- Dawn (8/5): Downtown stay - Hotel us smack downtown, tiny stairs to get to your room. Clean room, bathroom was a bit ran down but clean and comfortable room. The stairs to get up to your room is very narrow and hard to get luggage up. But location was great, walking distance to the beautiful north beach.

- JULIO ADRIAN (8/5): Confortable, buena relación precio servicio, bien ubicado - Bien ubicado, fui en temporada baja, no había tanto movimiento, pero en plena temporada debe de ser muy ruidoso. Estuvo bien, y el personal ( poca interacción) fue siempre amable. No parece un lugar muy seguro, ya que según me dijo un trabajador, a veces se cuela gente a las habitaciones ( la noche anterior habían sacado a 10 Sirios de una pieza ( habían pagado por 2) Que no incluya un desayuno liviano

- František (7/5): For the price it’s ok - They let us check-in 1,5 hours before time without blink of eye. Amazing location. The room is old and used, but it serves the purpose quite well. You get a room with a private bathroom for a price of shared beds in hostel.. Smart tv, good WiFi connection. Everyday cleaning- very low quality, but free water was nice. Actually quite comfortable bed. Good and quiet air conditioning. It’s very loud during the day, but the restaurant you basically have your room in closes at 11pm and then it’s very quiet. But what bothered us more than noise from the restaurant, was the loud music that cleaning ladies listened to! - why can’t they simply use earphones? There’s no fridge in the room and no equipment like even glasses. The safe is not working. Very poor water pressure and no hot water- until you you use a lifehack and turn on hot water in the sink- sounds silly but it’s what the staff officially advised us after we complained :) I hate wasting water and especially on an island it feels strange. Changing bed sheets and towels every day isn’t eco friendly, but if the owner doesn’t buy new towels on regular basis, it becomes counterproductive, because they feel very old and used.

Se ofertaba con una posibilidad de hacer el check out a las 23:00, cosa que luego nos dijeron que no aparecía en booking y que tampoco era posible. Tampoco nos dejaban ni siquiera darnos una ducha. Las habitaciones dan al salón de comidas del restaurante que tienen debajo, por lo que suele haber bastante ruido. A pesar de estar limpio, está muy deteriorado y parece más sucio.

- Milton (6/5): - If you need a cheap, close to everything, relatively clean hotel- this is it. The receptionist wasn’t there for check in. We waited a good 15-20 mins until a kind gentleman from the restaurant helped us. The hotel is quite loud. The only quiet time is between midnight and six-ish am. It shares a building with a restaurant and so their noise is heard in the room; even when closed- the restaurant staff is quite loud. Location is perfect- walkable to many areas (Isla is small).

Es parte del mismo por lo que el olor a comida sube. Toallones rotos. Me quedé durante el servicio de "limpieza" que consistía en estirar las sábanas. Ni barrieron.

- Alejandra (5/5): NO LO RECOMIENDO. - La ubicación y el tamaño de la habitación Primero que todo, antes de las 7am el hotel está absolutamente cerrado, si quieres salir antes, no puedes. No hay nadie que abra. Segundo, no hay coordinación entre el hotel y el restaurante que te otorga el desayuno. No compres con desayuno incluido porque te harán pasar un pésimo momento. El personal de la recepción del hotel no llega temprano y no deja instrucciones claras al Restaurant. Y por último el desayuno es deplorable: café , fruta y pan con mantequilla y mermelada. Por el precio deberían incluir proteínas, como corresponde.

Não compensa incluir o café da manhã na estadia, pois o que eles oferecem nesse pacote é um prato com poucas frutas, café, suco e pão francês. O chuveiro é bem fraco e isso pode ser um impeditivo principalmente para mulheres que desejam lavar o cabelo.

