- Sheridan (1/5): This unpleasant hotel was NOT 4* standard - Helen the manager, seemed to be the only member of staff to get anything done. She was great and a saving grace for such a poor hotel with inattentive staff members (although they were friendly, they were inept). WIFI - advert says free in all areas. It only worked in reception and barely the corridors. Had to log in each time you moved into these areas. Not available in most of restaurant or appartment areas. Breakfast relatively low choices, compared to other 4* hotels we stayed in during our Malaysian travels. The pool shows loungers in all publicity photos (website and Booking.com) There were no loungers & no bar area. Had to request a clean room, toilet rolls, bottled water, clean towels (The shower leaked, so towels were soaked each time it was used!) and for the room to be 'made up'.

The housekeeping only make our bed and give new towel without taking the used towel, they did not clean our room (mind you that we staying with children of course the floor will be dirty with bread/biscuit crumbs), and they did not wash the mug in the sink (how am I suppose to clean wash without dish soap). 2. There's a strong cigarette smell in master bathroom and the only way to make it gone is I have to turn on the bathroom exhaust fan all the time.

- Evgheni (6/5): Could have been better if taken care of - Kitchen in the room was very helpful. When we had a problem with very low cleanliness of the room, we spoke to the staff and the next day they cleaned it very well. The room was filthy. It was dirty in every possible way. We have been so disgusted that we were ready to leave but it was late evening. Luckily the staff took our complain seriously next day and it was solved. The gym is way too old, we are no picky but there is really too little things and very old. The weights are max 10kg lol. Pool seemed small, old, not clean - not inviting.
