- Richard (3/5): It wasn’t great. It’s a motel for a one night stay at best - The room was good quality in itself No facilities, no cafe or restaurant, just a few surly staff who seemed untrained. Some rather dubious people around inside the property.

The location, for what we needed maybe wasn't exactly for families, BUT it wasn't a bad location. Close to bars, restaurants. There was nothing bad about this place, it isn't your typical hotel with a lobby- breakfast area, pool... but it was a clean, safe place to stay.

The room was absolutely charming — beautifully decorated, cosy, and modern while still offering that warm, down-home comfort that makes you feel right at home. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything with plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and comfortable exploring the surrounding area. The locals were genuinely friendly, engaging, and helpful whenever I asked for direction. Check-in was quick and effortless, and the staff were efficient, professional, and warm throughout my stay. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel! Oh, I forgot and the price was right too! Nothing really comes to mind

- Marilyn (9/5): Very comfortable, spacious room, but a very unfriendly desk clerk - Large room, comfortable beds, cleaning staff very nice and helpful The woman checking us in upon arrival the night of Sunday 5/3 had incredibly poor people skills. Her voice had very low volume. We are older and had to ask her several times to speak louder. Our husband went off to bring our car into the parking garage without the room key he would need to open the garage door, while I stayed at the front desk. When he phoned from the car that he didn’t know how to open the gate, she said that he left without the key. No compassion, no emotional sympathy, just repeated that he left without the room key. If she had told me that while I was standing there, I could have called him to come back for the key and saved him the frustration of having to back out into the street from a steep incline! She acted very unconcerned and kept repeating that he’d left without the key. Her eye contact was minimal. She seemed always more focused on something on her desk. We had driven all day and were extremely tired. She never seemed to care. She is not the person you want as a first impression of your otherwise lovely hotel!

The room was dismal Booking .com vs Cow Hollow regarding canceling AFTER one night stay( one party advised the other party had to OK any return, we heard the same from both sides) . Ultimately advised we booked a nonrefundable stay. Cow Hollow's Nataly had nerve to call me and ask if we were vacating after above.....obviously so they could rent the room. When I pointed out the above reason she hung up! BS, will never use Booking .com again...

Having free parking is a real bonus as well. Nice, comfortable, quiet room with a lot of space to move around.
- Eve (9/5): Great hotel in a prime location - This hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great location. It was also a great value. I have stayed in more expensive hotels in SF that are not as nice. It is a fantastic location for anyone who wants to run or walk. You are close to the Marina Green, Crissy Field and the Presidio. There is no breakfast but Home Plate is right next door and Noah's bagels is 1/2 block away. Chestnut Street has a vibrant night scene on the weekends and you are in the thick of it but insulated. The water is also super hot and the pressure in the shower is strong. I used the hotel shampoo, etc because it was nicer than Tresemme I had with me. I used to live in the city so I shopped a bunch of hotels and knew where I would be. This hotel is an amazing value. The window of my room faced a wall about 3 ft away so I couldn't even tell the weather. You had to be careful not to scald yourself with the hot water. They need a blue recycling bin in the room. A dresser drawer in my room was broken.

Удобная и безопасная подземная парковка. Не хватило мелочей в номере, например, воды. Если окна вашего номера будут выходить на дорогу, как у меня, то без беруш выспаться не получится.

- Leilani (10/5): Location is A+ and FREE Parking - I thought it was an exceptional price given the location. The free parking was great. It is located near the beach, parks, shopping and everything you'd need. I plan to make Cow Hollow Inn & Suites my new go-to hotel when I come to SF.

- Maria (1/5): You get what you pay for. Stayed many times here. No more - Nicely located Noisy. Street noise is so loud and the windows facing Lombard are not double pane so it’s very noisy. Second night there was a crying baby and third night there was a room with lots of people who were loud, yelling and cussing until 2 AM. Walking up and down the hallway. You can also hear the people upstairs walking back and forth constantly. We could not sleep and the place next door started Jack hammer at 8am. Not a peaceful stay.

Al estar en una avenida, y al no ser una torre, es normal que existan ruidos de la calle. Fuera de eso, todo bien. El personal del mostrador no era exactamente amable ni servicial, un poco arrogante tal vez.

- Ian (9/5): A good base to explore SF from. - Room large and clean. Good location. Parking free of charge. A little pricy.
- Maayan (8/5): Excellent stay and good price, just need new beds or mattress toppers - Beautiful room, great location. Loved how clean it was and the design. I also really appreciated the underground locked parking garage. The bed was uncomfortable and even a simple breakfast would be a nice addition.
