- Cheng (2/5): Poor - I had booked two rooms but they only had one room. The fabric and furniture and furnishings were very poor. Bath towels were very old and brown with age. No coffee making facilities, television not working Windows not able to close. No controls in room for the aircondition. Only positive thing was the first receptionist was very apologetic and helpful but everything was out of her control. Certainly wouldn’t recommend any one staying there
- TONG BUAY (4/5): - a very rundown property. the toilet fittings are old, damaged and dirty. the kettle is broken, old and dirty. Will not come back to this hotel again!

The most funniest thing was, after check out the staff called and asked whether we took the towel. Luckily just stayed one night, and will nvr return again.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Bedsheets not clean, room has no fan, hot. - The room is big, we got 2 single beds. Toilet clean. Towel and toiletries need to ask at customer service. Also no free drinking water and 3in1 coffee/tea anymore compare my last year stay here. The bad thing is bedsheets I think they dont wash/change it because my whole body got itchy and cannot sleep all the night. Same with my 2 daughters. The room don't have fan, cameron highlands today not very cold anymore, hotel should install ceiling or wall fan for quest comfort. Nice hotel but need improvement.

Suggest install at least fan in the room, so air will fresh inside the room to reduce noisy sound from outside for us just could open a window or balcony door.

- siti (10/5): comfortable - the room is spacious, can fit me, husband and our 3 kids comfortably, enough space to perform prayer. we checked in late, at 8.30 p.m, but the towels and shampoo were not prepared in the room. luckily we brought our own towels and shampoo. It was sent a bit later, nearly 10 p.m. The wall near the bed is dusty, but it is not a big issue for me as i was only there for a night and we checked out at 8.30 a.m the following day. Worth for money spent, definitely will come back. *we get 30% discount eating at the restaurant below the hotel. ;)

- HS (6/5): - The hotel just located in Brinchang Town and about 2km away from Tanah Rata night market.the hotel facilities a bit old i.e LCD TV and jug cater got rusty spot .There are some traffic noise at night. But overall is ok if you can accept all these.

We stayed there for 3 nights, booked for 2 nights extended 1 night as my family love to stay there. Good location, just nearby big RED strawberry farm and cactus Valley.

There are many parking so that we don't need to find parking spot hardly especially during school holidays. Hotel also near to many places and locate at strategic place in the middle of Cameron Highland. But the wifi isn't good and slow.

- BobR (2/5): Rotten, tired hotel... - I’ll keep this simple. The rooms are horrible with stark lighting, awful WiFi. No tea bags (in a tea plantation area!) Rooms are very noisy as the Chinese guests have a National Sport of getting up in the middle of the night, dragging the furniture around the room, running off all the hot water and slamming doors. The hotel is on a junction so the souls of super loud exhausts is a constant disturbance. The bathroom is disgusting with mould, broken basin etc and no hot water for reasons given above. The adjoining restaurant is dreadful. The ‘top Italian cuisine’ is Pizza! That they make without using any tomato! Gross.

- chiew (8/5): What I paid is what I get - This hotel is within walking distance to Brinchang town, with lots of restaurant and shops. It has its own car parking area for me, no hassle at all when I choose to go out and in . Hotel and rooms are clean, even though they are not brand new, but I like what I have paid for. My trip to Cameron Highlands was a sweet and memorable, thanks to this hotel.

- Amir (2/5): Over priced - Bad services. Very small room. Not even have a comfort space to performed prayer. If the shower was on then you cant hear anything from tv. Wifi not functioning well or easy to say NO wifi available even in lobby area. Special request to have top floor room but no room was available even early booked and early checked in. Request a receipt during check out but they ask me to get it from Expedia. Not really understand the procedure but this is not my first time check out.

But the management is stingy for example, the tea/coffee facility is without coffee or tea, only a electric kettle and coffee cups. The bath towels are thin and small. Only 1 bar of soap is provided. The telephone is buzzing all the time and hotel staff advised us to pull the wire out from the socket. Wifi goes off now and then. Breakfast is miserable.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Great place near to town - 1night stay at Iris Hotel, nice room but the beds have dirt when arrived, got 2 wet towel luckily they got 2 more extra towel, hope the management improves in cleanliness aspect.
- Verified traveler (2/5): noisy - not reccomended to others. the hotel quite old and the surrounding quite noise because the hotel located at the roadside of the main road. can hear the sound of motocycle and car even at 2am! quite hard to get quality sleep and rest. breakfast not much variety and quite disappointed
- Azimah (6/5): Budget hotel - You get what you paid for. The hotel is easy to find but there will be massive jams towards the the tea plantations during peak season. Parking space is limited though. Check out is at 12pm and they'll charge u rm50 if u exceed a certain timing which was kind of inflexible. Fella on the night desk reception was very friendly and helpful, unlike the daytime staff who were inattentive. Breakfast was nothing fancy. Oh, no hairdryer and hangers in the room so I doubt we'll be staying here next time.
