Guest Reviews
- Lilibeth (9/5): - Good little cozy hotel with comfy beds and great location— close to everything. Good value for money Noisy air con/heater and maybe bring your own pillow
- Daniel (10/5): -
- Pamela (10/5): -
- Travis (3/5): Dissapointed - Bedsheets were clean and bed wasn't too bad although a bit too soft and I am not heavy. Carpet was stained and mismatching carpet tiles, with some patches of ancient carpet left in the corner. Bathroom was 40 years old at least, and still had live spiders and cobwebs in the corners, around the edges of the taps and shower screen was mouldy. Overall a very dated and dirty room. Bed wasn't too bad although a bit too soft and I am not heavy.
- Vijesh (7/5): -
- Hutchins (9/5): - Easy access to all entertainment facilities
- sue-allen (10/5): -
- Robyn (6/5): Clean but dated - Comfortable bed and pillow. Quiet night (mid-week). Extremely dated fittings. Access to the room was external only, and not the hotel itself. Driveway to the back entrance was very poorly maintained.
- George (10/5): Fabulous, home away from home with exceptional customer service, thanks so much again Links! - Easy access and close to local amenities. Comfortable. Spacious and clean. There was nothing to dislike, it’s a fabulous place, stay there often and will continue to into the future.
- Tanya (4/5): Not worth it - Location Poor food
Rundown hotel
Fridge missing shelves
No microwave
- Nathan (10/5): - The location. Excellent food. The beds could be more comfortable.
- Dietrich (10/5): -
- Amanda (8/5): -
- Bill (5/5): Will go for a meal but will not be staying there - Meals and service was good - room was ordinary and noisy neighbours not sure what the rooms are used for? Noise next room !
- Brenda (8/5): -
- Stuart (9/5): Better than expected. - Staff were all amazing, especially Lia I think her name was? I locked myself out of my room and she got the spare key and helped me out, without making me feel lousy or embarrassed about it. Room was clean and tidy. The free drink was a nice bonus. The only minus really was the parking outside under the trees. That's only minor though, and ultimately my fault cuz I'm lazy and didn't want to walk from the actual carpark
- Andrew (6/5): Nice! - Good food Noisy aircon
- Wang (9/5): - Very good location, friendly staff
- Mary (9/5): -
- Ashleigh (7/5): -
- Lynette (9/5): -
- Rosemary (8/5): - Nice staff, nice places , Just needs to be cleaned a bit more and updated Need to have a new Single mattress bed not very comfortable
- Caroline&Raymond (4/5): Bleh - The water pressure in the shower and the big old fashioned bath ... That's about it Unfortunately the cleanliness and overall upkeep were well belo my expectations.
The floor hadn’t been vacuumed, surfaces were sticky and clearly not wiped down—even after items like coffee were refreshed.
Dirty cups were left behind, and no clean mugs or spoons were provided (ours were actually taken away and not replaced).
The room was also poorly equipped, with no bedside lamps - the main light was way too bright as well and the beds far too soft and unstable—it moved around on the floor whenever you shifted (it has wheels)
Overall, the place feels like it’s overdue for a proper deep clean and a general refresh and upgrade.

- ac0d6b21f33a70dae836357bf0d8a0af (8/5): Value for money but still there is room for improvement. - Location of the hotel is accessible to public transport, (Bus, Taxi and Ride share). Plenty of private parking for clients at the rear. You can also order food, (Lunch and dinner). Well one thing I notice that the blanket was not as clean as expected because there are stains and a bit smelly, I'm using it for bedtime.
- 32002167568a738b93f5f259eb53d2c2 (8/5): Great place to stay for a night - Close to the airport, large comfy family room. Staff were super friendly. Free drink and 10% off food, which was delish! Very happy with our stay

- f3bc09b9ba2471f9ef7ed7943eb27135 (9/5): great - dated but clean bed too soft and lumpy, but that's just me.
- 6ac65bf2f93c72b1ca32ddcd0398174c (6/5): Average but livable. - Tidy room and good beds. Musty smell, quite strong. Aircon didn't work. Smelled smoke at night from open door to the laundry access.

