• Savina (5/5): Se vi serve assolutamente una posizione vicino alla stazione di Termini, benino. - La posizione a pochi metri a piedi (200) dalla stazione di Roma Termini è l'unico aspetto positivi, insieme al comfort dei letti. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, odore di "bagno", pavimenti trovati con peli e capelli, il tavolino sporco. Cosa importante il rumore del tram che passa proprio sotto la struttura, noi avevamo la camera "WHITE" che ha ben 2 finestre sulla stada di Via Manin ed è molto rumorosa. Hanno due camere sole all'interno, forse per quelle il problema rumore è minore. La clazione te la consegnano la mattina davanti alla porta della camera: non c'è una camera per colazioni. Sono prodotti confezionati nel week end, il sabato abbiamo avuto delle brioche di pasticceria. Niente cibo salato (noi lo preferiamo).

Το δωματιο ανετο και καθαρο και ειχε οικονομικο ιταλικο πρωινο..το στρωμα του κρεβατιου ηταν εξαιρετικο. Ο ιδιοκτητης φιλικοτατος και εξυπηρετικοτατος. Η διαμονη μας ηταν πολυ ευχαριστη. Το κτιριο ηταν παλιο και τα επιπλα του δωματιου μεταλικα ,αλλης εποχης.

• Zarate (9/5): El servicio nos encanto, nos trataron muy bien. - El hospedaje nos gusto, habitaciones amplias, limpias y el desyuno bien para iniciar el día :), la ubicación nos encanto, a 2 cuadras de la estación de tren Termini y la zona tiene tiendas y restaurantes, nuestros recorridos diarios los hicimos a pie ya que todo queda cerca caminando. Lo único desagradable fue el olor del baño, lo reportamos y de inmediato lo limpiaron, sin embargo nunca se quito popr completo, lo manteniamos cerrado y dejabamos ventanas abiertas.

• Εμμανουέλα Λαμπίδου (5/5): - To check in παρόλο που φτάσαμε μετά την καθορισμένη ώρα (00:30 ενώ το check in ήταν μέχρι τις 3:00) μας υποδέχτηκαν με μια extra χρέωση late check in των 10 €. Το προσωπικό γενικα ήταν πολύ ευγενικό καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της διαμονής και δέχτηκε επίσης να κρατησει τις βαλίτσες μας μετά το check out για κάποιες ώρες. Η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή! Το δωματιο δεν ήταν καθαρό και το χειροτερο ήταν ότι η τουαλέτα μύριζε πάρα πολύ άσχημα, σε σημείο που δεν μπορούσες να σταθείς μέσα. Το πρωινό μας το εφερναν κάθε μέρα στο δωμάτιο γυρω στις 8:00-9:00 και ήταν ένας δίσκος με καφέ, καποιες φορες κρουασάν, μπανάνα, 2 συσκευασίες φρυγανιές, μαρμελαδα, συσκευασμένο χυμό και κάποιες μέρες είχε και γιαούρτι φρούτων. Πολύ φτωχό και φθηνό σε σχέση με αυτό που περιμέναμε. Το ίντερνετ δεν λειτουργούσε σχεδόν ποτέ. Γενικά η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής είναι κάτω του μετρίου.

• Budziłek-Jurek (7/5): Pobyt w Rzymie bardzo aktywny: szkolenie, zwiedzanie, aktywny wypoczynek. - Sesto Suite to mieszkanie na 4.pietrze kamienicy (z windą🙂) z pięcioma osobnymi pokojami z łazienką. Nasz pokój miał okno na podwórze. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra: blisko do dworca Termini (300m) i Bazyliki Santa Maria Maggiore (200m). Apartament oferował śniadania : kawa, banany, sucharki, jogurt, rogalik, serwowane do pokoju, na godzinę umówioną z obsługą. W pokoju mieliśmy do dyspozycji czajnik, lodówkę, telewizor , suszarkę i ręczniki. Kaloryfery działały , co było pomocne podczas suszenia ubrań po ulewie . Z klimatyzacji nie korzystaliśmy. Obsługa Sesto Suite bardzo pomocna i uprzejma. Dobry kontakt przez watsup. Pozwolono nam zostawić walizki w dniu wyjazdu do godziny 14. Pokój przed spaniem trzeba było wywietrzyć.

Coffee, fruit, and brioches were served to the room. I was able to leave my luggage there, and when I returned to collect it, I was offered coffee and a brioche again. Before leaving, I also received small souvenirs, that was very nice. Overall, a very good place to stay.

Collocato all'interno di un palazzo/condominio tranquillo intorno alla zona di Termini, la stanza non era particolarmente modernizzata ma pulita e ordinata. • Alessandro (4/5): Si potrebbe fare molto di più, brutta esperienza - Ottima posizione Praticamente nessuna insonorizzazione, si sentiva ogni cosa di chi passava nel corridoio e il traffico in strada. Lenzuola con presenza di peli, bagno con forte odore di fogna, l’ultima mattina pre check-out è andata via l’acqua calda e soprattutto se non fosse stato per l’aria condizionata non avremmo avuto calore in stanza perché i termosifoni non sono mai partiti. Davvero un gran peccato, perché il ragazzo che ti accoglie è davvero simpatico e gentile, ma si potrebbe fare molto di più per valorizzare la struttura.

• daniilgrey (3/5): - Location stayed in January 2026 and was given the room immediately to the right of the entrance. It wasn't very clean – there were hairs from previous guests in the bathroom, and the floor wasn't clean either. But what was a really bad surprise was the mold and actual mushrooms growing right in the room. Beyond that, the sound insulation in the room is practically non-existent. There's a huge gap under the door to the corridor, the window lets in all the street noise (and there's a tram and crowds of people 24/7 there). What saved me was sleeping with earplugs. Yes, the location isn't bad – it's a maximum 5-minute walk from the train station. But I would recommend considering other options in the area.

I knew he entered because the breakfast tray wasn’t there upon my arrival. The room was extremely dirty, there was dust everywhere and it seems like the appliances were falling apart.
