É um ótimo lugar para passar o dia e não se hospedar - Eu gostei muito das acomodações e o parque em volta é absurdamente lindo Se você fica lá no Château, você está afastado de todas as coisas do Hotel. Precisa subir pelo menos dois lances de escada para chegar até o château e depois mais dois até o quarto e os funcionários não ajudam, então não leve mala pesada. Tive dificuldade de encontrar funcionários que falassem inglês para me auxiliar.

• Martin (8/5): - Apartmán a bazén pro sebe. Málo místa na parkování a vzhledem k tomu, že je navíc placené. Velmi málo místa/soukromí při jídle, stoly velmi blízko u sebe, kazí to celkový dojem z pobytu. Vířivka malá.

• Mariia (9/5): - Amazing chateau apartments, very beautiful and cosy. The breakfast is served in another building (in the hotel) just a minute away, and it's really good. There are a couple of restaurants in the area, also, one just 5 minutes away from the castle, as well as a bus stop and a supermarket. WiFi connection wasn't the best. I worked during the day and had to use my phone data as the signal was unreliable.

• Simon (10/5): A magical stay in the cottage - We stayed in the cottage which is simply stunning, an absolute treat, the pictures don't nearly do it justice. Very memorable. If anything it was too warm, but in mid winter that wasn't a huge concern.

• Martin (8/5): Dokonalost, kterou kazí jen hodně slabé snídaně. - Úchvatné - alespoň co se týče ubytování a personálu v restauraci i na recepci. Ubytování v zámeckém pokoji bylo opravdu neskutečné. Pokoj je nádherný, vymazlený a koupelna je opravdu promyšlená do posledního detailu. I přes plný park lidí vevnitř nic neslyšíte (pokud si samozřejmě zavřete okna) a i když chybí klimatizace, vedro v pokoji rozhodně není. Co se týče ubytování nemám absolutně co vytknout. Restaurace, recepce... přístup zaměstnanců je úžasný a vychází vám vstříc, jak se jen dá. A určitě si dejte piknikový koš, to je naprostá bomba (možná vám zbude i na tu snídani). Bohužel celý tenhle dojem a ten pocit, že za své peníze dostáváte něco vyjímečného kazí snídaně. Výběr je nenápaditý a malý, kafe je velice nedobré a připomíná spíše hnědou vodu, ve které si někdo umyl podrážky od bot; vrcholem všeho je sušené mléko... ve čtyřhvězdičkovém hotelu, vážně? Stůl si musíte prostřít sami, příbor si berete z hromady, jako kdybyste byli někde ve firemní jídelně. Tohle je největší bolístka celého ubytování a vedení bych doporučil, aby si vyrazili třeba do Orea Hotels a mrkli se, jak vypadá snídaně. Tady je určitě prostor ke zlepšení. Takže pro všechny - jeďte si sem užít to dokonalé ubytování a večerní procházku po prázdném parku, ale vemte si pobyt bez snídaně a nasnídejte se jinde.

• Nello (9/5): Superb - Sleeping in a castle suite is an experience to do at least once in a lifetime. The room makes you feel like living a couple of century back, but with a modern bathroom with a super shower! The castle park is amazing, you can walk for hours in the nature or just chill out sitting on the armchairs next to the fountain. Nice spa with a heated swimming pool, steam and dry sauna. At breakfast no pastry choice, I would have liked at least some croissants. At dinner after finishing our meal, we couldn't order the dessert because kitchen was already closed. It would be a good habit to inform the guests about last kitchen orders, especially for desserts.

• Cristiana (8/5): overall, it was very nice - Liked the suite, very nice, spacious, the location and the surroundings. It is great to walk around and I imagine in summer it is even nicer. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna. When it comes to restaurants we were very happy with the restaurant in the village, 4 min away from the Chateau, very good prices and great food, even though the establishment might be a bit outdated. Definitely worth its google rating. One thing which disappointed us was breakfast on Sunday. We arrived at 9:20 and already some dishes were out and never replaced (boiled eggs, pancakes, ham). Saturday was great as we arrived a bit earlier, however, we expected the same experience on Sunday.

