• MITSUKO (10/5): - 中心部に有り、ロケーションが最高でした。 何処にも徒歩で行けて、シェーンブルン宮殿とベルベデーレにだけトラムや地下鉄に乗りましたが3日間いる間最高のホテルでした。 レセプションにコーヒーマシンがあり、いつでも温かいのが飲めました。 立て付けが悪いのか、鍵がやりにくかった。

Would have been nice to have a mini kettle in my room, having to go to reception for my morning coffee wasn't ideal in a half awake state.

• john (9/5): Perfect hotel for a holiday in Vienna - Excellent location in the centre of Vienna with easy access to sights, restaurants, transport, etc. The hotel is in a lovely old building with a lot of charm but calm, quite and relaxing. The room was very large and more like a suite - clean and comfortable. Staff were so helpful and went beyond what you might expect. Breakfast was very good. Nothing significant
• Asim M (8/5): Flott hotell i sentrum - Hotellet er ganske sentralt ikke så langt unna Column of Pest, Hofburg på den andre siden og Stephansplatz. Ganske lytt mellom rommene. Du har minibar på rommet og kaffe maskin i lobbyen (gratis kaffe og te). Personalet er veldig hjelpsom. Mann kan drikke vann fra springen i Wien, men hvis du vil kjøpe vann, det kan du gjøre på Billa butikk like ved Domkirke. Det er mange kaffer, restauranter og butikker i området og berømte Demel café rundt hjørne. Anbefales! Frokosten var OK, men tilsvarer ikke 4* hotell.

Man kann es euphemistisch mit morbider Wiener Charme beschreiben, oder eher ehrlicher : altbacken, abgewohnt, überteuert und mit dem Flair einer Jugendherberge. Die Zimmer zum Innenhof hin biete keine Privatsphäre, da permanent Gäste direkt vor den Fester vorbeilaufen um über den Wandelgang zu ihren Zimmern zu gelangen. Vgl. Fotos. Für das gebotene definitiv überteuert.

• Timo (3/5): Nicht nocheinmal! - Die Lage ist sicherlich das beste an dem ganzen Hotel, wenige Minuten am Stephansdom. Die Zimmer sind altbacken und abgewohnt, wir allem die Zimmer zum Innenhof sind absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß und bieten keinerlei Privatsphäre, da sämtliche Gäste direkt an den Fensternzum Wandelgang vorbeilaufen und direkt in das Zimmer blicken können. Dies mag für eine Jugendherberge akzeptabel sein, nicht jedoch für die hier aufgerufenen Preise.
• Niels Juhl (7/5): super beliggenhet i selve hjertet av WIen - Super beliggenhet - og et fantastisk bygg. Desverre har istandsettelsen av hotellet som tidligere var en pensjon tatt bort noe av charmen fra byggnigen. Det flotte gårdsrommet og de klassiske trapper som bindet bygget sammen er gjemt bort - eller utnyttes nå mer til oppbevareing enn en del av hotellet. Dermed har bygningen mistet noe av sin tidligere egenart. Ser man etter får man med seg hvor klassisk og fint det har vært. Håper at man fører hotellet tilbake til sin tidligere utformning.

La propreté. Quand on arrive à 12 h au lieu de 14 h. On doit payer 50 € pour avoir sa chambre alors qu’elle est prête ! Y compris quand on est handicapé et qu’on sort d’un voyage fatiguant. Je n’ai jamais vu ça dans les dizaines d’hôtels où je suis descendue dans le monde entier. C’est mercantile et ça gâche les premiers moments. Je dirais aussi que la dame chargée des petits déjeuners est très désagréable. Elle a fait des efforts ensuite mais le mal était fait.

Ho messo a tostsre il panino e mi ha detto che si può tistare solo fette di pane...C'era un vasetto con frutta, e una ciotola con i kiwi, dopo un po non c'erano più...chiedo alla cameriera e mi risponde che lo aveva tolto perché nel vasetto c'era un capello....non penso che un hotel ha solo quel vasetto...chiedo della ciotola dei kiwi e apre un sportello con arroganza mi mette 3 kiwi duri come pietre nella ciotola delle banane. Dal giorno dopo siamo andate a fare colazione in un altro posto. La Colazione lo abbiamo pagato € 15,00

Our stay coincided with my birthday, and finding treats and a birthday card waiting for us in the room on the day of our arrival was such a thoughtful gesture — thank you very much for that. The hotel has done a nice job preserving its historic character. However, the furniture and furnishings are quite old and could use some updating. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, although the lady working in the breakfast room was exceptionally friendly and cheerful. We also really appreciated the unlimited tea and coffee available in the lobby.

The location was excellent and the staff (at the desk, in the breakfast room as well as the cleaning staff) was polite, friendly and efficient. We liked the atmosphere and the oldish feeling of the building. The bed could have been somewhat softer but other people would probably been very happy with the one we had!.

Lage absolut perfekt, U Bahn direkt im der Nähe, wie auch Supermarkt. Ist aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen..Wer etwas Modernes, sucht, wo es hippes Frühstück mit Matcha und Dinkel gibt, ist falsch. Aber ein gemütliches, sauberes, zentrales Hotel mit dem Charme der Vergangenheit bekommt man! Betten sehr weich. Ist aber Geschmackssache.

There is an elevator on the courtyard with gallery rooms. Atmospherically it was very nice, but the feeling of going alone in the evening on the gallery was not the best. As an alone traveller I would probably choose something different.

• Вікторія (1/5): Приниження від адміністрації - Локація готелю хороша — у самому центрі, номер був чистий. Але враження від проживання дуже зіпсувала поведінка адміністрації. Ми бронювали номер twin і зустрілися у Відні з подругою, з якою давно не бачилися. Увечері ми просто сиділи й розмовляли. Без музики, без алкоголю, без сміху чи гучної поведінки — лише звичайна розмова. Було ще навіть не 12 ночі, коли до нас у номер прийшов адміністратор і сказав перестати розмовляти та лягати спати, бо сусідка не може заснути. За багато років подорожей я стикаюся з такою ситуацією вперше. Якщо в готелі настільки тонкі стіни, що чути звичайну розмову, то це проблема самого готелю, а не гостей. Адміністрація могла переконатися, що ми не шумимо, і, наприклад, запропонувати сусідці беруші. Але робити зауваження гостям за звичайну тиху розмову до півночі — це неприйнятно. Ми почувались дуже незручно й принижено, і ця ситуація зіпсувала нам настрій на два дні. Крім того, під час прибирання персонал повністю відкриває вікна. На вулиці було близько +5 °C, і через це номер був холодним пів дня. Повертаєшся в готель, щоб зігрітися, а в номері холодно. Душ дуже маленький, вентиляція у ванній шумна, а сніданок — мінімальний і несмачний. Можливо, на ці недоліки я б і не звернула такої уваги, якби не те, наскільки некоректно повелася адміністрація в описаній ситуації.

• Alla (8/5): Хороший отель. С удовольствием вернусь еще раз. - Прекрасное расположение отеля. Все в пешей доступности. На завтрак меню стандартное, но все свежее и вкусное. Чисто. Доброжелательный и вежливый персонал. В номере есть платный мини-бар с водичкой. Внизу, на ресепшене стоит кофемашина, кофе не вкусный.
