Pizzanow (2/5): Save your time and money-not a good stay! - I would not recommend and will never go back. Not a good stay for family celebrating graduation, requested bathroom to be cleaned with 2 teenage boys, denied. No manager to speak too.... They do NOT clean your rooms at all, even when asked, might as well go to an Airnbnb; 1 perk is breakfast is included in Residence Inns, no restaurant on site, poor hospitality, no mgmt on duty Fri-Mon morning. 47,000 points per night per room for a Cat1 hotel (due to graduation wkend) redefines poor value. I would seriously look at other hotels (or Airbnb), and we won't be staying at a Residence Inn again, and it's difficult to understand its association with the Marriott brand and makes me question my loyalty to that brand after no resolution at Corporate level. Apathy all around, so much for customer service.

truffles808 (10/5): Clean and Comfortable Stay - Clean hotel that was fairly new with free breakfast. The room was spacious with a kitchen and area for computer work with a couch. This hotel is convenient for those visiting Washington State University.
39dawni (6/5): Do Better Marriott. Downhill fast. - So disappointed and I’ve stayed here many times. Filthy van pickup from the airport with a driver visibly sick. Front desk was unengaged and borderline rude. Room was dirty! Floors were gross especially the bathroom with hair all over. The shower had pink mold and the shower walls were dirty. The stove top was not cleaned. Not to mention just general maintenance items like vacuum the hall way and clean by the door. Even at checkout the receptionist was more engaged joking and talking with other staff. Barely said a word to me. No thank you. No how was your stay. This property has decreased greatly in its service and cleanliness over the past 4 years. Big money for barely 3 star accommodations.

M7284VYshannonn (10/5): Came for a weekend staycation and have had the pleasure of meeting the most wonderful staff of people - I absolutely love coming to this hotel for a little vacation away from home. Arianna has been the absolute most friendly face I love seeing when I walk in to check in. She is so polite, always engaging in conversations as well as greets you with a big smile everytime you enter the building. Christina, the GM has also been more than accommodating when it comes to meeting us with our needs during our stay. She is the best at answering any and all concerns or questions that may arise during our visit. She as well is always greeting you with the most gracious attitude and friendly smile everytime you enter the building. Both the girls make it a very inviting place to come and enjoy a getaway when needed. I highly 10/10 recommend staying in this hotel for all your travel needs if in the pullman area and hopefully you will get greeted with the two beautiful ladies I've had the pleasure of communicating with during my stays here. Rooms are very very clean and the beds are so comfortable you don't want to leave your room!!! I will be staying here anytime I visit the pullman area for a weekend adventure

Bob (8/5): Nice place to stay - Room layout is very nice for relaxing as well as doing business related work with large counterspace for laptop and laying down documents. Very few places have room for both. kitchens are large compared to most hotels. Breakfast was just OK. Nothing special.
Allen (9/5): Excellent facility with amenities of a 5 star hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. - The hotel is close to my kids residence and activities in Pullman. They pay great attention to detail and are our new favorite say over in Pullman. There is good sound proofing and all the amenities of a nice apartment. The upgrades needed in room 325 include a clicker for the TV that responds more effectively (we did not report this), better traction material on the shower floor, a more powerful shower head, a sliding shower door to trap in heat.

Bob (8/5): Makes travel nicer than most places. - Rooms are great. Very nice layout. Good kitchen space, great seperate work area if having to conduct some business. Badroom and pathroom clean and spacious. Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi. Breakfast was ok not great. They could do better in that area compared to other hotels

The breakfast is amazing with so many food combinations to choose from. To top it off, the gym and pool are more equipped than you will find at other hotels. Like I said, I love this place!

860lonniec (10/5): Great Pet friendly place - We were going to arrive late (around midnight), so I called to let them know. They checked me in early, and when we arrived, the room lights were on, and the room temperature was set, so the room was comfortable. They had a doggy bag for my dog that contained a toy and treats. (I'm not sure if that was just because of the holiday.) Our room was a one-bedroom suite at the front of the hotel. The room was nice and quiet, clean, and cozy. the indoor swimming pool and hot tub were perfect, clean, and heated. The breakfast was very nice, they had everything from scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, fresh fruit, cereal, and waffles. Something for everyone. The staff was very friendly even met the manager, Christina. She is awesome, she was friendly and joked around with us. We'll be back again for sure!

I58VEseanm (10/5): Breath of fresh air - The room was super clean and even smelled clean. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We ended up needing an extra bed, and one was brought up before we even had a chance to unpack. Then, we had an issue with the thermostat. In less than 10 minutes the engineer, I think his name was Patrick. Had it fixed. Small town America with high roller service!

He was accommodating friendly and took care of our needs right away. It felt good to have a place that made you feel not only at home but took good care of you. We will be back.
mijkenm (10/5): Amazing experience! - My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary and the one employee that really went above and beyond was Patrick in maintenence! Our garbage disposal was having issues and he came right away, troubleshooted, then decided it needed to be replaced. It took him no time to grab the parts and install them. He even wished us a enjoying stay. What a pleasant and refreshing experience!

At one point we overheard the maintenance supervisor (didn’t catch his name but he had a goatee, mid to late 30’s) speaking to an employee and the way he spoke to them was very calm, educational, and clear about whatever the issue was. How people treat their subordinates is just so indicative of the culture and it was impressive to see and definitely would influence me coming back to stay!

