Nel cuore della capitale in una delle vie più frequentate. Letto comodo e infisso che insonorizzano efficacemente Si trova al quarto piano. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile Ti fanno trovare diverse bibite in omaggio nel frigo e questo non è scontato Consigliatissimo!

• Stefanie (8/5): - Die Lage ist super zentral. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Die Badewanne ist nicht sehr praktisch, um zu duschen. Überschwemmungsgefahr.

• Charlotte (10/5): Fantastisch en super centraal - Het was echt een heerlijke kamer midden in het centrum. Nog geen minuut lopen van de Spaanse Trappen. Je kon zelf met een oude, kleine lift naar boven. Het bed was echt ruim zoals beloofd en er was airco. De mini-bar werd gratis aangevuld en de host was mega vriendelijk. Niets. We waren echt heel blij. 30 minuten lopen van het Colosseum, 10 van het Pantheon, 4 van Trevi. En veel leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Wij vonden Turtifi & Friends de leukste.

• Danielle Montag Plaza (9/5): Wonderful experience and stay! Highly recommend. - Stefano was great! He checked us in, assisted with luggage, gave us tips on restaurants and was amazing to work with. Allowed us to keep our luggage there after checkout for a couple hours. So kind and generous! The room was gorgeous and comfy and I loved the claw foot bath! Nothing. It was amazing
• Claudia Lucia (9/5): Bellissimo soggiorno in una bellissima suite! - Bellisima suite in Via Frattina 57 dotata di tutti i comfort. La camera era molto pulita e il design sicuramente ricercato. Mi ha fatto piacere trovare un frigobar incluso nel prezzo con bibite e prosecco, macchinetta del caffè con bollitore e dei piccoli snacks. Una bella attenzione al cliente! Il check-in inoltre è stato velocissimo, ho prenotato super last minute e in 20 minuti la mia camera era già pronta! Stefano molto gentile mi ha spiegato tutto e si sono resi disponibili anche per lasciare i bagagli post check out. Tornerò sicuramente da loro!

Posizione straordinaria, ci si trova immersi nel cuore incantato di Roma, su via Frattina, a pochi metri da Piazza di Spagna, da Via Condotti e via Del Corso. Camera accogliente, pulita, dotata di macchina del caffè con cialde e biscottini inclusi. Bellissima vasca da bagno. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Stefano e Valentina deliziosi. Tornerò sempre qui! nulla

• Paige (10/5): Great place to stay! - Great location, 5 minute walk from the Spanish steps and also easy to get to attractions a bit further away such as the Vatican etc. The room was very spacious and the free minibar was a lovely extra touch! Hosts were very friendly and easily contactable. Nothing negative to note.

Palazzo datato e un pochino sporco, ma siamo a Roma... Mancanza della porta divisoria tra camera da letto e vasca da bagno; porta completamente trasparente tra la vasca e i sanitari... Quindi assoluta mancanza di privacy!!!

• LaDonna (5/5): I would not recommend it to a friend or book a room again with Frattina 57 - The location was very convenient to explore the main sites of Rome. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Clean linens were provided everyday. Located on a very busy street with noise all night making it a challenge to sleep. Even though the room was a nice size it spelt of mildew.

• Maria (3/5): - La posizione C’è un forte odore di umidità e di muffa, non è un hotel a 4 stelle. L’acqua non funziona, il getto d’acqua calda non ha abbastanza potenza. Sono dovuta andare dal parrucchiere per lavarmi i capelli. Cioè la stanza è carina, è grande ma ne ha davvero bisogno di un po’ di lavori. Forse 20 anni fa quella stanza era considerata il top, ma adesso ha bisogno di essere rinnovata. Per fortuna che sono rimasta 2 giorni. Il personale non l’ho visto.

Bath a disaster as shower is over the bath and leaks on to the floor- floor in bathroom is rotting and the shower was terrible - very low pressure. Would be much better to remove the bath and have a large walk in shower. The old fashioned 2 person lift was a bit scary!

