• Mark (10/5): - Had a wonderful stay at B&B Orsini46, arrived early before our check in time and room was ready for us , our hosts were very welcoming and friendly, gave us a map and told us about great restaurants, bars and loads of ideas of things to do while in Nsples. Room was very clean and welcoming, breakfast was served to your room at whatever time you requested the night before and was always delicious. Would highly recommend staying here as the location is perfect and area felt very safe.

We had to leave early for flight, the host accommodated us and had breakfast 10 minutes early so we could make it to airport with enough time. Food was great! They also had taxi called for us in morning. We walked about 10 minutes from the ferry, easy to get to. Such a cute place decor was beautiful with everything we needed. Thanks again!

• Malcolm (10/5): Wonderful stay, Great location - We had a fabulous stay at B&B Orsini46 which is situated in a great location close to the seafront, with it's good restaurants and close enough to the action of town, but away from it's busy streets. The hosts were excellent and provided a lot of useful information and tips. Breakfast was very good with many different options, there is even a coffee machine and kettle in the room. The room was large and with a high ceiling. We would highly recommend and will book again next time in Naples.

Was in Naples for a night to spend right before my flight and loved the location, hospitality, cleanliness and everything! Parking wasn't too tough either, plus this location is walkable to all the nice areas and restaurants around. Getting to Old Town is a little tough but nothing that's not manageable. I highly recommend staying here on your next vacay to Naples.

• John (8/5): Great B&B in Naples - A lovely couple has the B&B in an excellent location in Santa Lucia, near the sea, the royal palace and the Teatro San Carlo. The rooms are in a grand palazzo on the third floor with an elevator. A good breakfast is served in the room at the time of choice and with a wide selection possible. The owners are very helpful in every way. Our room did not have a sea view, but was pleasant and comfortable.

Just a couple of blocks from the sea/harbour. Very walkable to major old town sights, restaurants and shopping. The owners live on the property and are very friendly and helpful.

• Christina (10/5): Great stay! - We only stayed one night and had to leave very early in the morning, butthe service was amazing! They booked a taxi for us to take to the airport early. They brought fruit and pastries the night before since we werent going to be there for the included breakfast the next morning. Everything was clean and spacious. There was a small fridge, espresso maker, complementary water, iron, hair dryer, etc... all the comforts of home. It was close to the water and not far from Naples Port. We walked to the port for the ferry to Carpi. There were little cafes right around the corner too. Nice area. We would definitely recommend!
• Kevin (10/5): - I normally don't spend a lot of time on reviews, but Orsini46 deserves one. B&B Orsini46 (the building address) is conveniently located near the waterfront promenade. You could take a taxi (25-30 Euro) to the building or the Alibus (5 Euro) from airport to Port Beverello and then walk a short distance. The room I had was nicely appointed with a very modern washroom. However, there are 3 unique rooms so your experience may differ. There was a small fridge to keep a couple of drinks cold, a Nespresso machine, and the made-to-order breakfast was wonderful. I met the couple that own Orsini46, who live onsite, and they were wonderful hosts, but their staff member should not be overlooked - he helped me plan my day with a map before my brother arrived. It would be challenging for a family unless you could book multiple rooms, but for a couple of friends traveling together you cannot go wrong.. If you are looking for something other than a generic hotel experience, then you should try to book with Orsini46. The reviews are real, it's pretty awesome.

• Robert (10/5): First visit to Naples - First visit to Naples and not disappointed, from the moment we arrived at our accommodation until we left nothing was to much bother, attention to detail was superb and choice of breakfast and presentation was exceptional, our hosts were very accommodating and full of advice for sights, restaurants and anything else you would like to know, would highly recommend, enjoyed the hustle and bustle of this vibrant city even more so at the weekend

We received a warm welcome upon arrival and the room was of an excellent standard, with a super comfortable bed. The B&B itself is located on a fairly quiet street in a safe neighbourhood, only one block away from the seafront, close to a fantastic pizzeria. Gabriele also let us know that the taxi to the airport should be a fixed price - good advice when the Naples taxi drivers seem to pluck a number out of thin air for their fares!

We enjoyed the spacious, beautiful Capri room with lovely Italian tiles on the floor & in the bathroom and all the luxury conveniences you could want. The room is extremely quiet with two double doors that open onto nice balconies. Gabriel and his team are very professional, welcoming and warm. He gave us a map of Naples and personalized an itineary for the time we had. He also recommended a great restaurant nearby for dinner at La Cantina dei Lazzari which was terrific. What luxury to have breakfast in our room the next morning, rolled in on a stylish cart with delicious Itallian specialities! They strive to please at this B&B and are great at their job! Would definitely stay here again when in Naples.