When check in we were able to check in on time get to our rooms which were amazing they look so nice after the remodel. The GM Christina was the one check us in and she was so nice. Likely from the pool guests, but it took a while for staff to clean it or throw it out. Also, our rooms were not ready at the 3pm check-in time. We waited in the lobby at 445pm and got our rooms almost 6pm. Other than that, the place was well maintained, the rooms were nice and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I would stay here again.

U3665BTallisonl (10/5): Amazing stay - I stayed at this hotel last year and it was horrible… the rooms were dirty and the housekeeping department(some guy) just seamed to not care at all along with the GM but…… this time I thought I would give it a tired again because I heard they got a remodel and a new GM…. This was the best choice I could have done. The new GM Christina is amazing she cares about her staff and the guest staying there. The rooms look so nice and they were so clean. I found out there was a whole new housekeeping team. Breakfast was really good, good coffee. The pool felt nice after being out all day. My kids had a blast. I would stay here again. Christina you are doing great!!!!

860lonniec (10/5): Great Manager and staff makes this place a five-star hotel without the five-star price. - I stayed here for 5 nights and all the staff I had interaction with were friendly, helpful, and smiling like they really enjoyedtheir jobs. The Manager Christina even remembered my name and my dogs. She took the time to talk with me and give me ideas of places to go sightseeing. The continental breakfast is probably the best I have ever had in a hotel. And the room was the best it was like a mini apartment with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. Very relaxing home away from home. Specifically after a swim in the pool and sitting in the hot tub. I'll stay here again for sure!

Chris (4/5): - I don’t usually leave reviews, but our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was extremely dirty - most notably the bathroom, which was in unacceptable condition. The shower was filthy and on one morning, the water wouldn’t even drain properly. We had to request basic necessities like hand soap and extra toilet paper from the front desk on multiple occasions, which should have been stocked from the start. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the linens were clearly not clean. It felt like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained between guests. On a more positive note, the hotel grounds were surprisingly well kept, which made the state of the rooms all the more confusing. Based on the cleanliness and comfort issues alone, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others. To make things worse, not all staff were friendly or helpful, which made an already bad stay even more frustrating. A piece of advice…don’t make your guests feel like they’re an inconvenience.
Dreammaker2005 (2/5): Nice hotel but not very clean. - Our room was spacious, which we liked since we were traveling with 2 teenagers. The living and sleeping areas appeared to be clean and well kept. The bathroom however was another story. The shower was disgusting and had gunk in the corners and on the walls. The floor of the shower was visibly dirty as well. The toilet had a ring inside and had a strong smell of old urine. The bathroom floor was filthy with visible stains. We changed rooms twice before we were able to find a bathroom that looked somewhat clean. Even the one we settled on looked to be only half cleaned. We travel alot for sports and we are Marriott Lifetime Gold Elite members so we have stayed in Marriott hotels in many locations but this is the first time we have experienced such poor cleanliness. During our stay there were other customers who changed rooms for the same types of issues.

Only downside is the water leaves your body so slimy…if they are using water softener, it’s too much. Showers leave you feeling unclean and washing your hands is also a bit of a challenge. Also wonder if this is why the toilet downstairs look clean inside. Otherwise, property is great.

ken1077 (8/5): Great Place For an Extended Stay - This place has everything you need. The room has a full kitchen with everything you’d need to cook your own meals, fridge, microwave stove top, no oven, dishwasher, ice maker… Free decent breakfast. Pool, hot tub, large barbecue grill, work out center, small store, basketball court, nice area outside to relax. Large tv in the room that can be turned to see it from anywhere. Sofa bed, walk in shower. No tub. You can even give them a grocery list for them to get it for you. Transparent window shades and room darkening shades. The hotel is also on a quiet street. We faced the road and never heard anything. Next time we’re in Pullman we will definitely stay here.
ravib1232025 (2/5): No one seems to care at all - I’m a bonvoy member and go to a lot of locations, this one is the worst I’ve ever been to. 1. The beds are very bad here for comfort 2. The linens don’t smell clean 3. For multiple days in a row there is no cream for coffee. Send a runner to the grocery store for gods sake. 4. The breakfast service is staffed with lazy slow moving people who can’t keep up on dishes, in part because they drop clean ones off and leave dirty ones for another 30 minutes or more. They are sorry to be out of milk for cereal and cold brew, whip cream for waffles, orange juice, and cream cheese going on the third day. 5. Pool maintenance is sub par and requires multiple requests just to get the hot tub chemicals added. Down for two full hours of the 12 hours the pool is “open” daily. 6. Elevators make a funky noise and have sticky floors. 7. Front desk service is similarly lazy, unprofessional and not even polite. They decided to cancel my reservation on arrival, give me a downgrade room, and charge a spot price. I paid for the highest room class with points so they are basically stealing from my (and Marriott’s) good will. Ultimately this comes down to a terrible franchise owner and a really bad general manager. I hope Marriott revokes their chain before they continue to trash the Marriott name more.
Rhonda (6/5): - I’ve stayed here before without issue. This stay shows that the hotel is not maintaining the renovations that are fairly new. Outside the hotel had pieces of roof soffit and peeling paint around the windows that made the building look unkempt. Inside the room, the dishwasher couldn’t be opened without hitting the fridge, couldn’t open all the way. No big deal but meh, who designed that? Under the bed had left behind toys, what looked like maybe dried rose petals and dust bunnies that have been there through several guests. That was gross. I dropped something and was shocked at the grossness under the bed. Bathroom mirror with LED behind it had corners of the mirror peeling up, like the mirror was a sticker on glass. Glass shower surround had hard water stains and the shower base was dingy, stained and just hasn’t aged well at all. Consider this a hotel suitable for students and meh for people who have higher expectations of a Marriott property.
