- Karen (8/5): Overall the stay was good. - Location close to where we needed to go to, the event center. Room was spacious and amenities good although we did not use the kitchen area at all. Saturday Breakfast was grab and go but had a nice variety of items The tv did not work properly. Kept glitching out.

- Aneta (9/5): - Great location and everything it was as described.
- Katarzyna (10/5): Clean, quite and great location - Stayed here second time. For that price it was an amazing stay. Secluded enough but close to Heavenly ski lifts. Spa was really clean, wish it would stay open longer. No breakfast but you can just cook your own at the room. Spa closed very early.
- Gulnara (8/5): - Location, clean, private, big suite Noisy heater, no windows at the bedroom.
- Rémi (9/5): -
- Catherine (10/5): I would recommend this lodge to many and definitely would stay again. - It was in a quiet location but still 5 minutes from the casino’s, shopping and food. They have a jacuzzi that we wanted to go in but it closed too early. Plus breakfast started at 8 and we missed it because our tournament started at 8.
- Nora (10/5): Another great stay as usual - Cleanliness, spacious Room, location, great customer service Nothing
- robinson (10/5): - everything was perfect absolutely perfect will be coming back soon super clean super neat and spacious nothing

- Christine (9/5): - spacious, clean and comfortable stripping the bed of linens prior to checkout is a minor inconvenience
- Jonathan (10/5): -
- Igor (8/5): -
- Eugenia (10/5): Our 2nd time there. Would love to return. - Convenient location. Extremely clean. Supplies were plentiful. Hot tub only for age 12 and above
- Harsh (8/5): -
- Daniel (10/5): Super comfortable stay, would return. - Clean and spacious. Great kitchen with sufficient cookware, huge fridge. Friendly receptionist. Central fan unit was very loud.
- Diana (10/5): We will stay here again. - Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Quaint, quiet and very clean. We liked the fireplace in our suite as well. Keep the spa open until 10:00. It closes at 7:30.

- David (9/5): Stayed for my birthday. Walkable to downtown but nice enough rooms to just stay in and enjoy the cozy fire. Would defini - Great location. Very nice rooms with nice spacious living room and fireplace. Friendly staff. Our stove was not working. Could use a little updating on the furniture but still comfortable.
- Araceli (10/5): - Loved the location! Close to a park for kids away from all the noise and the rooms were super cute! Would definitely stay here again! Breakfast is only on Saturdays!
- ChefRobertoHuerta (9/5): -
- Nora (10/5): -
- Scottt (10/5): A very cozy, home like experience that immerses you into the nature of Tahoe. - We were so impressed with the view, the location, how cozy it felt, and that it really felt like home. The late night check in process was so easy and that’s the one thing I was concerned about going in. Totally seamless Nothing at all! No complaints
- Koya (9/5): Great place to stay near Tahoe - It was in a beautiful location near the forest. But also near a main highway. It was away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Tahoe. It was quiet and peaceful at night. The elevator was not working but it was being repaired. I would recommend them having assigned parking. Sometimes difficult to park near your room
- Keyonda (10/5): - Everything, Rose,Jen and staff are very friendly and polite facility is welcoming serene
- Shawna (8/5): I might stay there again I would just bring more of my own food since they have kitchenettes. - Not on the strip. Cozy like a cabin. Many of the tv stations were audio only. Breakfast wasn’t great. They did not offer any juices.
- Youngmi (4/5): -
- Samantha (10/5): Home away from home - Suite was very roomy, comfortable, and felt like a second home. Luggage carts were easily accessible and made bringing our belongings inside very quick. While we enjoyed having the vibe of a fireplace, you can’t adjust the flames and they were really minimal. The patio wasn’t much of a patio and there’s no separation between your suite and the suites next to you. Some kids were playing right outside our patio door instead of staying in their area. Breakfast was really limited and only on Saturdays. The pictures showed a dual bathroom sink but our suite only had one, didn’t get the option to select another suite with dual sinks. The description of the room said there’s an oven but there is not.
- Kostadinos (10/5): -
- Costanza (9/5): My family and I loved it. Great location, the suite was comfortable and well equipped. -
- Jhon (10/5): I thank you - Everything Omits
- Duran (10/5): -