• oclynda (10/5): - An extremely pleasant bed and breakfast. Quaint and warm. Family owned with 3 bedrooms, if I remember correctly on the 3rd floor. There is a classic elevator where door swings open to get in and manual closure of elevator doors. Awesome experience. There are also stairs as well to walk up as well. The host was great. He helps you customize your stay in the area especially so that you get the most out of your visit. Everyone you encounter in the B&B is uber nice and treats you like one of their family members. They greet you with a warm welcome and offer refreshments as you get checked in. The room that I stayed in is studio bedroom with queen bed and balcony. It is very modern has all amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. It is located just steps from the water/ocean view. You are given a tour of the room and especially given instructions on next day breakfast in bed. A list if given and you place the tag outside your door with your preferences/order. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and stay. I highly recommend staying.

• Timothy (10/5): Great Spot in Naples - We stayed at this B&B for a single night prior to departing Naples. The B&B was easy for our driver to find and the attendant came out to meet us as we came up the elevator. When the owners returned later they made a point to introduce themselves and to follow up with a couple of questions that we had asked earlier. They were very accommodating and even made our breakfast in the evening, so we could pack it for our very early pick up the next day. The room was clean and comfortable and while small did not feel overly cramped. The B&B is within walking distance of several attractions within Naples and is a block from the water. Overall, we had an excellent, albeit short stay.

Really well located, a short walk to the main action but in a nice area just out of it. Room impeccable and they deal superbly with their only perceptible drawback (a lack of a common space / dining area) with the way they provide breakfast to your room.

• Pam (8/5): Great Spot in Naples - Stayed for one night on our way back from the Amalfi Coast. It suited our needs for the half day we spent in Naples. The hosts were very helpful and friendly. They provided refreshments the moment we got to the hotel and even prepared breakfast to-go, knowing that we were leaving very early for the airport the next day. They helped us map out the limited time we had in the city of Naples, gave us recommendations on what to see and where to eat...and everything was spot on. In addition, the hotel is in a convenient area to drive into and out of (we had a rental), yet was pretty central to everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone for a short stay. Room was not that big, but that is European big city hotels for you. It did have a little balcony which was nice. Preferred parking rates as well.

Gabriele, Marcela and Hector were so attentive, accommodating and friendly! On top of a really lovely spacious room, outfitted with all we could need and super clean and tidy, an incredible breakfast wheeled into our room on a trolley each morning, and a location in one of the nicest parts of Napoli (and very safe), our whole Napoli experience was unforgettable. We can't rate Orsini B&B highly enough.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect location, beautiful space and great owners - There is nothing to fault with Orsini B&B - the setting is fantastic (quiet and yet so convenient to everything), the room itself was spacious, well appointed, and immaculately clean, and Gabriele and Manuela the owners (together with Eugene) were so delightful, helpful and very professional. We absolutely loved our first stay and will be returning for another visit later in the month. We can't wait!
• Tim (10/5): Great location, Fantastic breakfast, Lovely staff - Stayed as a family of four and were very comfortable in a classic room (shown in picture) with a modern bathroom. Owners are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip, and served in bed. Unbeatable. Excellent value. The BNB is a suite in a large building, so be aware of that when initially trying to find. Parking is nearby in garage.
• Arezu (8/5): Cute comfy but overpriced - SO well located, super nice area and very safe. BEAUIFUL view of the ocean from our room, and really kind and pleasant staff (owners were on vacation, which kind of took away from the whole BNB thing). But for the price we paid - 220 euro for 2 nights - we could have stayed in a hotel with more amenities, not just a VERY small room in a house (with two dogs, mind you, who bark a lot!) The breakfast is very sweet - literally and figuratively - but lackluster. If you want eggs you pay extra, otherwise it's exactly the same every morning - croissants, bread, yogurt and jam - fruits in the form of whole bananas, apples and oranges (there's only so many croissants one can eat every morning). As you can tell from my rating I did enjoy the experience a lot, just want to say that I didn't personally feel I got what I paid for - and I am the antithesis of frugal when it comes to these things. Shop around a bit before being swayed by the 5 star reviews, and save yourself 50 euros without compromising (maybe even gaining) comfort and overall happiness! :)

• Deborah (10/5): B&B Orsini46 - Thankfully, our accomodations were ready when we arrived in the early afternoon. Having been up most of the prior night, it was nice to be able to access our room before the usual 3 PM. We had a lovely room (one of three available in this small establishment) in a large, older but well kept apartment building. Owner and assistant were helpful in answering our questions about 'getting around" and provided suggestions on places to eat (when asked). Breakfast was nicely served, with ample healthy choices (yogurts, juice, fresh fruit) to begin the day. We appreciated that we could set the hour and make our food choices ahead of time. We also enjoyed being able to eat in our room. The owners went above and beyond what was expected by 1) allowing us to leave our luggage after checkout, so we could comfortably continue touring for a few more hours. 2) offering to mail some postcards, when the post office wasn't open, as it was supposed to be 3) offering to call a taxi for us, 4) offering us daily bottled water. Our stay was short, but pleasant. We would return there. *One thing owners might want to tell their guests: be aware that Italians eat dinner late. So many places do not seat you before 7:30 PM. We knew it this as a general rule, but were surprised that we really did not find eateries open before 7-7:30.

