- Andreas (8/5): - Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok. We booked half board. Dinner was nice and interesting. Nice and clean indoor pool (4€ per hour per person). A City tax comes aditionally (against as mentioned in Expedia "Total includes taxes and fees").
- Mette (4/5): Fine værelser men ringe restaurant - God reception og tjek ind/ud. Restaurant dårlig service. Havde bestilt bord til kl.19.15 og maden blev serveret kl.20.15. Ingen opfølgning og udfordring med at vi havde booked halvpension som restauranten prøvede at kræve dobbeltbetaling for maden men receptionen ordnede dette fint dagen efter hvor vi selvfølgelig kun skulle betale for drikkevarer. Morgenmad var tørt brød og utiltalende tilbehør men kaffen var god.
- David (10/5): - Not an obvious location for a business stay but I had meeting locally so through I’d try it. Set in a lovely garden it is modern but appealing. Mostly residential around it but there is a local coop for extras. Spa/sauna is an extra cost per hour but very good. A couple of little things went wrong and the team responded extremely well to fix them and ensure I had a good stay. I’d go back.

- Pedro Jorge (10/5): Nice and quiet, only small room - Very nice place, very quiet at night and not too far from Mladá Boleslav. There is a garden with mazes you can visit for free. Very good for the price paid. Only the room was quite small, but sufficient as I was alone.

Not sure how the things are done, but looks like someone on the hotel side forgot to take the room I have reserved off the market. The very helpful receptions, directed us to another hotel, for which I paid separately and assured us that the reservation will be cancelled in the morning. Well, I got billed for a stay. Also my credit card was unsuccessful in getting the funds returned twice... Not good business practice to charge customers for services NOT rendered

Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig. Statt Orangen- oder Ananassaft nur eigefärbtes Wasser. Die betreuende Person im Frühstücksraum hat mehr auf ihr eigenes Wohl als auf das von den Gästen geschaut...
- Jan (8/5): Dřív to bylo lepší - Jídlo bylo při naší minulé návštěvě výrazně lepší. Tentokrát takové bez chuti. Doporučujeme umýt okna. Již jsme hotel navštívili dříve a bylo to lepší.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Disapointing - It is old building with very- very big room and nice chateau with park near it. It is good for kids who speak czech. No other good things have to say. Very difficult get their and nothing close to the hotel.

- GL (8/5): Average hotel next to big park - We stayed at Maximillian Lifestyle Resort for 1 night - there are few signs for the hotel and they don't read "Maximillian Lifestyle Resort", but rather “Zámecky hotel Maxmilian". The hotel is located in Loucen, one of the many very small towns in the area - all restaurant options close at 10pm at the latest. Accessing the hotel lobby seemed a bit odd as we had to park our car on an upper level and then walk down a path followed by a large indoor staircase before arriving in the lobby - we never found or were directed towards an elevator that could bring us (and our belongings) back up to the parking level. The staff were pleasant and able to communicate in English, the room was clean (no mini fridge though and a double bed consists of two singles that can't really be pushed together), breakfast was good, reception is open 24hrs, and a hotel reservation includes free access to a big park just metres away. We wouldn’t hurry back there, but if you’re exploring an area nearby or need a place to stay before arriving in Prague, it’s worth considering!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Ruhiges Hotel im Schlosspark - Wir hatten ein Familien Zimmer im alten Teil des Hotels. 2 Zimmer mit je einem Doppelbett. Es gab vor dem Zimmer einen großen Salon mit Kamin, der Abends immer angezündet wurde. Der Schlosspark ist sehr hübsch, mit vielen Labyrinthen und Spielmöglichkeiten. Im Winter hat man davon leider nicht alle nutzen können. Um andere Aktivitäten zu erleben muss man schon ein wenig fahren. Essen kann man in dem Schlossrestaurant oder im Ort in der Pizzeria. Sonst muss man auch weiter fahren.

