to close but overall we just loved our stay. Oh and we loved the community pool.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - The property looks good on the web site,but there is no maintenance, outside is in disrepair, all outside light fixtures are outdated and in awful condition, pool area needs attention, pool chairs were broken,pool deck concrete cracked and in need of repair, front of office water feature not working, parking garages dark and dirty,again,old and outdated light fixtures, talked to a manager,who said she just started 2 weeks ago,brought some of these problems to her attention, she was awesome, she had most of the pool chairs repaired, but we were leaving by the time they were repaired, she is probably going to be the saving grace for this property,now lets start with the unit,the bed was terrible, old mattress with a 2 inch foam mattress,no fitted sheet,dusty,had to go out and buy face cloths,found 2 in the unit,both were dirty and gross,shower floor looked like it was never cleaned, black mold on bottom of walls near floor,tv in living room didn't have regular cable,so you only could watch movies,you needed to go into the bedroom and lay on the bed to watch regular tv,which was a pain,especially when you wanted to watch the news and not wake up your partner,all in all,i would not recommend this property to anyone untill they fix all of the problems and update the property. This could be a nice place to stay if updated and the owners of the unit i stayed in and the property owners put some time and money in updates !!

- Cynthia (8/5): Cute place - The place is cute, enough space for a family. The cleaning procedures need a bit of an overhaul, the place needed to be wiped down by us. The counters were stained and had stuck on food. The bathroom needed additional attention when cleaned. The place needs some tlc overall. Things are looking worn and the couches were very stained and socks and trash left behind from the previous guest. The outdoor patio area is nice but not very private as the doors don’t lock and we had people walk through while we were there. Some of the outdoor lights did not work at night so it was a bit dark. Overall I would stay again just hope next time it’s better taken care of. The contactless check in is great. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool area were clean. Great location!
- Jenni (8/5): Quality place. Unfortunate that locals can access. - Loved Coral Springs! Quality place. I do wish there would've been tennis balls and or pickle balls, but that's minor. The only real issue was the locals had no problem coming in to enjoy the pool facilities. There were several of them. They were a bit creepy and inappropriate. It made me uncomfortable with my kids being in the same pool and I definitely wasn't going to let them go near the hot tub while they were in it. Would be nice if the main entrance had a security code specific for the paying patrons.

- Jessica (10/5): Awesome Condo Rental (with hidden charges) - This is a beautiful property! We had a three bedroom condo on the top floor. The view of the mountains and sunset was great! This is more of a condo rental than a hotel stay. There is no staff on site. Checking ourselves in and out without an elevator and two small kids was a bit tough. The room was wonderful, kitchen great, furnished beautifully, everything comfortable. I didn't realize there was a "cleaning" fee on top of the room fee, so look for that before booking. They also tried to charge the incorrect amount and I had to call them to have it corrected. Great stay, but watch the charges carefully. :)

We were able to go straight to the condo. It was amazing! Had 3 bedrooms, one with a King bed, another with a Queen and a third with 2 sets of Full Size Bunk Beds. Everything was top of the line and so nice. The kitchen was fabulous to have and I didn't think we would have to use the washer/dryer, but my daughter got sick and we ended up needing it badly! Would totally stay here over and over again. It was 45 min from Zion and 10 min from our favorite restaurant in St George- Viva Chicken.

All of the staff from maintenance to office were incredibly friendly and prompt to respond to questions. The pool was a FABULOUS perk with beautiful views and is well maintained, along with the tennis and b-ball court. The location was a perfect mix of quiet seclusion with the option of nearby shops and towns, including short drives to all hiking and water recreation spots from Sand Hollows (6 min drive) to Zion National Park (45 min). Overall this place was awesome and we’d highly recommend!

- Verified traveler (6/5): - Overall, this was a great place to stay while I visited Zion National Park with my husband. Because my experience was overall good, I hate to bring up these negative things, but I feel people should know what they are getting into before they rent a room. So here it goes... -Getting a good room is kind of a gamble. These are condos that are actually owned by people, that you are renting while they aren't staying there. That means that they aren't completely owned by the resort, which makes them all different. -One of the disappointing things about our room was that I felt like my stomach was really struggling with the water in the hotel. The next day I checked the filter on the fridge and it said that the filter was completely bad. -Since the properties are technically owned by people and not the resort, they can also sell the condos. My husband and I had just showed up at our condo and started settling in, when a realtor and a couple literally walked right into our condo. The realtor felt terrible and immediately called the resort staff, but no one called to apologize, or to let us know that we were indeed in the right place. I eventually just wanted down to asked the staff, who informed me that the realtor had called and was really sorry, and that someone had told him that no one had booked the property for that day when in fact someone had. I felt bad for the realtor, but was a little upset at the condo staff for not reaching out to let us know what the mistake was.

