- Anastassiya (10/5): Удобное расположение, просторные номера, но отель требует обновления - Останавливались здесь на одну ночь во время путешествия по Ханчжоу. Расположение удобное — метро буквально под окнами, всего минута пешком до станции. Вокруг — современный деловой район с небоскрёбами, рядом есть фудкорт и торговый центр, где можно перекусить или прогуляться. До набережной и знаменитого светового шоу также можно дойти пешком. Из плюсов — просторные, комфортные номера и хороший вид из окна. Всё необходимое для отдыха есть, персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Минус — отель явно не новый, чувствуется, что он уже немного устарел. Обстановка и мебель выглядят слегка поношенными, хотелось бы обновления. В целом — приятное место с отличным расположением и комфортом, если не ждать суперсовременного уровня. Для деловой поездки или короткой остановки в Ханчжоу вполне подойдёт.

- Min-On (8/5): - Business district location makes it fairly quiet. Overall, this is a typical business hotel with rooms that suit that role. Buffet breakfast which is included in most packages is quite impressive with a large selection of different foods- would recommend this as there is not much food options nearby. MRT station is right next to this hotel so it's easy to get around though there isn't many areas to sight see nearby. Some comments for improvement would be : 1. Carpets- there is a damp smell and in some parts cigarette smoke smell. 2. Venting- I believe there are some hotel patrons who smoke in their rooms but this somehow leeches into other rooms which makes it a bit annoying

There was an incident: A robot got wrong message and kept knocking my daughter’s room during midnight, which was scary to her. The hotel handled this issue promptly and professionally after receiving the complaint, but it’s still a bad experience.

The chat with the hotel does not work because questions are simply ignored and not answered. 3. The deposit upon check-in is higher than the cost of accommodation itself. 4. The return of the deposit had to be knocked out through the payer's bank because the hotel does not respond to any letters. 5. When cleaning the room, they do not check the presence of shampoo and gel in the tubes attached to the wall.

The suite and hotel lobby oldish. And the toiletries 4 star, just like the rest of the hotel. - Helen (6/5): - The rooms were clean, the wifi was the best out of all the hotels we've stayed at in China, and there is a metro located outside the hotel. However, there's no air conditioner so the room was a bit warmer than I like and the bathroom has a glass window so when you put the blind down the bathroom becomes a bit dark as there's no light above the shower. Also, the dining options around are not great as there are only about 3 places to eat within a 5 minute walk.

From the foyer to the bar, up the elevator to my room, the whole experience was fantastic! The robot who delivered a shaving kit to my room was the cherry on top! I could not fault the hotel in any way! There is simply no room for improvement.

It was winter but the temperature in the room could not be individually adjusted meaning I couldn’t turn on the aircon. The property uses a central heating system and it was set too warm. The room was at 26 degrees the whole night even with the window opened. In short, it was simply way too warm and stuffy. It was hard to sleep.

- Deok Jin (10/5): 비즈니스 출장에 최고!! - 12시가 가까워 호텔에 도착했습니다. 프론트의 직원은 친절했고 영어가 가능했어요. 저는 22층에 배정받았고, 저녁뷰 아침뷰 새벽뷰 너무 아름다웠습니다. 조금 보이는 강도 멋졌지만 바쁜 도시를 시작하는 새벽의 모습도 아름다웠어요. 혼자 비즈니스 출장을 온 저로써는 만족스러운 공간인 데스크와 쉴 수 있는 소파+발받침대? 가 있었고, 샤워시설과 모든게 과하지 않고 만족스러웠어요. 가끔 5성급을 비즈니스로 갈때 필요하지 않은 물건과 공간으로 죄짓는 느낌이 없어서 좋았어요 ㅎㅎ. 저녁에는 주변이 조용했고 소음도 없었으며 주변에 편의점 등 가까운 곳에 모든 시설이 있었습니다. 게다가 조식은 유럽 갔을때 먹는 우리가? 좋아하는 그 스타일이였어요! 중국 5성급 호텔 조식이 저는 맞지 않는데 유럽브랜드의 조식은 너무 맛있었어요! 다음에 출장을 온다면 꼭 이곳으로 가겠습니다!! 강추!!

I check out after the first night - Staff were helpful but couldn’t speak too much English, which as a business traveller can be problematic. Great value for money. No 24 hour room service, again problematic when on a hectic schedule and arriving in at 2am and needing to eat before a 5am strat to travel for meetings. Wifi was incredibly slow which meant that I couldn’t get the work I needed done before I slept and left the next morning. Staff were however incredibly helpful, despite the language barrier, and ordered me a Mac Donald’s, which I was incredibly grateful for. Rooms were also dated and worn.