They made a mistake with our booking, where they gave us 'late check out' but got mad at us for checking out around that check out time as they had the next customers waiting to get in. Rooms didn't have that great air circulation either
- Jiri (2/5): Už nikdy více!!!! - Přidělen pokoj v 3. patře bez výtahu (starší část hotelu - nevím kdo tomu mohl přidělit 4*- podvod). V pokoji 18 st.C, topení vlažné, špína na pokoji, pokoj neútulný - odpovídalo tak turistické chatě. V oknech natažená igelitová fólie, ve zdech zatlučené hřebíčky a háčky, pavučiny všude,.... Po dvou hodinách se teplota v pokoji nezvedla. Po stížnosti na recepci nám byl nabídnut pokoj přes chodbu - vybavení a vzhled stejný - peřiny jsme si museli přenést sami - v pokoji "dokonce" 21 st.C. Druhý den se začal hotel plnit - později jsme zjistili , že hotel nabízí pobyty na slevomatech (většina ostatních ubytovaných bydlí nové části hotelu). Místnost pro snídaně malá - snídali jsme i až na 3.pokus. Restaurace předražená - na ty ceny velmi malé porce - žádný slibovaný gurmánský zážitek - tak malého pstruha je snad zakázáno lovit. Pozn.: Jezdíme jen po Čechách - tento hotel byl zatím nejhorší zkušenost. Už nikdy více!!!!!

- Karel (8/5): a chateau hotel - a chateau areal, absolute tranquility, beautiful surroundings In park of chateau. It is not a fourstar, but rather three star plus hotel. very good food for breakfast. only minus: they advertise to have sauna, but both were "just today not working".
- Radek (8/5): Víkend na zámku - Výborná poloha, kousek od zámku. V blízkosti též velký park, vhodné se psem. Dobré pivo na baru, snídaně také výborná. Bazén přijde po náročném dni vhod.
- Expedia empl. (4/5): Misleading pictures - I booked 2 rooms: Classic double with an extra bed and Triple room. According to the pictures the classic room was the red double room with an extra bed (for a child) called later as triple room. The fancy triple room that supposed be located in the "historic" area was nothing else but a tiny, cold double room with a seller tape at the window and in the bathroom. This tiny room was the attic and I had never seen that on the hotel's webpage. It shows lack of diligence for Expedia who advertises this hotel as I was tempted by the beauty of the rooms when booking. The only reason that on few occasions I am rating this hotel as OK is the fact that the stuff apologized next morning and gave my friend an apologetic gift for his room. Nevertheless, it does not change the fact those attic rooms should have never been advertised as 4* (max 2*). The red classic room located n the new building was fine but still not consider as 4* (max 3*). The whole situation was turned in a way that the classic room with the baby bed had become as triple room and the other one the double room. I am very disappointed in overall. The swimming pool was OK. It could have been maintained better. The breakfast was simple but enough to be fed. The hotel's stuff tried to be polite but they could not handle complains.

- Verified traveler (6/5): recht ordentliches Hotel mit einigen Abstrichen - Waren zum zweiten mal hier, beim ersten Aufenthalt hatten wir ein Zimmer im Neubau-so war damals auch die Ausstattung. Dieses mal hatten wir ein Zimmer für drei Personen im Altbau, größe war o.k. aber das Doppelbett war so hart, da hätte man auch auf dem Boden schlafen können. Für ältere Leute eine Zumutung. Hotel war auch fast ausgebucht so das man im Restaurant einen Tisch schon im voraus reservieren musste. Frühstück war recht ordentlich und allemal ausreichend, aber für ein 4Sterne-Hotel hätte es noch besser sein können. Vom gesamten Personal sprach nur eine Kellnerin deutsch ansonsten nur englisch. Ich bin 63 und habe nie in der Schule englisch gelernt. Also insgesamt o.k., aber eher ein 3Sterne-Hotel als 4Sterne.
- Brian (10/5): Beautiful, classy, clean and quality - We loved our stay, the room was nice, the in-room jacuzzi was fantastic, the castle grounds are a blast with all of the mazes, and the pool facilities are great (although we were very disappointed that the pool hours are only from 17 to 22 during weekdays). Across the street from the hotel is a fantastic little cukrarna that I recommend as well.
