• EIJI (10/5): - Hotel could arrange complementary airport transfer both ways even late evening (after midnight) and early morning (at 03:00 am). It was very convenient for me to move.
• Maheswari (8/5): - The accommodation is basic but all the basic items are provided eg. hairdryer, iron etc, It is also clean. They also provide one pickup and one drop off at the airport for guests. This is especially useful if you arrive on a late flight. The hotel is also only about a 10 minute ride from the airport.

• Gaylene (8/5): - We chose Eminent because our flight arrived very late and they are close to the airport and included the promised service of meeting us and driving us there. However the driver was very late coming and we were left standing there with their phone number that would not connect. After travelling for 24hrs it was the “last straw”! Eventually a driver came and all was well.

• Angella (8/5): - The room was very clean and spacious. We stayed for a layover only. The floor is outdated, but everything was clean. You could hear other people in other rooms. A large shopping/dining complex is at the hotel.

• LYNETTE CHRISTINE (8/5): Noises heard at wee hours - I'm a frequent guest to this hotel and always book a non smoking room on the third floor. But since my last two stay, noises heard at wee hours in the morning that kept me and my family awake till morning. Noises ( thud.. thud.. thud) like people are working on something and it's very irritating.

• Christopher (8/5): A Night In Eminent Hotel - The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The hotel staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was fresh, clean, surprisingly spacious and adequately supplied with amenities. There are several possible improvement which the hotel management can consider: 1) Provide fire escape floor plan 2) A Spy Key Hole at the door for security purpose 3) Remove unused rain water shower head in the bathroom 4) The shower was a let down. The rain shower would have been better. 5) Bath towels provided were old and worn out, provide new fresh clean towels 6) Provide separate hair shampoo and body shower gel 7) A shower sliding door to prevent water from splashing out will be good 8) Replace fused lighting tubes at the bed headboard 9) Additional mirror at the dressing table will be good 10) Provide tea bags as another choice, not everyone drink coffee 11) 3-in-1 coffee is convenient but unhealthy. Offer coffee powder, sugar and creamer in sachets will be good 10) A safe box in the room will be good and appreciated 11) Reduce the noise from other rooms. Room is not noise proof especially at the bathroom area. Finally, the complimentary airport transfer is simply brilliant!

• KC (8/5): Reasonable price and near airport. - For the price, it is clean and comfortable. I requested non smoking and quiet room and they provided that. Near to airport. This is the suburbs so not so many shops, eateries etc in the surrounding areas. It was just a weekend trip and no complaints re service as there were no extra required. There is no exhaust fan in the bathrooms
• Lynette christine (10/5): - the place is great..restaurants are just next door.. if you are a fan of laksa curry.. you can have a bowl here. my kid live the vending mechine that sells toys.. located at the hotel lobby. the only draeback is the loud music coming from a nearby pub. the loyd blarring music only stopped around midnight. but overall.. it was nice.

• Sanjay (10/5): Great no frills airport hotel - We needed a clean hotel room for a few hour stopover in Kota Kinabalu before flying to Hong Kong. The Eminent hotel was a great choice as it is was close to the airport, offered a pick up and drop off service free of charge and was affordably priced. It's about 10 minutes from the airport by car and we found it to be a great little hotel. The room was clean and had all the amenities needed. Our pickup didn't go smoothly due to a miscommunication between the hotel and the driver, but after 3 phone calls and him finding us, we were smooth sailing from there onward. It is in the middle of a busy enclave, so there are loads of restaurants and shops just outside the door, so very convenient.

The only down side is they dont provide breakfast. Maybe they can cooperate with the cafe down there for this issue. Maybe give coupon for breakfast at the cafe down there?

• Julian (8/5): - Stayed a week here. Location is perfect for business meetings. Lots of restaurants and parking spots around. The room itself is clean and spacious. The condition is so so. Paint cracks on the wall. Leaky toilet. Even after daily water leaks the housekeeper still didn't report to the hotel. If you spend drying the washroom floor daily you would know you have to fix the situation. I didn't report it as it didn't bother me as much ( I didn't spend a lot of time in the room) (pool of water only appear in the morning) and I wanted to see how long it was going to take for them to fix. Sadly, it didn't get fixed at all! Other than that, I would stay in the hotel again.

( Fine price, Fine place) - 코타키나발루 첫날 밤에 잠만 잘 곳 보다가 예약했는데 요청한 픽업도 친철한 기사분이 잘 나오셨고 숙소도 깔끔했습니다. 담배 냄새 난다는 후기가 있었는데 제가 있던 맨 윗층은 금연층이라 그런지 괜찮았습니다. 호텔쪽에도 먹을데가 있긴한데 현지 느낌이라 쉽지는 않고 길 건너에 있는 Upperstar 랑 KFC 봤는데 도저히 길을 건널 수 있는 환경이 아니라 아침밥은 가져간 컵라면으로 해결했습니다. 공항에서 가까워서 좋은 반면에 시내쪽이 아니라 호불호가 있겠지만 좋은 가격에 잘 잤네요. 추천합니다

• tham (8/5): budget nice hotel, close to plaza 333 - don't expect too much for the price we pay, however we were satisfied. room is clean and basic amenities were given. the flooring outside the toilet door have to be fixed due to the water from the toilet. should use better laminated flooring for toilet area. there's a chinese restaurant just in front of the hotel which serves great food. hotel is near to airport and plaza 333. we managed to get our car parked near hotel. not hard to get parking. we will be back staying again each time for business purpose.
• Kwan (8/5): Clean Hotel & Reasonable Price - Is better with own transportation when staying here. Street parking lot, and few restaurant nearby. Safety wise is good, quiet area, good price. Water pressure is good during off peak hour, night time might be weaker due to the peak hour I think.

• Josiah (10/5): Interesting Neighborhood - This hotel is loaded with a sensible and traditional-type setting in a plaza area. The staff is very easy to communicate with and the place sparkles with cleanliness. The best part was when we had the most affordable, comfortable airport transportation as a courtesy.

I want to give extra point to them because they have changed the pillow to more comfortable down feather pillow. I will return and return again because feels like home.
