- Ciarán (10/5): Bursa June 2024 - Great hotel in old Bursa, but just a short drive from the main central motorway / public metro - tram line working east to west. The rooms are well appointed and have all the usual facilities. The lounge bar facing the street provides a location to watch the world go by. It appears to also be a regular place for locals. The breakfast buffet is very oriented to local / eastern tastes, but that’s fine for the style of hotel. The immediate surroundings don’t have much to offer, but a quick walk left and left again leads to a bustling street.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Tam bir hayal kırıklığı - Hotel Anatolia çok eski zamandan beri Bursa'da hizmet veren sayılı, iyi ve nezih otellerden biriydi ancak bu son sefer gidişimizde tamamen bir hayal kırıklığına uğradık. Lüksünden eser kalmayışını bir kenara bırakıp temizlik ve COVID önlemleri konusunda sıfır olup, çalışanlarının ilgisiz ve özensizliği sebebiyle bir daha seçmemeyi düşündüğümüz bir otel olduğunu üzülerek bildirmek zorundayım. Oda temizliği ve toparlanması akşamı bulan, çalışanların maske takmadan yanımızda iş yapmaları, resepsiyonda görevlilerin sizi basitçe önemsemediği bir otele dönüşmüş. Müşteri portföyünden bahsetmek bile istemiyorum. Sanırım otelin güzelce bir elden geçmesi gerekecek ya da anlaşılan artık o eski iyi bildiğimiz otellerden biri olmadığını kabul edip başka otellere yönelmemize sebep olacak.

Ta Ankara'dan peşin ödeme yapıp bunun için gelmişim ve orada öğreniyorum. En kötüsü de resepsiuonistin ve diğer görevlilerin umursamaz tavrıydı. "Yapabileceğimiz bişey yok" ne demek? Resmen müşteriyi kandırmışsın! Gönlünü almak için güzel bişey söyleyeceğine bir de agresif tavırlar! Nefret ettim Hotel Anatolia'dan! Çadırda yatarım, orada kalmam bir daha! Hotels.com'a da güvenimi ilk seferde kaybettim. Bir daha kullanmayı düşünmüyorum!

Oteli seçmemizin ana nedenlerinden birisi Termal idi. Ancak vardığımızda hamamın bakımda olduğunu söylediler. Bu da bizi ziyadesiyle üzdü. Rezervasyon yaparken bu konu hakkında açıklayıcı bir bilgi yoktu. Açıklama girişi yapılsa idi başka otel seçerdik.beklentimiz ile fiili durum çakışmadı.
- Hanan (6/5): It doesnt reserve to be 4 stars - I didnt like it cause the room was too small for two adults, the recieptionist should know the rooms width before he gave me the key for small room for two and the bigger one was for one adult, the decoration and the design of yhe room is below average it does not reflect how the Hotel is look like in the lobby. But over all the Breakfast was amazing, lovely and tasty.
- Abdullah (8/5): good choice while in Bursa - nicely located around number of local restaurants and cafes. main attractions are short drive. hotel staff were welcome, cooperative, and friendly. breakfast is good with variety. the only thing that I would recommend improving is air conditioning. A/C was not doing that much especially in Summer.
