Elle est au centre de plusieurs attraits touristiques (Rogers Center, Tour du CN, l'Aquarium, Scotiabank Arena). Accès facile à la station de train sans même sortir à l'extérieur. Nous reviendrons c'est certain.

Angie (9/5): Weekend getaway - The location is perfect for visiting the CN tower, aquarium and railway museum. The staff were very kind and helpful. We visited during Easter weekend and they even had an egg hunt in the lobby for the kids which my 5 year old adored! I couldn't connect my phone to the TV despite following the instructions. Luckily they had Netflix so I could log in to watch a movie.

Daphnee (7/5): Apart que je n’ai pas aimé ma chambre j’ai passé un bel séjour - C’était propre Je n’ai pas aimé ma chambre. C’était trop encombrer. Le gros meuble devant la fenêtre qui cache la vue . Une grande chaise qui cache le miroir fallait tout le temps la déplacer pour pouvoir s’habiller. Pourquoi il n’y a de robes de chambre dans les chambres? J’avais réserver pour une chambre avec vue sur la ville, j’ai eu une chambre avec vue sur les bureaux. Alors passer du temps dans cette chambre, c’est tout ce que je ne voulais pas.

Taip pat užsakymas darytas su pusryčiais, tačiau jų atėjus personalas (vėl indai) ant stalo padėjo pusryčių meniu su kainom. Likome nesupratę. Tada pasakiau, kad užsakėme numerį su pusryčiais. Teko palaukti iki išsiaiškins. Tvarka tokia: arba renkatės iš meniu arba bufetukas. Vanduo kaip tokio tipo viešbučiui labai prastas, vienas chloras. Žmonės jį paliko stiklinėse.

Beautiful, modern room with panoramic views of the city. Clean and well appointed facilities. In house Starbucks added to the value. Access to Union Station with luggage is straight forward. Ideal location for exploring the city and a no-brainer for any stay in Toronto and we will happily return.

Canadian722 (10/5): Great Stay with Great Service! - We stayed at this Delta for 3 nights in January as a little getaway to celebrate our engagement. Our journey there was a bit stressful due to winter weather and multiple flight delays. At one point we thought we might have to cancel altogether! The Front Desk team was incredibly responsive and helpful while I was communicating with them during the uncertainty, which we truly appreciated. I had mentioned in advance that we were celebrating our engagement. When we got to our room we found a bottle of prosecco waiting for us, which was such a thoughtful touch! The room itself was great. Clean and modern. My favorite part was the bathroom! The floor-to-ceiling windows had a great view of the CN Tower. Soaking in a hot bath while looking out over the city was the perfect way to end a cold day of exploring! We attended a game at Scotiabank Arena during our stay, and the indoor PATH connection was extremely convenient, allowing us to walk to and from the game while avoiding the winter weather. On other days, we ventured outside and found plenty of dining options within walking distance, as well as easy access to the CN Tower and the aquarium. Every time we passed through the lobby, the Front Desk team was ready to help, happily providing bottled water whenever we asked. The cherry on top came on departure day, when our flight home was delayed yet again! They were able to accommodate a later checkout, which we so appreciated! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again the next time we’re in downtown Toronto!

ROSEMEIRE MITIE (10/5): Excelente hotel, localização perfeita, funcionários super eficientes e simpáticos. - Café da manhã excelente no restaurante Soco, apesar de ser praticamente igual todos os dias. Omelete espetacular, feito na hora. Funcionários bem simpáticos. Também jantamos uns dias nesse restaurante, que serve refeições deliciosas. Única coisa que incomodou um pouco foi o vidro grande que fica na parede que divide o banheiro do quarto, na parte superior. Quando seu colega de quarto usa o banheiro de madrugada, a luz ilumina bastante o quarto. Também não é muito silenciosa a porta do banheiro. Excelente as garrafinhas de água cortesia que deixam diariamente, além dos sachês para fazermos café e chá na cafeteira e chaleira do quarto. Limpeza do quarto excepcional.

Tiffany (10/5): It was excellent and very accommodating - The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the view was OK. We had the view of the trains. We couldn't hear much of them but it would have been a nicer view if there was a different side to be on. The location was awesome. Lots of things within walking distance, including both stadiums and things to do. My only complaint is that we didnt have room service staff come in and clean until the 3rd or so day. And I wish we had at least one meal included with our stay.