- Linda (1/5): Uncomfortable night spent in a hotel room which wasn’t worth it. - Very little We stayed in a family room despite being only a couple because we wanted the extra room. I didn’t sleep at all due to the constant droning of machinery in the next door hotel. There were dishes stacked randomly in a draining rack and crumbling railings on a grubby balcony. It was tired and needed updating. The breakfast was very basic, some fruit and rolls. We left a day early and the hotel were unwilling to offer us a refund for the unused night. Very expensive mistake!

Non esiste una persona alla reception, ho scritto, telefonato ed inviato email alla struttura prima di arrivare e nessuno mai mi ha risposto! La camera sporca, datata e mal odorante. Nell'armadio c'era uno scarafaggio morto. Il bagno pieno di muffa e lo scarico funzionava a mala pena. La colazione servita dopo le 8.00 era terribile!

- Carolien (5/5): Ga hier alleen naartoe met zeer lage verwachtingen - Locatie, hoewel het wel nogal gehorig was. Veel geluidsoverlast. De prijskwaliteit verhouding. Je betaalt echt veel teveel. Het was vies, vooral onder het toilet. Veel gebroken tegels, dus veel vuil daartussen. Bedden waren hard en oncomfortabel. Ik had echt het gevoel dat ik in een eenvoudig hostel beland was.

- Janice (8/5): Would go again. Good value - Location was excellent. We had the family room which was a nice big size. Large bathroom and deck. There was a small kitchen so we were able to make our breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. The staff was very friendly especially housekeeping. Great air conditioning. A little noisy with the roof top t fan at night but it wasn’t a big problem for us as we enjoyed the evening entertainment near by nightly. Down side would have just been the lack of water in the kitchen so we did our dishes in the washroom. The lack of water in kitchen.

Se faire comprendre nécessite de parler 2h avec cette dame qui n’est pas du tout aimable. La dame au téléphone quand à elle n’en parlons pas, un fléau, j’ai été prélever de 2 nuit ou je n’ai pas dormi à l’hôtel : ne vous inquiétez pas ma dit la dame à l’accueil faite moi confiance, je reviens après 48h madame ma menti droit dans les yeux pourquoi ? Je ne sais pas. J’ai essayer de joindre celle au téléphone elle aussi incompétente. Vraiment sur l’île il y’a de très beau hôtel fuyez celui ci pour votre bien et votre argent , nous sommes touriste nous ne sommes pas des machines à sous un peu de compréhension aurait été bien.

L’hôtel est mal entretenu et cher pour ce q - Seulement l’emplacement La douche était salle avec des taches de moisis sur le rideau et des poiles encore collés au mur. Les serviettes avaient des taches et il y a avait des cheveux sur les draps. La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. De plus le logement est très mal isolé donc nous pouvons entendre tout ce qui se passe dans le restaurant qui est collé à l’hôtel.

Auf der ganzen Insel gab es fast keine Mücken aber in dem Zimmer waren unfassbar viele Mücken. Immer wenn man dachte alle getötet zu haben sind neue aufgetaucht. Fenster und Türen waren die ganze Zeit geschlossen.

Una persona de la recepción que dijo llamarse Rocío me trató bastante mal al pedirle si podía darme un shampoo y un jabón porque se habían olvidado de ponerlo. Me respondió de mala gana sin dejar de mirar su celular y dejándome de hablar aún cuando no había terminado de responderme lo que consulté. Es una lástima porque el resto del personal muy amable, incluida la chica de limpieza que siempre muy bien dispuesta.

- shauna (4/5): - The staff are very nice but I found the property to be unclean. I moved rooms because I felt unsafe in the room I was in. They accommodated this which I was happy about but then mixed up myself and the person who stated in my original room after me and tried to say I hand not paid for my reservation which was not true. I had my receipt and credit card statement to prove I paid. Unfortunately they also tried to bill my credit card for the reservation I had already paid for, causing my credit card company to put fraud alerts on my credit card. They tried to bill me multiple times which was upsetting to me. The location is great but I won’t stay here again. Also there are no blankets on the beds only sheets and I was quite cold for a couple of nights.