• Zdeněk (9/5): The accommodation fully met my expectations - Accommodation in the beautiful Prince's Suite in th old castle.Magical quiet environment with perfect accessories. Trips to the surroundings with rich history - Jabkenice, Stara Boleslav, Brandys, Kosmonosy- Loreta, Venice nad Jizerou... The Prince's Suite is in the castle outside the hotel. Please ask at reception for access to the castle courtyard to unload luggage. Otherwise, you will have to carry your suitcases up the outside (and interior) stairs to a level above the roof of the hotel.

• Martin (10/5): Romantic chateau surrounded by a lovely garden. - Very romantic, cosy with a plenty of space. The park was lovely as well. It was’t easy to find out where to do the check in after our arrival.
• Philip (10/5): The hotel has plenty to do, the restaurant is excellent, and the grounds are filled with labyrinths. - Chateau Loucen was fantastic. We spent our honeymoon in the Thurn-Taxis apartment, which is in the historical part of the chateau. The room is very regal and luxurious, the bathroom was particularly grand with a free-standing bath. It was clean and had everything you could need from a hotel room. The hotel has plenty to do, the restaurant is excellent, the whirlpool is very private and comfortable, and the grounds are filled with labyrinths and mazes. There was a bit of confusion when arriving, as the rooms are in the chateau, however the restaurant and reception are in Hotel Maximilian, which is next door. So when arriving, go to Hotel Maximilian, not Chateau Loucen.

• Rice (10/5): Wonderful experience 👏 - Loved staying in the Zamek suite Thanis-taxis The bedroom (four poster bed) and bathroom were huge and had a romantic ❤ atmosphere. With a free standing bath and a huge shower. The Zamek is in a pretty park setting. The staff were lovely especially Lenka on reception 🙂🙂🙂 We throughly enjoyed our two night break and will hopefully 🙏 return some day. Everything was ✔
• Ck (8/5): Romantic castle stay or getaway in small town north of Prague - Good：The room in the castle is amazing, they retain a lot of the vintage feel, well decorated, wooden floor, complimentary furnitures, the bed is big and comfy, you can light the candles at night which is very romantic, the living room is beautiful, the bathroom comes with really nice amenities. There’re big windows that you can open all the way to let the breeze in. Once the castle and garden are closed to public , you get to have them to all yourself and the guest ; it felt magical at night. The garden is huge and you can stroll around. We got the romantic package that comes with dinner and breakfast, a bouquet of flower, a bottle of Prosecco and pool with sauna. Bad: there’re two buildings and checkin process is confusing since you checkin at the other hotel, if you have big heavy luggages you will struggle alot since you have to drive to the front of the castle to drop the luggages since after you checkin you have to climb 2 storey flight of stairs to the castle, once you are in the building, you have to climb to second floor and there’s no elevator so it’s back breaking. Staffs not well communicated, so you have to make them call the front desk to let you into the castle, castle tour only in Czech language and they missed out 10am tour and we walked out to the gate to get it rescheduled, the room had two problems, the shower was clogged that got fixed and the chandelier light bulb popped and caused all the ceiling lights in the room to goes off too. There’s no fan in the room so it’s kinda stuffy but luckily you can open the windows. Just abit unpleasant since you kinda splurge for that kinda stay.

• Matthew (8/5): Beautiful place to take a partner in a romantic ge - Beautiful place however the staff in the bar could use some lessons in regards to the service. I came down to ask about food for dinner and was told there was no food. It was only once I spoke to the front desk staff that I was able to get seated and then a couple who arrived 10 minutes after me were seated and their order taken before I was even asked to order. The location is amazing and I would stay again as long as the service was improved. I stayed in the apartment taxi room which I highly rate however the minibar fridge was quite loud but that was the only fault with the room.
• Ingmar (6/5): geen wifi in suite - Wifi in de suite deed het niet. Kreeg aan de balie te horen dat het signaal zwak was, maar de modem op de kamer was zelfs kapot. Hier werd niets aan gedaan. Dit was het enige minpunt, maar aangezien ik er moest werken, weegt het zeker zwaar mee in mijn beoordeling.
