• Elena (3/5): Not happy - Late hours for the bar There was mould in the bathroom. The shower was dirty. The shower head was leaking water mould on the window. The fridge wasn’t keeping temperature for anything. The bed rolled into the middle which is uncomfortable with two people and when we got there quite early The reception basically told us that we should just go sit in the bar rather than being able to sit on the couch and just try to figure out our next moves reception wasn’t helpful at all for anything. Neither allowing us to leave our suitcases there in the locked reception, we weren’t even allowed to do that which is terrible customer service.

• Marfleet (5/5): Comfortable beds, good location. Pity no microwave and wasn't thoroughly cleaned properly. - Beds were comfy and check out was easy. Great location with flea market across the road, restaurant by the pokies, McDonalds, freeway and petrol station close by i.e. literally just need to cross the road to get to it. Although the room clearly looked like it was was cleaned there was still left over rubbish in the bathroom that hadn't been emptied and under the bed hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed. Also, this is minor but shower has separate hot and cold water handles so you need to gauge the temperature first before hopping in.

• giftedbrain (4/5): A convenient stay, but cleanliness and amenities need improvement. - The check-in process was smooth, and the location was convenient for my stay. The room itself was reasonably comfortable for a short visit. There was no bodywash or soap provided in the bathroom, which was very disappointing. Additionally, there was a tray full of cigarette butts right next to the front door, even though I specifically requested a room away from smokers. This really impacted the experience.

• Thomas (8/5): Is great for a short overnight stay, with very nice rooms and well-priced. - The room was clean and well presented, was exactly what i was expecting thanks to the pictures supplied online. lots of space in the room to stay with family. easy access to the rooms and has a bar that we could eat at near by. offerings of room service were nice to have even though we didn't use it. the TV remote was not working or not compatible with the TV in the room. The room was very close to a busy road and had very little in the way of noise cancelation which could make it had for people to sleep. lights coming through the window late at night made it had to sleep, could do with tinting on the windows or proper blackout blinds.

Family loved the room service ample parking easy access to the freeway. Rooms decent and clean great for our 2 nights stay We didn't use all our complementary drink vouchers as we were out too late at a function 🤦🏼
