• Gonzalez Ramos (5/5): Disappointing. - Front desk staff was friendly in the room was pretty clean. They don't have any handicap rooms with 2 beds on the first floor so in the event of an emergency I would have been stuck on the 4th floor where they placed us. They did not inform us of that until check in. I called prior and they said a first floor room would not be a problem. When they handed me my key card and said we were going to be on the fourth floor I almost had a full-blown panic attack. Also when we were gone on the first day and they came to replace our towels in the bathroom they set are clean towels on the floor instead of on the actual towel rack where they had been when we first arrived. The bathroom was really dirty didn't look like it had been mopped in a while. But the rest of the room was clean and tidy.

• Pamela (9/5): It was a pleasant surprise. - The room was updated and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The location for us was good because it was near an exit in Calhoun. Traffice noise was not a problem. I really can not think of anything that would have made it better. After staying in other motels/hotels which were comparable in price but either run down, not very clean and very noisy our stay was great.

Trotz Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde keine Abhilfe geschaffen.

Big disappointment was that bookings made me believe there was a hot tub here and after a long day of driving that was important to us. Very disappointed to learn no hot tub at this location and the pool heater was broken. Towels were stained, no tea or hot water when arriving.

• William (9/5): Very nice hotel with great manager. - Breakfast was great. Lots of food choices. However the juice machine was broken. I recommended a supply of juices could have been brought in to accommodate. Room was clean and comfortable. One issue is the floor in the bathroom could have been a little cleaner and a little build up of junk at the bottom of the shower door could be cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a response from the manager. Never had that happened in any reviews of any hotel. Very impressed with the manager Just a few tips given above.

• Alison (8/5): We understand things go wrong and will entertain another chance. - Location was close to our reservation for dinner at Barnsley Gardens. Rooms were excellent. Breakfast good. I specifically called to make sure the pool would be usable during our stay. We had 3 grandchildren with us who could not wait to swim on Tuesday and Wednesday. We were very disappointed that the pool was frigid and it did not warm up until we were about ready to leave Wednesday morning. That was very disappointing as the pool was the reason we booked this hotel.

• Errol (9/5): - Had a wedding event for my daughter. It was a good two weeks very stressful and booked three rooms. Also needed to check in early due to all the commitments from taking photo shoots etc etc. And yet MS KELLY CAME THROUGH!! Wonderful, polite, helpful and resolved by giving us early checking and on top of it same floor. Made our situation much easier to handle. Breakfast in the morning they kept asking if all was okay. Will definitely go back when in the area. In one word great stay
• Natalia (4/5): Bring ear plugs to sleep - When I took a nap, I started hearing scratching on the ceiling. It made me believe it was a mouse or squirrel. I told the front desk and they seem uninterested. So that evening I used an app called “SnoreLab” and some ear plugs and recorded my sleep and the noise in the room at night. When I awoke, and looked at the app, the room was louder than my sleep. I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times, but not any more.

• William (10/5): - Liked everything about the facility with only a few issues. The breakfast a little less than desirable. The sausage was rubbery, the oatmeal was to watery and the OJ and Apple juice didn't taste right. Also, the drink cooler had plenty of Diet Mtn Dews, but no regular Dews. That was disappointing. Also, the bed was a little to firm but slept ok, but wasn't the most comfortable.

• Sarah (10/5): - This was our 2nd time staying on a Braves game trip and we love it! It’s a great place right off the interstate. . The hotel is about an hour away from Truist Park but we had plenty of time to check in ant 3 and regroup and get to the 7:15 game. The manager that was on duty was fantastic…we had a hiccup with not having power in our room and he switched our room right away and was so apologetic that we had any trouble…not anything anyone could control anyway so we weren’t upset in any way. We will definitely stay again!!!

Breakfast service was below average, as the individual responsible for managing the breakfast did not report for work that day. The desk manager did his best to respond to concerns, and I commend him for his attitude and response.

We had to call the desk and ask for assistance in getting them to turn it down/off. Did not get a very good night sleep because of it.