I liked the privacy, but for the price I would have expected better cleanliness standards. I likely will not be staying here again in the future.

This is the second time we have stayed at the property both times in a different unit. We have found that the units kitchens are poorly stocked, even items like kleenex, toilet paper and kitchen sponge/towels were sparse or missing. I would recommend the place, just know you may need to bring some of your own basic amenities.

- Lydia (6/5): - The unit was big, but it was in the middle of nowhere. If you're visiting Bryce Canyon or Zion, there are tons of better options. This place is five miles from the nearest grocery store! Also, sound separation is not great. Crying babies next door a not-so-delightful featire of our stay. Nice to have a washer and dryer, but an extra pod of laundry soap would have been awfully nice. Also, the dishes all felt kind of scummy, but that might have been because of the extremely hard water.

No coffee table or end tables or lamps in living area. All canned lights flickered in living room and kitchen, or went dark completely. When called in they said wiring problem throughout complex😯 they did bring a cracked lamp in and put on kitchen stool.

My only complaints are that the bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the can lights in the kitchen randomly turned on and off (although only one would turn off at a time so there was still plenty of light). Still, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): great place overall - We absolutely loved staying here while visiting Zion National Park. It was perfect for a family of 4-6 people. Very spacious and homey. The kitchen was great. The second room has two bunk beds which made it kind of crowded, but I can imagine kids loving it in there. The patio area has a BBQ grill, gas fireplace, and private gates that separates you from your neighbors. The floors are not solid concrete and we could hear the neighbors kids running around upstairs (they moved to another unit after we complained). Our dishwasher was not attached correctly and kept tipping over whenever we opened it. One thing to note is that it takes about 40 minutes to get to Zion, meaning you have to wake up pretty early to get there early. We left at 6AM and saw the parking lot was starting to fill by 7AM. Despite the distance we enjoyed it because it gave us family bonding time with home cooked meals.

No hot water and when I asked them to come Fix it they said it needed to stay that way for the safety of our customers. No plungers or fire extinguishers in the room. Barely any towels and the toiletries didn’t match. The phone service was awful. Missed so many calls due to lack of service that cost me clients due to no phone service. For $400 a night could have found so many other options

However, we did hit a few obstacles. The blender was super cheap and it was not working correctly. There were no utensils for the outdoor grill. The wifi kept dropping and we had to reset the modem everyday. The outdoor fire place was not working at all. All in all we considered these very minor issues. The unit is gorgeous. You wont regret picking this unit!

There are a few things however I'd like to make management aware of. Our suite we stayed in needs a major update in kitchenware. I.e. 2 teaspoons for a family of 5? I went to Walmart and got plastic spoons ;-) Dirty dishes in the cabinets...ok I don't mind cleaning dishes which I ended up doing first. Cooking utensils need to be replaced immediately, please! I appreciate and thank you for taking note. Beside this, we had a wonderful time and loved the area and its gorgeous surroundings!

- Costantina (6/5): Ok With Negatives - Condo is nice and clean. Can't really see the mountains because of the trees and fireplaceon the patio. The big steel doors are loud and kind of a pain on the balcony. The master bedroom patio doors don't work correctly so are really tough to open and close. They are so tough the cleaning service left the door wide open. That's nice! The wifi doesn't work. I called and left a multiple messages about the wifi and patio door and as expected no call back. We were there for three nights and never received one. All in all a nice condo but for the money you can do better. Tina Illinois
- connie (10/5): Excellent choice. Lucky stay for our large group. - Fantastic place. Well furnished, fancy, great pool and fitness area. Excellent service- accommodating.
- Renee (10/5): - Great place for young families. Loved the Clubhouse area and the indoor and outdoor pools. Beware there are no elevators and the parking is underground. Maybe a problem for those who have trouble with climbing stairs. Overall, a clean, comfortable, nice place to stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful Escape for Introverts - It didn't even feel like a hotel/resort. It was exactly what I wanted, it felt like I was staying in a home that was mine. LOVED every detail.