- Julian (9/5): Great location and staff ! Definitely will be heading back here when I return to Tahoe. - I loved the location as it was super quiet and hidden from hustle and bustle of lake tahoe. For the price, it is very worth it as you get access to a spacious room. Parking was super easy and we did not have to hunt for a spot at all! Location was super close to everything. Everything was great, although there was a power outage for a couple of hours on our first day. It did give us a reason to get out of the hotel at least.
- Jakub (9/5): -
- Roberto Haruki (10/5): -
- Bohdan (10/5): -
- William (10/5): - First class nothing
- Heidi (10/5): Gorgeous place to stay in your own apartment. - It was amazing and beautiful. We had our own kitchen with a sink, fridge, stove top, coffee maker, dishes, and a dish washer. We loved it!! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
- Maciej (9/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. restauracja ze śniadaniem w pobliżu.
- Viet (10/5): -
- Joanna (10/5): Was beautiful, fun, the staff was amazing and we can’t wait to come back. - Everything!!! The staff the room, the game room. Snacks! The bear we met at our car. Took a bit to check in at 8pm, but honestly no issues.
- William (10/5): - Enjoyed the the space and cleanliness of the suite. Breakfast could be better. It is a lovely hotel and should serve hot breakfast such as eggs, bacon, potatoes and pancakes. Breakfast was mostly continental with the option of having breakfast sandwiches heated up. For a hotel that nice, a hot breakfast would measure up.
- Richard (10/5): - Everything but the lady who checked us in. The check in .Acted short and we were a bother
- Peter H (9/5): Generally very good - Nice size apt and small kitchen Not convenient times to get towels and supplies and access to front desk
- Courtney (10/5): - Beautiful and clean, as well as comfortable Hard to find help when needed, and when I did find them, the receptionist was rude & acted as if I was bothering her.
- Moreno (10/5): -
- Ghezal (9/5): -
- thomas (10/5): - Very cozy and convenient. We plan to come again next year!
- Kimberly (10/5): -
- Corinne (10/5): - Our party had 2 units—1 bedroom studios. The location was quiet but close enough to all the action. Place is older but extremely comfortable. I used the free laundry facilities to wash a few small loads. I thought it was a great value for the money.
- Cheryl (9/5): -
- Kyle (9/5): Great place to escape and relax - Great location and great staff. The grounds were beautiful and the heart of South Lake Tahoe is not too far away. The rooms were a little outdated and could use some updating. Nothing
Volveremos
- John (8/5): Helpful staff at this time share - Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. This is a time share facility. Appliances were much less than top quality. Question effectiveness of A/C.
- Curtis (4/5): Don't stay at Lodge at Kingsbury Crossing - This is actually a timeshare that's rented. Front desk hours 7am-7pm. No housekeeping. You're expected to strip the bed and put all linens and towels in bathroom tub when you leave. No balcony. View is a hill and a building, not the fancy view of Lake Tahoe on the website. People not friendly. Check in is 4pm so sit and wait. Way overpriced for what you get.
- Sam (10/5): The staff and cleaning of the resort was amazing. Our stay was quiet and wonderful! - Cleanliness
Friendly
- Georgy Annika (9/5): - I like how spacious the area was and the kitchen was nice too. The couch was a little bit noisy
- Lauren (10/5): 10/10 for comfort and location, will definetly be staying here again. - This hotel was so comfortable, it was like a small B&B with a full kitchen and living room with the attached bedroom. The location is amazing and the bed was SO comfy. The shower as well was a nice rain shower head, everything was so accommodating. Only one elevator so can be a lot of traffic with people coming and going, but not too much of an issue at all!
- Ralf (7/5): -
- Mathieu (8/5): Excellent value for money. Close to the lake. - Very clean and cozy
- Suzanne E (10/5): - We love staying here. It's a little off the beaten path but in close walking distance to all the fun. We went to a concert at Caesar's, this was perfect.
- MARIIA (6/5): - Clean room Late check-in was inconvenient because the reception desk is closed in the evening and the jacuzzi is only for children over 12 years old.
- Levia (8/5): -
- Sheila (8/5): -
- Janet Michele (6/5): Nice facility with many rules and limited common facility access. - Quiet, Good location, Spacious room (for two), well appointed kitchen Lobby, and Jacuzzi/Sauna inaccessible after 6:30pm. Towel exchange only available from 7-10am and have to be in room to receive them.
- Hennie (7/5): - Locatie was mooi, hotel was heel ouderwets gemeubileerd.
- Ginny (10/5): -
- Serguei (10/5): -
- Raachaele (9/5): -
- Corinne (8/5): It basically had everything we were looking for: comfort, value and location - Location and value Terrible Wi-Fi and no working elevator
- Ksenia (10/5): -
- Luc (9/5): - Big room, nice furniture, very clean. Convenient location, close to all the actions, and many restaurants around Nothing
- Grace (6/5): - No staff was available at this hotel after 8–9 pm. When my room keys didn’t work, I had to call and eventually reached someone. she made it seem like the issue was my fault. After waiting about 20 minutes, she gave me new keys, but they didn’t work either. She didn’t wait for me to test them. Luckily i was able to catch her on her way out. Then she gave me another keys but it didnt work again. Even her master key didnt work. Come to find out it was the door batteries.
I understand that things like that can happen, but what’s unacceptable is being rude to your guests and making them feel like it’s their fault.
I didn’t receive an apology or any proactive communication — I had to keep asking what the plan was. If staff members don’t want to be called at night, then hospitality may not be the right job. Guests deserve respect and clear communication, especially when problems arise.
- Tamara Ayumi (8/5): Very cute place - Very friendly check in staff, very cute place all over, cool pool table room - we enjoyed a game or two, the room was very nice - it was more a little apartment. The main room had a very comfortable bed, good bathroom and half kitchen. Just outside room also ice machine. Very calm surroundings. The room was sold to us as a 4 person place with the main room and the sleeper sofa in living room. But the sleeper sofa was terrible. Very loud when pulled out - the springs making noises ever turn or move you take. We pulled the mattress out and slept on the floor on it. Complained to front staff - they offered to switch rooms after first night but we declined as staying only two nights. But def. that room is only for 2 or then the sleeper sofa needs to be upgraded to proper one.
- Thomas (8/5): Nice quiet hotel with great amenities. Overall, it was like having your own one bedroom apartment - Away from the hotels, the property and landscape were well taken care of. The satellite TV. Not the fault of the lodge, its Spectrum Cable
- Krystal (10/5): - Very clean and spacious. Loved the kitchen area. A little further from town than I had thought.
- Lorena (8/5): - Charming.
- tara (4/5): Ok - Location, price, room was great. The front desk. Booking says 3 check in .. they said 4. We came back at 4 no we have wait a little after 4 guaranteed. we said it’s 4:05 and then she well you know 4:20 or so … bad customer service toward the customers. There was more but to much to say . They have some bad moral going on and they are putting that on us as customers. Apparently it’s a time share place and they are not equipped to deal with customers on the daily. It was such a damper on our overall trip that we booked months ago it was just disappointing. The place is beautiful with sour attitudes in the office.
