• Laura (8/5): Very happy with accommodation, would stay again! - Absolutely stunning gardens at our villa with private pool, bedrooms were very good and clean, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Massage on site was very good value and very nice too. Bathrooms weren’t as good as the rest of the villa and water pressure and temperature was hit and miss when busy.

You have to walk outside and upstairs to get to the second room in the villas. The showers are getting a little dated. But the staff were lovely. Showers. Old and tired. Our taxi driver was turned away by a sign on the entrance that said no bluebird taxis. So we had to organise a new taxi to the airport.

• Harijs (8/5): - We stayed in a villa and overall had a good experience at Budhi Ayu Villas and Cottages Ubud by Mahaputra. We liked the villa and the rooms — they were comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was very good, especially the fresh fruits every morning. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything was kept neat and tidy. There is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, which is very practical for small purchases. The hotel also has a small gym, a yoga area, and a dedicated massage room — all very convenient. However, the location is not very walkable. There are no proper sidewalks, so to get to the center you need to take a taxi. Overall, the villa would benefit from some renovation, as signs of wear are noticeable, especially in the bathroom. The toilet should be fixed more securely, and the shower definitely needs repair. The shower needs improvement — the water temperature constantly changes and the pressure drops, which is quite uncomfortable. one day we asked for the pool to be cleaned, but it wasn’t done. Since there are many palm trees around, leaves and debris fall into the pool, so the water wasn’t very clean.

The two bedroom villas are massive and have a grea private pool. We landed quite late and through communicating in WhatsApp they arranged for food on arrival at 10pm. • Stephysanchez (8/5): Great value for money - The hotel staff is very friendly, which I consider the best part of the stay. They are always willing to help with a smile. I upgraded to the Deluxe Suite, and it was definitely worth it. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is large and includes a bathtub, and the main pool was right in front of our room. The hotel is beautiful, offers different room categories, and I believe it provides great value for money.

• craig (4/5): Dirty rooms - The staff on the desk were very polite and helpful The room was very dirty. I found a dead frog next to the bed and it had been there so long that it had dried out. The towels were dirty My bedding wasn’t changed all week. I brought this to the attention of the manager and he just smiled and then charged me for a coke I had. I had to clean the sink myself and it was filthy. This is my first negative I have done Photos attached are of what I described. Towel on a after 60 seconds of wiping the sink myself

Staff were all exceptional. Breakfast was excellent. A little bit out of town which is perfect for relaxing and quiet but still restaurants close by. A short Grab into town. Loved it all. Couldn't fault.

Our room was on the second floor and it was very quiet at night, which made it perfect for resting. We enjoyed massages frequently during our stay. • Marion (10/5): Top - Wij hadden een familiekamer; ruim met een tussendoor tussen de ouder en kinderkamer, 2 aparte badkamers en ruim balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt. Gezellig restaurant met live muziek. Aan de overkant van de straat zit ook een hele goede warung met heerlijk eten, lieve mensen en prachtig uitzicht. Wandeling door de rijstvelden geregeld via hotel, ook enorme aanrader.

Economical rates for a group booking. Many restaurants and a mart within walking distance. Meals can be ordered through Grab. No telecom in the rooms. Insufficient air conditioning in the rooms. Had to get fans arranged for.

Great value for money The water pressure was a little weak in the shower and the aircon was stuck at a low temperature. We just turned it off at night and the room stayed cool. Very minor complaints and the good definitely outwayed any negatives

• Kimsue Grant (9/5): Great Value, but Improve Details! - Staff were pleasant and check-in process was smooth. Communication was also great! We had a big group and they did a good job accommodating our needs. I booked the suite which was very clean and comfortable - no complaints there. Overall, great value for the stay. Breakfast was also good and convenient location. The standard rooms aren't as clean, particularly, most bathrooms had mold. The property is beautiful with beautiful surroundings but they could do better with the details - cleaning of pool floors and getting rid of mold in the bathrooms etc.