- Murray (7/5): -
- Amanda (9/5): -
- Lucy (8/5): - We have stayed in the 3 bedroom room so many times and we love it being a family of 5 The remotes for the air cons didn’t work and the fact that we pay way less when there is nothing special happening in Adelaide. Shouldn’t the interstate people be getting charged more than people that live in the state?
- Seaman (5/5): -
- Glen (8/5): -
- Chantelle (9/5): - Beds were amazingly comfortable Didn't stay long enough to find anything we didn't like
- Nathan (3/5): - Not a bad location, room was a decent size Room wasnt the cleanest, stained floors and curtain, had ants coming in from outside. Cigarette smoke smell from the courtyard area came into the room very regularly, will not return
- kerry (10/5): Cannot wait to go back again - From the moment we walked in we were treated like family, nothing was too much trouble The meal was wonderful the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will definately be booking there when we need to go to Adelaide. No questions about it. Usually cannot wait to get out of the city but felt sad we could only stay one night. A longer stay.
- Austie69 (10/5): -

- Jan (8/5): - Good location, quiet rooms and comfortable for our stay. Bonus to have access to onsite restaurant.
- Brennan (10/5): I’d stay here again. It was well worth it for the Price. The food was great. We will be back. - Great staff, great food and great rooms for the Price We loved everything about the property. They gave us a 10% discount on all food and drinks which was a nice touch. When we checked in. It was overall a great day for the amount of people we had and for the price.
- Dale (10/5): My stay at links hotel - Clean affordable Room with friendly and helpful staff Nothing to not like
- Michael (10/5): - Room well appointed beds very comfortable and very quiet

- Mark latta (10/5): -
- Robert (7/5): - Was clean and cozzy Was one angry bar tender lady. Was rude and flipped of a few people.
- Therese (10/5): - Facilities were beyond our expectations b 3 bedroom apartment was roomy and spacious. We had plenty of room to prepare food in kitchen. The grassed area had plenty of room for grandkids to run.
- Mia (7/5): -
- wells (5/5): - Food was good It was very noisy people at 2:30 am and air conditioning in other rooms could be heard I stayed in room 2 and could not sleep because of television in the next room
- Priyantha (9/5): -
- Sharon (10/5): -
- Paterson (7/5): -
- J (7/5): Old but clean comfy bed, did the job - Out in open Tv noise outside
- Chris (2/5): -
- Thuy (8/5): -
- Martin (3/5): - So much noise in motel area with people drinking and yelling till late at night well after midnight
- jacinta (7/5): - Prince, location and staff. The fact that the rooms need upgrading, we had a light switch that didn't work and some mould in the bathroom. Also no breakfast included anymore and the neighbours cars parked everywhere, had trouble getting through and noise half the night so couldn't sleep properly. Also wasn't happy that our room on 1 occasion was left unlocked after cleaning. Also would be so much better with a microwave and toaster seeing how you don't supply breakfast anymore.
- Louba (10/5): Great place to stay with family, affordable, location and the staff are amazing and friendly, food fantastic. - The Location, provided ce and exceptional customer service. Nothing.
- TRundle (7/5): -

- DONALD (8/5): - Room and facilities eres exactly what I required
Bed extremely comfortable
- james (10/5): -
- Riccard (10/5): - The rooms in the beautiful grass area and staff very friendly and nice no hyphen puff in the pokies
- Maxine (8/5): I would stay there again. - Everything went well except for the parking. The main problem was the flooding in the carparks. I had to take off my shoes and socks and roll up the legs of my jeans to get to the car. I know there was a lot of rain but, the drainage is really something to be looked at.
- DONNA (2/5): I REALIZE THIS IS A BUDGET MOTEL HOWEVER I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE AND FEEL SAFE. - THE PUB MEAL WAS FINE BUT I WAS TOLD THEY DIDNT PROVIDE TAKEAWAY CONTAINERS BECAUSE OF HEALTH AND SAFETY RGULATIONS. I VISIT MANY AHL FACILITIES AND HAVE NEVER HAD THIS RESPONSE. I WAS APPALLE D TO FIND MY VERY SMALL ROOM HAD TWO ACCESS DOORS WITH VERY FLIMSY CHAINS ON. BEING ON MY OWN SECURITY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME.
