• SAORI (6/5): もう次はないかな。 - 従業員は一生懸命にやってくださってると思いました お風呂の泉質も良かったです 人手不足なのでしょうか 設備が古いのはしょうがないですが、シャンプー等の備品があまり清潔ではないと思いました バスタオルはもう交換すべき時に来てるのでは？ 変色してるし薄くなってるし、雑巾に近いと感じました

• Kwan Ching (8/5): Nice stopover - We had a tatami room, without bathroom. Spacious, a bit outdated but well maintained. The onsen was nice Breakfast and dinner was okay, not too many choices but will do. However, the air extraction could be much better. Especially during dinner the whole place was a bit smokey. -

• TAEKO (10/5): とても心地良く過ごせました - 部屋からの景色は遠くの山々が見えて最高でした。 ウェルカムドリンクはセルフサービスですが利用時間が長く、ジュースやミルクなど数種類選べる。珈琲は持ち出し出来る蓋付カップもある。2階のテラスでゆっくり飲み物を飲めます。食事はバイキングで種類も多くとても美味しかったです。デザートは部屋で食べることも出来き、お夜食もあるらしい。お風呂は天然温泉でお湯はトロッとして気持ち良かったです。お風呂あがりのアイスも。 色々なところに気遣いがあり、スタッフもとても感じが良くゆっくり過ごせました。 ありません

• 今村 (10/5): 又是非来て、温泉と料理、阿蘇の山々を観に来たいです。 - 温泉が最高に良かった。 料理もどれも味付けが良く，満足しました。何より全てのスタッフさんがお客様の事を心から接してくれてるのがすばらしかった。 ただ一つ、ベッドで無かった事。 それでも部屋からのロケーションは最高で圧倒されました。

• Sascha (6/5): Prima maar duur voor wat je krijgt. - De omgeving is erg mooi Het eten wat we bijgeboekt hebben was niet goed. Het is een buffet wat niet erg is, maar alles was enorm koud en taai. Het is een groot hotel. De kamer was prima maar hier en daar gedateerd. Ontbijt was prima, westers eten geen ruime keuze.

• Mandy Chen (9/5): 親切舒適的飯店 - 風景優美服務親切，不用報房號服務生都記得我們這一群人，直接帶位，飯店提供的迎賓點心實在是太棒了，可以拿一盆的水果和甜點，跟咖啡/茶飲回房，烘衣服價位30分鐘100日圓太甘心 很可惜我們雖然是附一泊二食，但因為早上活動比較早開始，沒辦法吃到早餐，有詢問過飯店，沒有提供餐盒外帶，實在可惜

• Rebecca (8/5): - Sprawling facility in the middle of mount aso area. Very family friendly with play areas and toys for children of all ages. Buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious. Rooms were spacious and futons comfortable. Free parking. Hotel shows signs of ageing and could be a bit cleaner in certain corners, although the beds and public bath were very clean. Crowded as it is very popular with Japanese families.

• WHYWHY (10/5): We had a GOOD TIME staying here. Morning breakfast enjoying the golden morning view of Mount Aso. - Excellent breakfast / dinner with variaty of choices. Suggest to have different menu every day. We stayed for 2 nights and had the same food, a bit bored. The stars night watch was a life experience for me. It's about time to upgrade the room furniture as it's a bit out dated. However the room that we stayed was spacious.

• Greg (10/5): Wonderful family friendly stay. Amazing view! - Kids loved this place! They had all sorts of extra touches for them including a small playground, kids pillows, bathroom accessories etc. Food was exceptional (we got half a melon each for dessert!) and varied. View of Mt Aso was stunning, especially from baths. Staff were very helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but all the facilities and good food make up for it.

• YASUKI (8/5): - 気軽に泊まれる点が休暇村の良いところと思います☺️ 急に思い立ち、あれこれ迷いましたが、ネットで予約。 室内も壁紙の張替えなど綺麗。ロケーションは根子岳がみえてエントランスの植木が綺麗に手入れしてあり良かったです🌿🌿⛩️ お食事はビュッフェで、いろいろ食べられるように、小さいサイズのお料理がどれも美味しかったです🍀 体調が悪いのでヒーターを貸していただいたり、タオルをわすれて浴場へ行った夫にタオルを届けていただいたり、スタッフの方々にはとてもお世話になりました♥️ 阿蘇は福岡からちかいので、また行きたいですし、また休暇村を利用したいと思います☺️

The strawberries at dinner were particularly outstanding. The option to bring desserts back to the room after mealtime was also interesting. We had the tatami room for 4 people and the space was tight. The mattress was also quite thin and there were strands of hair from previous guests on the bedding (that was quite gross). The decor is quite dated and that would have been ok if the cleanliness was better.