• Katsiaryna (7/5): - It's nicely decorated, pretty good value for money, good location, good breakfast, it was clean everywhere, also the outside area/kitchen, in exception of the bathroom, that made all the good impression worse The bathroom was not clean, in the shower area you could see there were the rest of the hair and rest of shampoo/product from previous guests and it was very dirty, like if the bottom of the shower area and the takes were never cleaned, the rest of the bathroom was kind of ok. If the cleaning stuff would for once clean it properly it would be a different bathroom, but as it was you don't want to step there, not if you have standards of cleanliness from western countries or even Thailand

When we came there the receptionist told us if we want to change to pool floating breakfast we must pay IDR 150 k per couple because we paid for breakfast already so difference is 150k per couple. We agreed now when we went to pay they said it’s 250k difference per couple. I don’t have an issue paying buy this is incorrect. I asked that we cancel the initial breakfast at 4x100 IDR and we will pay 700k (350 k IDR per couple) but they refused. If you work the maths I got robbed for 200k IDR. This is a bad experience. We paid for breakfast for four people. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi . Taze meyve suları çok güzeldi. Her gün odaların temizlenmesi çok güzel. Banyo ve tuvalet biraz kokuyordu. Havuzların suyu temizdi ama fayanslar kirli görünüyordu .

Las camas eran muy cómodas y tenían mosquitera. Tienen servicio de lavandería. La villa está bastante desgastada y nada cuidada. Los baños eran bastante desastres, se salía todo el agua de la ducha y no tienes donde apoyar las cosas. En el baño de abajo, al tener esas plantas, había muchos bichos y no era muy agradable.

Personeel is te vriendelijk, alles is goed verzorgd.Ubud centrum was snel bereikbaar zowel lopend als met een taxi. Dus locatie is prima en lekker rustig. Het lichtknopje voor de verlichting van de kamer zat verstopt onder de kaptafel, moeilijk te vinden en heel onhandig.

• Maria (8/5): - La ubicación, no estaba en pleno Ubud pero sí muy cerca, lo que hacía poder desconectar del bullicio. Las fotos distan de la realidad. El baño podría estar más limpio y renovado.
• Andrea (10/5): Magnifica struttura fuori dal caos di Ubud! - Struttura magnifica immersa nel verde, lontano dal traffico del centro di Ubud. Situata a circa 5 km dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile con un Grab o con uno scooter che la struttura stessa mette a disposizione per il noleggio. Camere spaziose e pulite. Due piscine a disposizione degli ospiti. Colazione di buona qualità. Staff gentile e disponibile. Letto un pó duro ma tutto sommato comodo!
• Tour-maniak (10/5): Marvelous place with the very kind staff - * beautiful and spacious room with comfortable bed with the amazing view of the pool * bathroom with a basin separated from the bathroom with shower and toilet * very kind staff * cleanliness and fresh flowers decoration * offerings on the terrace and in public places * 25min walk to Monkey Forrest and warungs, 55min. walk to the centre of Ubud (Royal Palace, Ubud Market) and at the same time quiet place away from the noisy streets and traffic * free photo session in traditional balinese costumes (a little incovenience that my husband's top was naked; a bolero or jacket would be more comfortable; we have seen such outfits in other places in Bali) * water in the bottle and the kettle * excellent breakfast in the box at 6:00 in the case of all day trip * breakfasts: tasty and quite plentiful, you always get an egg additionally (you can choose an option: boiled egg, sunny side up, scrambled eggs, omelette), coffee/tee/fresh juice; sometimes we had buffet - I think when a large group came, then there was a bigger selection * bali massage * tasty dinner in the restaurant * once we could use swimming pool around 9 p.m. provided you stay quiet * everything was great, just a little incovenience appered during photo session in traditional balinese costumes: - my husband's top was naked; I think a bolero or jacket would be more comfortable; we have seen such outfits in other places in Bali)
• Anne (9/5): Mooi hotel en goede faciliteiten - Wij hebben hier hele fijne dagen gehad. Een mooie kamer, lekker eten en vriendelijk personeel. Absolute aanrader! Niet van toepassing
• Mohamed (6/5): Bien mais pas incroyable - Bon emplacement pour rejoindre l’hyper centre d’Ubud et personnel sympathique. Chambre et salle de bain nécessite un rafraîchissement (humidité et mal ventilé). Je tiens également à souligner qu’ils m’ont facturé un coca-cola supplémentaire à tort sans qu’il aille faire la vérification dans le mini-bar lors du checkout, je n’avais pas le temps de faire valoir mes droits (mon taxi m’attendait…). Dommage, ce manque de professionnalisme fait baisser leur note pour ce fin de séjour.
