Saad (8/5): الف شكر لموظفة رولا تعامل جيد وخدمه وكل شي. ايضاً السيدة نصيبه Nasiba الخاصه بتنظيف وترتيب الغرف للامانه تعامل راقي وخدم - موقع مميز الصراحة كل شي تحتاجه فريب منك مره ونظافة الغرف والاهتمام. ويوجد مواقف للنزلاء بمبلغ 400 ليره تركي لليوم. كنت احتاج مدخل المواقف الخاصه بالفندق واخذت ربع ساعه لين دخلت المواقف السفليه يعني محد ارشدني موظف الاستقبال روح دور بنفسك. واكيد انه حاله خاصه فيه وليس بسمعه الفندق. المفروض انت نزيل عندهم يرشدونك ويدلونك عن كل شي تحتاجه خصوصاً اني اخذته خمسة ايام ولكن للامانه بشكل عام فندق مميز.

8b0ee8cf2aa571e6f22815ae0352dfbf (8/5): Fijne veilig hotel met fijn personeel - Wij hadden de suite, fijne ruime kamer 3 volw geslapen. Bedden waren zacht en fijn. Geen geluidoverlast. Ook de roomservice is aangenaam en fijn. Voor mij is dit al 3 x verblijf. Metro op loopafstand +/- 5-6 min lopen. Zo ook een winkelcentrum. Veilige wijk. Meerder restaurants maar ook koffie thee tentjes in de buurt van goede prijs kwaliteit. Ontbijt hotel is prima. Personeel ook aardig en betrouwbaar. Vooral baliemedewerkers 2 badkamers , 1 was wel vies aangegeven bij schoonmakers en gelijk schoongemaakt. Slippers sommige waren gelig dit ook aangegeven hebben ze gelijk meerdere gegeven. Het reserve bed was te hard van matras. Misschien dit veranderen. Verder is het een fijn hotel op goede locatie

Syed Faisal Ali (9/5): Great location and very comfortable and spacious rooms. - The room was quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the built of the hotel and its decor were modern and contemporary, the toilets were large and the location was superb. The breakfast was good but not great. The toilet cleaning was below expectations.

عواطف (10/5): كانت اقامه رائعه جدا - كل شي أعجبني الموقع ممتاز كل شي بقربه مطاعم والكوفي والبقاله والمخابز ومحلات ملابس ومجمع جواهر قريب جدا 3 دقايق مشي ومحطة مترو قريبه منه والمسجد والصرافه وكل شيء قريب منه والاطلاله جميله جدا وغرف الفندق واسعه ونظيفه والحمامات اعزكم الله نظيفه وسرعة تلبية حاجات النزلاء والموظفون جدا راقين في التعامل وبالأخص الاخت رولا جمال راقيه وخلوقه جدا وتحاول ارضاء العملاء بمساعدتهم لقد ساعدتني بان قامت بترقيتي الي غرفه اكبر ومتسعه وإطلاله علي الشارع وبجانب غرف أبنائي بعد ان كنت في طابق وهم في طابق آخر انصح الجميع بالسكن في هذا الفندق الجميل ولان الموظفين فيه جميلين جدا وخصوصاً رولا جمال جدا خلوقه والكلمات تعجز عن اعطائها حقها كل الشكر للعاملين بالفندق علي حسن ضيافتهم لنا وبالأخص للجميله رولا جمال كل شي جميل وساكرر الاقامه فيه ان شاءالله
عواطف (10/5): الاقامه كانت فوق الممتازه - اولا الاخت رولا جمال من افضل الموظفين في الأخلاق والتعامل الراقي خدومه جدا وتلبي جميع احتياجات العملاء وسريعة الاستجابة بشوشة جدا وتستحق ان تكون الموظف المثالي في هذا الشهر سكنت الفندق مرتين لان الفندق يستحق الاقامة فيه ثانيا : الموقع ممتاز جدا وكل شي بقربه والمنطقه أمان جدا في احد الليالي اضطررت للخروج من الفندق للبقاله في وقت جدا متاخر والبقالة كانت في الشارع الخلفي للفندق كان الامان ممتاز وكذلك الأخ الكبير القدير Odimir جدا محترم ويساعد العملاء بالمستطاع ودايم مبتسم الفندق كلمة حق تقال فيه من اجمل الفنادق في إسطنبول والأخت رولا من افضل من تتعامل معه كل شي جميل في المكان

