- Steve (6/5): - The property was clean and tidy, I think it was very nice when they did it but now looking like it could do with a face lift! The swimming pools were old and didn't look very clean either! Very few activities offered to adults staying in there. The bar an restaurant area could host a few evening events and liven up the place a bit! In general the area has nothing cultural to do!
- Louis (8/5): No way to complain when you have noisy neighbors - Good location, good value for money. But before my stay I had to sign a form with all the rules etc. Which I have no problem with, I wanted to complain about disturbingly noisy guests two rooms down at 03:55 in the morning and no one answered the front desk or emergency switchboard. So they have these rules promising a peaceful stay but not implementing them, which made the stay disappointing

- Sebastian (8/5): - Lovely modern and large room with a double and 3/4 bed so good for a couple/ or with 1 child. Just a pity the wifi is only available in the coffee shop and pool area as this hampered our international guests ability to communicate on their mobiles. Hotel pool area is great - nice for families and kids.

- Roy (6/5): Dirty and run down. - Lovely place. However this privately owned unit at Beach Break is very run down. Leaks in the bathroom, torn curtains, mould infected shower, no aircon control (either on or off).

- SunnySouthAfric (2/5): Finger weg von Zimmer 226! - Schade! Die Hotel Anlage ist Top, aber das Zimmer 226 ist das Geld nicht wert. Viele Möbel waren defekt oder sehr unbequem. Leider auch mit Schimmel im Badezimmer. Zimmer 226 nie wieder!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Location, location, location - Unit was well furnished, clean and excellent location.
- Miranda (6/5): Breakers is an average resort close to the beach - Unit 226 is fully equiped, nicely furnished and comfortable. Unfortunately maintenance is sadly lacking. The blinds in bedroom 2 is broken, lets too much light through and the shelves in the cupboard is dilapidated. Several of the towels had large holes in, the TV only had one battery and there was a badly chipped cup - when I took it out the cleaner simply put it back. There were ants in the kitchen and the floors were not very clean. One day an attempt was made to clean the floors, but it was so wet and sticky when we returned. We used the bath mats to dry some of it - the mats were brown afterwards and the rest of the floors remained wet untill the following day!
- Lesley (6/5): - Found the check in a bit on the slow side. Room maintanence not up to scratch. Harry's beachclub shouldn't be rinsing floor mops by the zinc. This was off putting. Pool facilities are fantastic with attentive service. Menu selection good. Overall had an enjoyable stay and will recommend.