We loved going for a walk around the Bay of Naples, which is only minutes away. Our room was perfect with a pretty balcony. To top it all we enjoyed the breakfast in our room. The owners were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend B&B Orsini46.

The hosts recommended restaurants nearby and all were excellent; they recommended sites, and all were wonderful and they went out of their way to help us enjoy Naples. The location is perfect, near the sea and Teatro di San Carlo but is quiet. A wonderful place to call home in Naples.

Breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented in the bedroom, with special touches for a romantic Valentine's breakfast on 14 Feb! Love to go back.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Good location and well appointed room - On arrival received a very warm welcome from the owner. Spent time with us suggesting places to visit in the historic centre in Naples and some recommendations of local restaurants in the area. Rooms very well appointed and comfortable.
• Mia (10/5): Great Location and amazing hosts! - We greatly enjoyed our stay and dont have a bad word to say about it :) Loved the breakfast request that was used - it meant there wasnt a huge waste of food as we dont usually eat much in the morning
• globetrotter (10/5): Wonderful B&B, great spot, excellent hosts - There is nothing you can say about this place except that it's fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and charming, the breakfast service classy and lovely, it's fun to have it delivered on a little cart to your room. The building is interesting on its own - a wonderful big old Neopolitan edifice. And the hosts are so lovely and helpful. This place deserves all the great reviews it gets.
• Darlene (10/5): Can't go wrong staying here. - The B & B Orsini was a delightful stay in Napoli. The bed was comfortable, the room was decorated nicely and the breakfast, prepared by Manuela and Gabriele was lovely. We stayed there four nights and rested and ready to tour Naples the next day. It's in a wonderful, safe location. Highly recommended.
• Cindy (10/5): Friendly hosts, close to everything we wanted. - We arrived in Naples after a 24+ hour trip (2 flights and 2 trains) and easily found this lovely B&B using the metro and walking along via Toledo. This gave us an opportunity to get our bearings. The hosts greeted us when we arrived and were very friendly and helpful offering good restaurant recommendations and annotating many common travel destinations on a map for us. The room was large and clean with a little balcony. Breakfast was served in the room from items we selected the night before. The location allowed for lots of easy exploring around Naples. We enjoyed strolling the lungomare in the evenings. Although a bit noisy at night with the window open, those who prefer air conditioning could use that option to keep the street noise to a minimum.
• BRIAN J (10/5): Top spot - A great place to stay in Naples. Close to the bay and in a better part of the city whilst not far from the main attractions. Gabriele and Hector could not have been more helpful with information and service - even doing laundry for us (cost free) when we asked about a laundromat. An added touch was providing freshly home baked local cakes/pies and the breakfasts were brilliant.
• CIRO (10/5): VERY GOOD LOCATION CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS - We could of stayed with family only a few miles out but found this location together with the helpful hosapitality perfect for us. Gabrielle and Manuela were super helpful and helped make this a fantastic family experience Would certainly bring my family again
• Gisela (10/5): Overnight stay in Napoli - B&B Orsini46 was a dream! Cannot describe into words the care and attention taken to make you feel at home and in extreme comfort. From the amazing breakfast in bed to adorable and modern decor, to the special attention provided by our hosts to make our short trip completely worthwhile. One of our favorite parts of our Naples trip. Thanks so much!
• Christopher (10/5): Great little place in Naples - A very beautiful B&B. Our room was gorgeous and spacious with a beautiful view of the water from the balcony. Gabriele was such an amazing host, very helpful in pointing places to visit / where to go. The breakfasts were so delicious and delivered right to the room on a cart each morning. Would definitely stay here again on another visit to Naples.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing staff! - I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in January with a friend. The location was good (close to the sea) and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was awesome - excellent quantity&quality for a reasonable price. Above all, the owner, Gabrielle, made sure we had everything we need. He made recommendations for tour spots and restaurants - which turned out to be amazing. He helped us in every way he can - Thank you!!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic B and B in Naples :) - Wonderful place to return to at the end of a busy day shopping and visiting the tourist sites. Also provided a comfortable and clean place to rest during the day when too exhausted and required a rest. My room had a lovely balcony that had spectacular views of the water and magical during the afternoon during sunset. When I return to Naples I only hope there is availability here because I won't be looking anywhere else. Beautiful couple that runs the B and B who were very welcoming and friendly people to speak with :)