FAISAL (6/5): سئية - لا عند دخولي الاستقبال كان استقباله سى وعند صعودي الي الغرفه كانت غير نظيفه وقام الموظف الذي معي بالاتصال بالاستقبال واخبره ان الغرفه غير نظيفه ودخلت الغرفه وجا موظف التنظيف قام بتنظيف الغرفه غير بيت المخدات فقط وقمت برفع اللحاف وجدت شعر تحت الغطاء

Sylvestre (9/5): - L'hôtel est très bien situé sur grande avenue avec des commerces et une facilité des moyens de transport. La suite était vraiment fabuleuse avec un très bon lit douillet, des canapé très confortables. La salle d'eau et la salle de bain étaient très propres bien que j'ai plus utilisé la salle d'eau. Le personnel était vraiment au petit soin. Big up à la réception et au guest relation.

Aisha (10/5): المكان موقعه جميل الموظفين استبالهم رائع. محترمين في التعامل - الموقع جدا ممتاز. سهوله الوصول له. قريب منه مطاعم وكافيهات مافي مرونه في تغير الغرفه. حيث حاولت اغير الغرفه واكون بجانب زميلتي في الدور لكن مافي تعاون من قبل الموظف مفرش السرير متهالك وواضح عليه انه قديم جدا لايوجد شطاف في دورات المياه

Une couette de 70 cm/ 1,5 m pour un adulte!!!!!! Et les oreillers de très trés mauvaise qualité....

ZAKARIA (10/5): Best value for money hotel in Istanbul - All of the staff members were very kind and helpful, especially M. Ahmet who welcomed us nicely and offered us great tips about the city. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the sisli metro station and very close to the Cevahir shopping mall. The cleaning team also did an amazing job as they left our room impeccable each time. To summarize, it's the best value for money hotel in Istanbul, especially for first time visiters. Definitely would come again. Nothing, it was perfect

Mourad (1/5): Hôtel et personnel à rénover. Séjour dans cet hôtel à oublier. - L'emplacement de l'hôtel était le seul point positif. Proche du mall Cevahir et de la station de métro "Sisli" Froideur du personnel à part Madame Roula. Isolation phonique médiocre. Manque d'hygiène. Aspect vieillot de l'hôtel avec des vieux meubles et une salle de bain répugnante. On nous demande une caution sans faire de visite sur l'état des lieux. Le constat doit se faire par écrit et être signé par les 02 parties. Sinon, le client est un "suspect" en puissance et l'hôtel n'a rien à se reprocher !!! On arrive de l'aéroport, au milieu de la nuit, très fatigués ( 71 et 68 ans), les 02 chambres sont réglées 48 heures avant notre arrivée. Pour régler la caution ( 2x100 euros), à ce moment, mes 2 cartes de crédit n'ont pas fonctionné. Je dis au réceptionniste, que je verrais ça, demain, avec mon banquier. Il m'a dit que sans la caution, pas moyen d'occuper les chambres. Heureusement que j'avais, sur moi, de l'argent en espèces. Mon épouse et moi, souffrons de pathologies chroniques (hypertension artérielle et autres affections). C'est ce genre de situation de stress intense qui peut provoquer des accidents cardio-vasculaires. Je suis médecin reanimateur et je parle en connaissance de cause. Aucune empathie, aucun respect pour les personnes âgées. Si les 02 chambres n'étaient pas payées à l'avance, j'aurais quitté l'hôtel sur le champ.
