- lori (10/5): I loved it so much. I will always book at liberty suites whenever I am in North York. - I love the location. I loved that my son and his partner and my husband and I could have one Suite 2 bedrooms, two en suite bathrooms, a gorgeous balcony, a lovely living room a lovely kitchen. We just enjoyed ourselves immensely. There is nothing I didn’t like about the property. Even parking is convenient.

The concierge management was rude, communication regarding late checkout was poor, and the overall customer service was disappointing. They also charged additional fees from the deposit without proper communication or consent.

Fica um pouco distante dos pontos turísticos, da pra usar metro, mas a estação mais próxima fica a 4km , usamos uber e metro para locomoção. Pra que vai alugar carro , tem uma locadora do outro lado da rua.

The setup is different from a hotel so it takes a bit of getting used to. It's located within an office/residential building without any evident security services.

- Janice (8/5): Good place … fine for the price and location. - Close ago where we needed to be. Room was great! Breakfast was sufficient, but not delicious. While the room is nice, the sheets seemed quite crumpled and the pillows very small for a king sized bed. I spilt some water in the floor and when I cleaned it with a cloth it was quite dirty. Small things really. The staff were very nice - all friendly and helpful. The room has a kitchen for longer stays you can get plates and pots etc… we didn’t need it for a one night stay! TV was disappointing, it kept going very dark and there was no guide and not many good channels.

A minimum improvement in this area will probably make the stay more comfortable. A toaster and a kettle would also be helpful. All of the above could probably be purchased for much less than $100 but the impact on the guests will be substantial.

- Lidya (6/5): Better room maintains and general cleaning has to be in place. - The breakfast assortment was standard , nothing exceptional. It seems coffee was not brewed freshly though. The dining tables were not cleaned on time ( I did it 2 times myself during 3 night stay) probably due to luck of stuff or number of guests. Also, general cleanness was of a low rating, especially chair seats and under the tables. Overall, if was bearable. I booked this hotel 2nd time, since I really liked it during my first stay 2 years ago. Alas, this time, it was sort of disappointing due to room preparation and its general appearance. The bathroom was in a degrading state ( ceiling paint peeled off, uncleaned bathtub alcove, shower head blocked with calcium deposits, buth tab, chrome taps, sink were dirty). Bed sheets had a strangely oldish, not freshly washed look. However, the receptionists were friendly and kind.

- YOHAN (4/5): - We had three major issues with the unit 1609. 1. Water leaking from the washing machine and excessive noise from both the washer and dryer. 2. Extremely loud noise from the refrigerator. 3. A non-functioning ventilation fan in the bedroom's bathroom.