Also the location is amazing. It’s near to many attractions and there are many shopping places nearby. Convenient and safe. The AC may need to be cleaned.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location made everything convenient. Overall, a great stay. As this is an apartment within a main building shared with other residents, there was occasional noise from people coming and going. We were sometimes woken early by passers-by, bin collections, or shouting outside around 6am, so if you’re a light sleeper this may not be ideal. On a few occasions the lift wasn’t usable because the door hadn’t been shut properly, meaning we had to use the stairs. That said, even with these issues, we would still return as the host was lovely and the location was perfect.

• Milena (8/5): Pozione perfetta - Posizione ottima a due passi da piazza di Spagna Camera spaziosa arredata con gusto anni 70 Stefano il titolare persona gentilissima e attento ad ogni necessità Abbiamo infatti avuto un piccolo disguido con lo scarico del bagno la mattina prima di lasciare la stanza ( può accadere) per il disagio ci è stata rimborsata la notte .. non è scontato assolutamente, ringrazio stefano per la sua prontezza e gentilezza quindi posso dire che consiglio assolutamente la location.

• Theano (10/5): - Όλα ήταν καταπληκτικά! Η τοποθεσία κεντρική και όλα τα αξιοθέατα 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Στάση μετρό στα 5 λεπτά επίσης. Το δωμάτιο πεντακάθαρο , μινι μπαρ με καθημερινό refill χωρίς χρέωση , νέες πετσέτες και καθαριοτητα κάθε μέρα . Στο check out ο ιδιοκτήτης μας προτεινε ακομη και αν θα θελαμε να αφησουμε τις βαλιτσες μας στον χωρο καθως φευγαμε βραδυ. Δεν θα μπορούσαμε να έχουμε καλύτερη εμπειρία σε διαμονή από αυτήν . Ευχαριστουμε για ολα!

• Nemanja (5/5): Perfect location, The room can be much better - The location is perfect. The city Center, everything is close. The owner is very kind and helpful. The building is a typical old Italian building, and that is fine. The room is very neglected, it hasn’t been renovated in a long time, hygiene is not at a satisfactory level, there is a lot of dust, especially on the floor, and the furniture is very old. The bathroom needs renovation; the shower has no pressure and is clogged with limescale. Urgent investment and renovation are necessary, as in this condition it does not deserve even 2 stars. This is well-intentioned feedback, as the room is in a perfect location in the city center, and the owner is a very pleasant person who is willing to help.

O atendimento do Stefano e da Vale foi muito bom, respondendo rapidamente as minhas solicitações. Eles indicaram uma lista de restaurantes muito boa. Bom lugar opara se ficar e se deslocar facilmente pela cidade. O banheiro é meio improvisado. O chuveiro na banheira é difícil e não tem local para toalhas. Falta uma mesa um pouco maior no quarto.

The only thing we didn’t like was the shower, It is a makeshift tub with a curtain around it which makes it very difficult to take a shower comfortably

• Arthur Lee (9/5): Very Good Location. Great Place! - The location of the apartment is great, very close to all tourist attractions, super convenient. The room is beautiful and clean, the shower could be better, but nothing to complain really. The host is also very kind and helpful. The shower could be a little better. I guess it is for people that want to take baths, but to people who would rather shower, becomes a little inconvenient. Not super unpleasant though, just a minor thing.
• Sara (7/5): It was comfortable and great price - It was very centrally located, close to all the main attractions, easy check in process, the elevator was very cute, getting into the property was easy and the manager was really sweet! The second room we stayed in didn’t have a proper door to the toilet which felt awkward and the fan in the bathroom wasn’t working as well as less lighting
• Juma (10/5): Excellent place for short stay in Rome - Attention to detail and responsiveness of staff. Location is great, Valentina did everything to ensure we are having a pleasant stay. We reached early and Valentina did her best and managed to check us in early which made our trip easy. We will be back for sure. .
